本发明涉及涂胶技术领域,尤其是一种涂胶工艺,当管件为中管时,将管件放置在输送线上,管件经过第一烘干箱进行预热,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂面胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂面胶;当管件为外管时,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂面胶;当管件为内管时,利用机械手依次将管件放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂面胶,可以灵活的调整生产线,实现自动化调节,大大提高涂胶效率。

本发明涉及涂胶技术领域,尤其是一种涂胶工艺。
背景技术
汽车减震用衬套通常包括内管和外管,外管套设在内管外部且二者之间通过橡胶连接,也有一部分衬套是由内管、中管和外管组成,内管、中管和外管相邻之间也是通过橡胶实现连接,内管、中管和外管在装配之前,通常需要通过涂胶设备对内管的外壁、中管的内外壁和外管的内壁分别涂胶,以便和橡胶连接,涂胶的方式有多种,有的选择涂一层底胶后再涂若干层面胶,也有的选择只涂一种单组分胶水。现有技术中的涂胶工艺较为单一,只能单独的对内管、中管和外管中的一种管件进行涂胶,使得涂胶效率较低。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点,提供一种涂胶工艺,能够提高涂胶效率。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:一种涂胶工艺,包括涂胶设备,涂胶设备的具体结构为:包括输送线,沿着输送线输送方向依次设置第一烘干箱、内壁底胶涂胶单元、外壁底胶涂胶单元、内壁面胶涂胶单元和外壁面胶涂胶单元,第一烘干箱罩设在输送线上,
当管件为中管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线上,管件经过第一烘干箱进行预热,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂面胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂面胶;
当管件为外管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线上,管件经过第一烘干箱进行预热,将外壁底胶涂胶单元和外壁面胶涂胶单元关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元对管件内壁涂面胶;
当管件为内管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线上,管件经过第一烘干箱进行预热,将内壁底胶涂胶单元和内壁面胶涂胶单元关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元对管件外壁涂面胶。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述机械手包括第一机械手和第二机械手,利用第一机械手实现管件在内壁底胶涂胶单元和输送线之间的运转以及外壁底胶涂胶单元和输送线之间的运转,利用第二机械手实现管件在内壁面胶涂胶单元和输送线之间的运转以及外壁面胶涂胶单元和输送线之间的运转。
所述第一烘干箱罩设在输送线的上方,当管件在输送线上传输时,管件自第一烘干箱的烘干通道内穿过。
所述内壁底胶涂胶单元包括用于涂管件内壁底胶的第一涂胶机和第二烘干箱,外壁底胶涂胶单元包括用于涂管件外壁底胶的第二涂胶机和第三烘干箱,内壁面胶涂胶单元包括用于涂管件内壁面胶的第三涂胶机和第四烘干箱,外壁面胶涂胶单元包括用于涂管件外壁面胶的第四涂胶机和第五烘干箱。
所述内壁底胶涂胶单元和外壁底胶涂胶单元交错设置在输送线的两侧,内壁面胶涂胶单元和外壁面胶涂胶单元交错设置在输送线的两侧,内壁底胶涂胶单元和内壁面胶涂胶单元位于输送线的同一侧,外壁底胶涂胶单元和外壁面胶涂胶单元位于输送线的同一侧。
本发明的有益效果如下:本申请可以涂刷所有的衬套管件,包括中管、外管和内管,可以根据管件的不同,选择关闭不用的工位,灵活的调整生产线,实现自动化调节,大大提高涂胶效率。

如图1所示,本实施例的涂胶工艺,包括涂胶设备,涂胶设备的具体结构为:包括输送线10,沿着输送线10输送方向依次设置第一烘干箱20、内壁底胶涂胶单元30、外壁底胶涂胶单元40、内壁面胶涂胶单元50和外壁面胶涂胶单元60,第一烘干箱20罩设在输送线10上,
当管件为中管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线10上,管件经过第一烘干箱20进行预热,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元30对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元40对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元50对管件内壁涂面胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元60对管件外壁涂面胶;
当管件为外管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线10上,管件经过第一烘干箱20进行预热,将外壁底胶涂胶单元40和外壁面胶涂胶单元60关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元30对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元50对管件内壁涂面胶;
当管件为内管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线10上,管件经过第一烘干箱20进行预热,将内壁底胶涂胶单元30和内壁面胶涂胶单元50关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元40对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元60对管件外壁涂面胶。
本申请可以涂刷所有的衬套管件,包括中管、外管和内管,可以根据管件的不同,选择关闭不用的工位,灵活的调整生产线,实现自动化调节,大大提高涂胶效率。
机械手包括第一机械手70和第二机械手80,利用第一机械手70实现管件在内壁底胶涂胶单元30和输送线10之间的运转以及外壁底胶涂胶单元40和输送线10之间的运转,利用第二机械手80实现管件在内壁面胶涂胶单元50和输送线10之间的运转以及外壁面胶涂胶单元60和输送线10之间的运转。
第一烘干箱20罩设在输送线10的上方,当管件在输送线10上传输时,管件自第一烘干箱20的烘干通道内穿过。管件在涂胶之前,先经过第一烘干箱20进行预热。
内壁底胶涂胶单元30包括用于涂管件内壁底胶的第一涂胶机和第二烘干箱,外壁底胶涂胶单元40包括用于涂管件外壁底胶的第二涂胶机和第三烘干箱,内壁面胶涂胶单元50包括用于涂管件内壁面胶的第三涂胶机和第四烘干箱,外壁面胶涂胶单元60包括用于涂管件外壁面胶的第四涂胶机和第五烘干箱。其中第一涂胶机和第三涂胶机可以选择相同结构的涂胶机,也可以选择不同结构的涂胶机。同样的,第二涂胶机和第四涂胶机可以选择相同结构的涂胶机,也可以选择不同结构的涂胶机。
所述内壁底胶涂胶单元30和外壁底胶涂胶单元40交错设置在输送线10的两侧,内壁面胶涂胶单元50和外壁面胶涂胶单元60交错设置在输送线10的两侧,内壁底胶涂胶单元30和内壁面胶涂胶单元50位于输送线10的同一侧,外壁底胶涂胶单元40和外壁面胶涂胶单元60位于输送线10的同一侧。
需要说明的是,本申请也适用于涂一种单组分胶水,比如需要在外管内壁涂单组分胶水时,将内壁底胶涂胶单元30、外壁底胶涂胶单元40和外壁面胶涂胶单元60关闭,启动1个内壁面胶涂胶单元50,内壁面胶涂胶单元50中的第三涂胶机选用单组分胶水即可,适用范围较广。

1.一种涂胶工艺,其特征在于:包括涂胶设备,涂胶设备的具体结构为:包括输送线(10),沿着输送线(10)输送方向依次设置第一烘干箱(20)、内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)、外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)、内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)和外壁面胶涂胶单元(60),第一烘干箱(20)罩设在输送线(10)上,
当管件为中管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线(10)上,管件经过第一烘干箱(20)进行预热,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)对管件内壁涂面胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)对管件外壁涂面胶;
当管件为外管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线(10)上,管件经过第一烘干箱(20)进行预热,将外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)和外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)对管件内壁涂底胶、放入到内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)对管件内壁涂面胶;
当管件为内管时,包括以下步骤:将管件放置在输送线(10)上,管件经过第一烘干箱(20)进行预热,将内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)和内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)关闭,利用机械手依次将管件放入到外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)对管件外壁涂底胶、放入到外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)对管件外壁涂面胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的涂胶工艺,其特征在于:所述机械手包括第一机械手(70)和第二机械手(80),利用第一机械手(70)实现管件在内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)和输送线(10)之间的运转以及外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)和输送线(10)之间的运转,利用第二机械手(80)实现管件在内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)和输送线(10)之间的运转以及外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)和输送线(10)之间的运转。
3.如权利要求1所述的涂胶工艺,其特征在于:所述第一烘干箱(20)罩设在输送线(10)的上方,当管件在输送线(10)上传输时,管件自第一烘干箱(20)的烘干通道内穿过。
4.如权利要求1所述的涂胶工艺,其特征在于:所述内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)包括用于涂管件内壁底胶的第一涂胶机和第二烘干箱,外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)包括用于涂管件外壁底胶的第二涂胶机和第三烘干箱,内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)包括用于涂管件内壁面胶的第三涂胶机和第四烘干箱,外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)包括用于涂管件外壁面胶的第四涂胶机和第五烘干箱。
5.如权利要求1所述的涂胶工艺,其特征在于:所述内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)和外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)交错设置在输送线(10)的两侧,内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)和外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)交错设置在输送线(10)的两侧,内壁底胶涂胶单元(30)和内壁面胶涂胶单元(50)位于输送线(10)的同一侧,外壁底胶涂胶单元(40)和外壁面胶涂胶单元(60)位于输送线(10)的同一侧。
