Description
技术领域
本公开涉及圆形吻合器械。更具体地,本公开涉及用于便于套管针组件在用于圆形吻合器械的适配器组件内的插入和对准的装置和方法。
背景技术
用于将钉、夹子或其它紧固件施加到组织的手术器械是众所周知的。通常,内窥镜吻合器械包含致动单元,例如用于致动器械的手柄组件、用于进出体腔的细长轴和安置在细长轴的远端处的工具组件。
与圆形吻合工具组件一起使用的适配器组件通常包括用于相对于仓组件选择性地定位砧座组件的套管针组件。为了便于适配器组件的灭菌和重复使用,许多适配器组件包括可拆卸套管针组件。在清洁和灭菌之后,并且在重新使用之前,适配器组件需要由医院工作人员或其他人员重新组装。确保适配器组件完全并且正确地重新组装对于圆形吻合器械的功能和患者安全至关重要。
发明内容
提供一种用于将套管针组件装载在手术吻合器械的适配器组件内的装置。套管针装载装置包括基座构件和接合构件。基座构件限定用于容纳套管针组件的纵向通道。接合臂固定到基座构件,并且被配置成将套管针组件可释放地固定在基座构件内。
在实施例中,基座构件包括被配置成便于将套管针装载装置与适配器组件对准的连接器部分。连接器部分可包括第一圆柱形区段和第二圆柱形区段。第一圆柱形区段可被配置用于收纳在适配器组件的远侧末端内。第二圆柱形区段可被配置成用作止动构件,用于防止第一圆柱形区段过度插入适配器组件的远侧末端中。基座构件可包括被配置用于由用户可操作接合的手柄部分。
在一些实施例中,接合臂包括细长部分,安置在细长部分的第一末端上的C形凸缘部分和从凸缘部分延伸的锁定部分。接合臂可进一步包括从凸缘部分延伸的释放突片。接合臂可以由单件材料形成。接合臂可通过螺钉固定到基座构件。接合臂包括倾斜表面,以便于将套管针组件收纳在基座构件内。基座构件可以包括锥形区段,以适应接合臂的挠曲。

提供用于将装载单元和砧座组件连接到动力手柄组件的另一种适配器组件。适配器组件包括限定纵向通道的细长主体、安置在细长主体内的保持器壳体,和安置在细长主体保持器壳体内的轭壳体。保持器壳体和轭壳体中的每个限定纵向开口并且包括展平的内表面。适配器组件另外包括可释放地容纳在细长主体的纵向通道内并且通过保持器壳体和轭壳体的纵向开口的套管针组件。套管针组件包括套管针壳体和轴承壳体。套管针壳体包括对应于保持器壳体的展平的内表面的展平的外表面,并且被配置用于收纳在保持器壳体的纵向开口内。轴承壳体包括对应于轭壳体的展平的内表面的展平外表面,并且被配置用于收纳在轭壳体的纵向开口内。

在实施例中,并且如图所示,套管针装载装置100的接合臂104通过螺钉106固定到基座构件102,所述螺钉106通过在接合臂104的细长部分140的第二末端中形成的开口141容纳。接合臂104被配置成使得当细长部分140固定到基座构件102时,接合臂104的凸缘部分142容纳在基座构件102的切口123a内,并且接合臂104的锁定部分144容纳在基座构件102中的狭槽123b内。基座构件102的锥形区段126允许接合臂104挠曲以如由图7中的箭头“A”指示将接合臂104的锁定部分144移出基座构件102中的狭槽123a。

一旦套管针组件50固定到适配器组件20,套管针装载装置100就通过接合突片部分146以从在套管针组件50的套管针构件54中的狭槽55内移动突起部分144,并且然后远离适配器组件20和套管针组件50周围纵向滑动套管针装载装置100,通过首先挠曲接合臂104与适配器组件20和套管针组件50分开。

套管针装载装置200的基座构件202包括被配置成便于套管针装载装置200与适配器组件20(图2)对准的带凸缘的近侧部分210和被配置成容纳套管针组件50的容纳部分220。更具体地,容纳部分220包括具有锥形区段226的细长主体222。在套管针组件50与套管针装载装置200附接和分离期间,锥形区段226适应套管针装载装置200的接合构件204的挠曲。基座构件202的容纳部分220的细长主体222限定被配置成容纳套管针组件50的套管针构件54(图12)的纵向通道221。基座构件202的细长主体222还限定用于适应接合构件204的凸缘242的切口223a和用于容纳接合构件204的锁定部分244的狭槽223b。
第一和第二组突起212、214从基座构件202的容纳部分220的细长主体222向外延伸。第一和第二组突起212、214限定在它们之间的槽213。如下文将描述,槽213被配置成以滑动方式容纳接合构件204的导引臂248。
在实施例中,细长主体222包括用于允许在套管针装载装置200固定到套管针组件50时套管针组件50清洁和灭菌的冲洗端口227(图15)。
套管针装载装置200的接合构件204包括细长部分240、安置在细长部分240的第一末端上的C形凸缘部分242,和从凸缘部分242延伸的锁定部分244。接合构件204另外包括用于将接合构件204相对于基座构件202固定的导引臂248。导引臂248从接合构件204的连接器部分250延伸。连接器部分250限定用于容纳用于将接合构件204连接到保持构件206的螺钉206a的开口249。
套管针装载装置200的接合构件204被配置成使得当接合构件204固定在基座构件202周围时,接合构件204的凸缘部分242容纳在基座构件202的切口223a内,并且接合构件204的锁定部分244容基座构件202中的狭槽223b纳在内。基座构件202的锥形区段226允许接合构件204挠曲,以将接合构件204的锁定部分244移出在基座构件202中的狭槽223a。
接合构件204的锁定部分244包括倾斜表面244a,以便于将套管针组件50的套管针构件54(图12)收纳在基座构件202的容纳部分220内。
接合构件204的导引臂248各自包括用于在基座构件202的容纳部分220的细长主体222上分别接合第一组突起212的柄脚252。
如上文所提到,接合构件204通过螺钉206a固定到保持构件206,所述螺钉206a通过在接合构件204的连接器部分250中的开口249容纳。基座构件202通过导引臂248相对于接合构件204固定。更具体地,接合构件204容纳在基座构件202周围,其中导引臂248容纳在分别限定在基座构件202的第一和第二突起212、214之间的槽213内。在导引臂248上的柄脚252相对于基座构件202保持接合构件204。套管针装载装置200的弹簧208容纳在接合构件204的连接器部分250和基座构件202之间,以相对于保持构件206偏置基座构件202。
套管针装载装置200以与上文所描述的套管针装载装置100基本上相似的方式操作。当套管针组件50未正确地通过套管针装载装置200的接合构件204固定时,当将套管针组件50容纳在套管针装载装置200的基座构件202的纵向通道221内时,由定位在基座构件202和保持构件206之间的弹簧208产生的偏置引起套管针组件从基座构件202的纵向通道221内弹出。
现在参考图18和19,关于套管针组件350和适配器组件320(图19),示出用于确保套管针组件正确地容纳和固定在适配器组件内的机构。
首先参考图18,套管针组件350包括外壳体352和套管针构件354。外壳体352限定被配置成用于适应压缩弹簧360的环形切口353。切口353的深度,和/或压缩弹簧360的厚度使压缩弹簧360的一部分安置在外壳体352的外表面352a的径向外侧。
现在参考图19,适配器组件320被配置成可释放地容纳套管针组件350。一旦套管针组件350完全安放在适配器组件320内,锁定机构(未示出)将套管针组件350固定在适配器组件320内。
应变机构330安置在适配器组件320内,并且被配置成当套管针组件320容纳在适配器组件320内时接合压缩弹簧360。更具体地,在套管针组件350收纳在适配器组件320内期间,和在套管针组件350完全安放在适配器组件320内之前,例如接合锁定机构(未示出),压缩弹簧360开始接触应变机构330。套管针组件350继续插入适配器组件320内压缩压缩弹簧360,例如对其施加载荷。
在套管针组件350未正确地安放在适配器组件320内和/或锁定机构(未示出)未正确地接合套管针组件350的情况下,压缩弹簧360的装载引起套管针组件350从适配器组件320弹出。
在吻合程序之后,套管针组件350可通过以传统方式从锁定机构释放套管针组件350从适配器组件320弹出。
现在参考图20-22关于套管针组件450和适配器组件420,示出用于保证在适配器组件内的套管针组件的对准的机构。
套管针组件450包括壳体452和轴承壳体456。壳体452和轴承壳体456中的每个分别包括展平的部分452a、456a。各个壳体452和轴承壳体456的展平的部分452a、256a键连到保持器壳体470(图20)的展平的部分470a和轭壳体480(图21)的展平的部分480a。
特别参考图20,保持器壳体470限定用于容纳套管针组件450的纵向通道471。各个壳体452和轴承壳体456的展平的部分452a、456a与保持器壳体470的展平的部分470a彼此对准,以确保套管针组件450在保持器壳体470内正确定向。类似地,各个壳体452和轴承壳体456的展平的部分452a、456a与保持器壳体470的展平的部分470a的未对准防止套管针组件450装载在保持器壳体470内。
特别参考图21,轭壳体480限定用于容纳套管针组件450的纵向通道481。轴承壳体456的展平的部分456a与保持器壳体480的展平的部分480a彼此对准,以确保套管针组件450在轭壳体480内正确定向。类似地,轴承壳体456的展平的部分456a与轭壳体480的展平的部分480a的未对准防止套管针组件450装载在轭壳体480内。
在实施例中,各个壳体452、轴承壳体456、保持器壳体470、轭壳体480的展平的部分452a、456a、470a、480a可由金属形成。当展平的部分452a、456a和展平的部分470a、480a未对准时,介接展平的部分452a、456a、470a、480a的金属结构为组装适配器组件420的人员(例如外科医生)提供更大的反馈,并且/或者增加迫使套管针组件450在适配器组件420内的难度。
本公开的实施例可单独使用或与实施例结合使用,以便于套管针组件在适配器组件内的正确装载和重新装载。

Claims (12)
1.一种套管针装载装置,其包含:
基座构件,其限定用于容纳套管针组件的纵向通道;和
接合臂,其固定到所述基座构件,并且被配置成将套管针组件可释放地固定在所述基座构件内;
其中所述接合臂包括细长部分、安置在所述细长部分的第一末端上的C形凸缘部分,和从所述凸缘部分延伸的锁定部分;以及
所述基座构件包括锥形区段,以适应所述接合臂的挠曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述基座构件包括被配置成便于所述套管针装载装置与适配器组件对准的连接器部分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述连接器部分包括第一圆柱形区段和第二圆柱形区段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述第一圆柱形区段被配置用于收纳在适配器组件的远侧末端内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述第二圆柱形区段被配置成用作止动构件,用于防止所述第一圆柱形区段过度插入所述适配器组件的远侧末端中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述基座构件包括被配置用于由用户可操作接合的手柄部分。
7.根据权利要求1所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述接合臂另外包括从所述凸缘部分延伸的释放突片。
8.根据权利要求7所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述接合臂由单件材料形成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述接合臂通过螺钉固定到所述基座构件。
10.根据权利要求1所述的套管针装载装置,其中所述接合臂包括倾斜表面,以便于将套管针组件收纳在所述基座构件内。
11.一种适配器组件,其用于将装载单元和砧座组件连接到动力手柄组件,所述适配器组件包含:
细长主体,其限定纵向通道并且包括沿所述纵向通道安置的应变构件;和
套管针组件,其被配置成可释放地容纳在所述细长主体的所述纵向通道内,所述套管针组件包括壳体和容纳在所述壳体的切口内的弹簧,其中所述弹簧被配置成在所述套管针组件容纳在所述纵向通道内时压缩,以从所述纵向通道内偏置所述套管针组件。
12.一种适配器组件,其用于将装载单元和砧座组件连接到动力手柄组件,所述适配器组件包含:
细长主体,其限定纵向通道;
保持器壳体,其安置在所述细长主体内,所述保持器壳体限定纵向开口并且包括展平的内表面;
轭壳体,其安置在所述细长主体内,所述轭壳体限定纵向开口并且包括展平的内表面;和
套管针组件,其可释放地容纳在所述细长主体的纵向通道内并且通过所述保持器壳体和所述轭壳体的所述纵向开口,所述套管针组件包括套管针壳体和轴承壳体,所述套管针壳体包括对应于所述保持器壳体的所述展平的内表面的展平的外表面并且被配置用于收纳在所述保持器壳体的所述纵向开口内,并且所述轴承壳体包括对应于所述轭壳体的所述展平的内表面的展平的外表面并且被配置用于收纳在所述轭壳体的所述纵向开口内。
