Abstract

Description
技术领域
本公开总体上涉及手术吻合装置。更具体地,本公开涉及用于手术吻合装置的致动单元的可重复使用接合器和延伸组件的可选择性移除的保护装置。
背景技术
用于在手术操作中使用的动力与手动的手术吻合装置典型地包括手柄组件与末端执行器。为了允许重复使用这些手术吻合装置的手柄组件并且便于手柄组件可以与多种末端执行器一起使用,已经开发出了接合器组件与延伸组件来用于选择性附接至手柄组件及多种末端执行器。使用后,接合器和/或延伸组件可以被消毒用于被重复使用。
很多接合器组件与延伸组件包括从远侧端突出的套管针。套管针可以用于刺穿组织并作为引导件来更容易地将接合器组件或延伸组件对准末端执行器。为了便于刺穿组织,套管针典型地包括锋利的远侧末端。
在手术操作期间使用具有套管针的接合器或延伸组件的情况下,作为对消毒过程的准备,接合器和/或延伸组件的套管针可能会暴露,这样给手术室的人员或其他控制组件的人带来刺伤或划伤的风险。因此,存在针对用于动力和/或手动的手术吻合装置的致动单元的可重复使用接合器与延伸组件的可移除保护装置的需求。
发明内容
本公开旨在一种包括手术器械与保护装置的手术系统。所述手术器械包括可释放地联接到其上的延伸组件,并且包括布置在其远侧端中的套管针构件。套管针构件包括限定在其外表面中的接合部件。保护装置可释放地联接至套管针构件的接合部件,由此提供邻近套管针构件的末端的屏障。
保护装置还可以包括多个腿部,所述腿部布置在其第一端上并从第一端轴向延伸。

现在参照图6,根据本公开的另一示例性实施例设置的套管针末端保护器(保护装置)的另一实施例被示出并总体上被标示为附图标记300。套管针末端保护器300包括主体310、凹槽316和从主体310的远侧端314延伸的腿部318上的倒钩部320。因此,除了近侧端312限定大致平面结构以外,套管针末端保护器300与套管针末端保护器200基本上相似。在操作中,套管针末端保护器300以与套管针末端保护器200的方式相似的方式被利用,为此,为了简洁起见,此处将不再详细描述套管针末端保护器300的操作。

Claims (20)
1.一种手术系统,包括:

10.根据权利要求8所述的手术系统,其中,所述保护装置的所述第二端包括矩形底座,所述矩形底座具有比所述手术器械的壳体的外径大的外边缘。
11.根据权利要求10所述的手术系统,其中,所述保护装置的所述第二端包括凸缘,所述凸缘具有比围绕所述套管针构件的壳体的外径大的外径。
12.一种对手术装置消毒的方法,包括:
提供手术器械,其包括可释放地联接至所述手术器械的延伸组件,所述延伸组件包括布置在其远侧端中的套管针构件,其中,所述套管针构件的至少一部分从所述延伸组件的远侧端突出,所述套管针构件包括限定在其外表面内的接合部件;
提供保护装置,所述保护装置构造为可释放地联接至所述套管针构件的所述接合部件;
推进所述保护装置经过所述套管针构件并部分地在所述延伸组件的所述远侧端内限定的腔内,直到所述保护装置可释放地接合所述套管针构件的所述接合部件,由此提供邻近所述套管针构件的尖的远侧末端的屏障;
将带有可释放地附接至其上的保护装置的所述延伸组件从所述手术器械移除;以及
将带有可释放地附接至其上的保护装置的所述延伸组件放入消毒室。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置具有布置在其远侧端上的多个腿部,所述多个腿部从所述远侧端轴向延伸并终止于限定在其内表面中的倒钩部处,其中,所述多个腿部的每个倒钩部接合所述套管针构件的所述接合部件,由此将所述保护装置可释放地联接至所述套管针构件。
14.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置的近侧端具有限定钝末端的圆锥形构造,由此阻止临床医生接触所述套管针构件的尖的远侧末端。
15.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置具有限定在其外表面中的环形沟槽,所述环形沟槽配置为允许抓握所述细长主体。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置由适于在消毒过程中使用的材料制成。
17.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置的近侧端限定平面构造,由此阻止临床医生接触所述套管针构件的所述尖的远侧末端。
18.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供保护装置包括所述保护装置的所述近侧端包括布置其上的、配置为用于抓握的凸缘。
19.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,提供手术器械进一步包括:接合器组件配置为在第一端选择性地固定至所述手术器械并在第二端选择性地固定至所述延伸组件。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中,将带有可释放地附接至其上的保护装置的所述延伸组件放入消毒室,包括将所述接合器组件与包括可释放地附接至其上的保护装置的所述延伸组件放入消毒室。
