In the present embodiment, a stirring shaft 39 is disposed in the inner cavity of the tank 36; the stirring shaft 39 is connected with a driving motor 34 arranged on the outer wall of the top of the cover body 31 through a bearing 35; the stirring shaft 39 is provided with a plurality of stirring blades 40. Before the feed is fermented, the driving motor 34 drives the stirring blades 40 to uniformly mix the feed in the fermentation device, so that the feed is more completely fermented; after the feed is fermented, the driving motor 34 drives the stirring blades 40 to uniformly stir the feed in the fermentation device, so as to prevent the fermented feed from being stacked into blocks.
In the present embodiment, the lid 31 is provided with an exhaust pipe 32; a pressure controller 33 is mounted on the exhaust pipe 32; the pressure controller 33 is adapted to maintain a pressure balance within the fermentation apparatus to prevent damage to the apparatus; when the feed fermentation device performs feed fermentation, the pressure controller 33 is suitable for controlling the exhaust pipe 32 to exhaust when the pressure in the tank 36 reaches a set peak value; when the feed fermentation device discharges the feed, the pressure controller 33 is suitable for controlling the air inlet of the exhaust pipe 32 when the pressure in the tank 36 reaches a set valley value. The aeration condition into the tank 36 is controlled by the pressure controller 33 to ensure stable fermentation conditions inside the feed fermentation apparatus.
In this embodiment, the feed granulation apparatus comprises: the feed granulating mechanism 8, a material guide plate 11 connected with a discharge port 10 of the feed granulating mechanism 8, and a material receiving mechanism 12 connected with the bottom end of the material guide plate 11; fermented feed is added into a feed granulating mechanism 8 through a feed inlet 9 to prepare feed blocks, and the feed blocks roll out of a discharge port 10 to a material guide plate 11 and roll down to a material receiving mechanism 12 along the material guide plate 11. Will through stock guide 11 the fodder piece rolls to receiving agencies 12 and collects, has practiced thrift the ejection of compact space in the fodder pelletization device on the one hand, and on the other hand receives the collection of material convenience fodder through receiving agencies and transports.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a honey sprayer 13 is disposed above the material guiding plate 11 and at the discharge port of the feed granulating mechanism 8; the honey sprayer 13 is suitable for spraying a layer of honey on the feed blocks rolling down along the material guide plate 11 to form coated feed. Spraying a layer of molasses coating on the surface of the feed block to improve the palatability of the feed.
In this embodiment, the top and the bottom of the honey sprayer 13 are respectively and correspondingly provided with a honey inlet 14 and a honey outlet 15; a honey storage box 16 is arranged in the honey sprayer 13; the top of the honey storage box 16 is directly connected with the honey feeding hole 14; the bottom of the honey storage box 16 is connected with the honey discharge hole 15 through a flow divider 17; the feed pipe of the flow divider 17 is provided with a material pumping pump 18. The molasses sprayer 13 sprays molasses to the feed block through the flow divider 17, so that the molasses is uniformly coated on the surface of the feed block.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the structure of the feeder for powdered fodder according to the present invention.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, a powder feeder 19 is further disposed above the material guide plate 11 and downstream of the honey sprayer 13 in the material guide direction; the powder supply 19 is adapted to spray corn powder onto the surface of the coated feed. The surface of the coated feed sliding downwards along the material guiding direction is coated with corn powder to prevent the feed particles from being adhered.
In this embodiment, a vibrating screen 20 is disposed on the upper portion of the material receiving mechanism 12; the vibrating screen 20 is suitable for shaking the corn meal which is not firmly adhered to the outer layer of the coated feed to the lower part of the receiving mechanism 12; the lower part of the receiving mechanism 12 is connected with a powder feeder 19 through a powder conveying pipe 21. The lower part of the material receiving mechanism 12 is communicated with a powder feeder 19 through a powder conveying pipe 21, and the corn powder collected at the lower part of the material receiving mechanism 12 is conveyed to the powder feeder 19 for recycling, so that raw materials are saved.
In this example, the top of the powder feeder 19 is opened with a powder inlet 23 for supplying corn powder; the bottom of the powder feeder 19 is provided with a powder discharge port 24; a powder box 26 and an extraction pump 27 are arranged in the powder feeder 19; the extraction pump 27 is suitable for conveying the corn powder in the material receiving box 26 into the powder box 26 through the powder conveying pipe 21 so as to recycle the corn powder; the bottom of the powder box 26 is provided with a flow divider 25 connected with the powder discharge port 24 to uniformly spray the corn powder on the surface of the material guide plate 11.
The beneficial effects of this embodiment are that, this embodiment provides a fermented feed preparation system, carries out split type design with feed fermentation device and fodder pelletization device and can also satisfy different kinds of fodder preparation when satisfying fermented pellet feed preparation, for example, the preparation of fermented powder and ordinary pellet feed to improve the utilization ratio of equipment; the external gas can be effectively prevented from entering the feed fermentation device to influence the feed fermentation through the discharge switch and the one-way check valve; the constant-temperature circulating water tank is used for introducing constant-temperature circulating water into the cavity of the fermentation device so as to maintain the constant-temperature environment in the fermentation device; the ventilation condition to the tank body is controlled by a pressure controller so as to ensure the stable fermentation condition in the feed fermentation device; a layer of molasses coating is sprayed on the surface of the feed block through a molasses sprayer so as to improve the palatability of the feed.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4 parts of corn particles, 2 parts of cottonseed meal, 1.5 parts of wheat bran, 4 parts of soybean meal, 1 part of rapeseed meal, 0.5 part of molasses, 2 parts of vinasse, 0.6 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 0.5 part of Chinese herbal medicine; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3 parts of coptis chinensis, 2 parts of fructus forsythiae, 5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1 part of red paeony root and 2 parts of poria cocos.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 parts of corn particles, 1.5 parts of cottonseed meal, 1 part of wheat bran, 3 parts of soybean meal, 2 parts of rapeseed meal, 1 part of molasses, 3 parts of vinasse, 0.8 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 1.5 parts of Chinese herbal medicines; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2 parts of coptis chinensis, 5 parts of fructus forsythiae, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 2 parts of red paeony root and 1 part of poria cocos.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a sheep feed which comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 6 parts of corn particles, 2 parts of cottonseed meal, 1 part of wheat bran, 2 parts of soybean meal, 1.5 parts of rapeseed meal, 2 parts of molasses, 4 parts of vinasse, 1 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 2 parts of Chinese herbal medicines; the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 parts of coptis chinensis, 3 parts of fructus forsythiae, 4 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1.5 parts of red paeony root and 1.5 parts of poria cocos.
Example 5
The sheep feed formulations of examples 2 to 4 were used as formulation 1, formulation 2 and formulation 3 in this order.
400 lambs were divided into 4 groups for testing, and different sheep feeds were fed separately to count the incidence of diarrhea in each group. Wherein 3 groups are used as test groups to feed sheep feeds prepared by formula 1, formula 2 and formula 3 respectively; the remaining 1 group was fed with normal feed as a control group. Experimental comparative data are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from the comparative data in Table 1, the sheep feed provided by the embodiment can effectively prevent dysentery.
Example 6
Figure 5 is a process flow diagram for preparing sheep feed in accordance with the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, on the basis of embodiments 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a preparation method of sheep feed, which includes the following steps: step S1, feeding corn particles, cottonseed meal, wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, molasses, vinasse and Chinese herbal medicine ingredients into a feed grinder to be ground to obtain ground materials of the ingredients; step S2, adding the crushed materials of the ingredients and the lactic acid bacteria starter into a feed mixing device, and uniformly mixing to obtain pre-fermented feed; and step S3, feeding the pre-fermented feed into a feed preparation system for fermentation and granulation to obtain the sheep feed. The feed prepared by fermenting the sheep feed is more digestible and absorbable.
The preparation method is suitable for preparing the sheep feed in the embodiment by adopting the feed preparation system in the embodiment.
In conclusion, the invention provides a fermented feed preparation system, the split design of the feed fermentation device and the feed granulation device is carried out, so that the preparation of fermented granulated feeds is met, meanwhile, the preparation of different kinds of feeds, such as the preparation of fermented powder and common granulated feeds, is also met, and the utilization rate of equipment is improved; the external gas can be effectively prevented from entering the feed fermentation device to influence the feed fermentation through the discharge switch and the one-way check valve; the constant-temperature circulating water tank is used for introducing constant-temperature circulating water into the cavity of the fermentation device so as to maintain the constant-temperature environment in the fermentation device; the ventilation condition to the tank body is controlled by a pressure controller so as to ensure the stable fermentation condition in the feed fermentation device; a layer of molasses coating is sprayed on the surface of the feed block through a molasses sprayer so as to improve the palatability of the feed. The invention also provides a sheep feed containing Chinese herbal medicine components, which can reduce the incidence rate of dysentery, and the molasses coating is formed on the outer layer of the feed to increase the palatability of the sheep feed.
In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, the term "connected" is to be understood broadly, e.g. it may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the apparatus is only a logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice. In light of the foregoing description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, many modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A fermented feed preparation system is characterized in that,
the fermented feed preparation system includes: a plurality of feed fermentation devices arranged on the support table (1), a feed granulation device with movable rollers (2), and a discharge pipe (3) connected with the bottom of the feed fermentation device;
the movable feed granulating device is connected with the feed fermenting device through the discharging pipe (3) to granulate the fermented feed.
2. The feed preparation system of claim 1,
the fodder fermenting installation includes: a can body (36) and a lid body (31) hermetically connected with the can body (36);
a shell (37) forming a cavity (38) with the outer wall of the tank body (36) is arranged on the outer side of the tank body (36);
the cavity (38) is connected with the constant-temperature circulating water tank (28) through a water inlet pipe (29) and a water outlet pipe (30);
a discharge hole connected with the discharge pipe (3) is formed in the bottom of the tank body (36);
an exhaust pipe (32) is arranged on the cover body (31);
a pressure controller (33) is arranged on the exhaust pipe (32);
when the feed fermentation device performs feed fermentation, the pressure controller (33) is suitable for controlling the exhaust pipe (32) to exhaust when the pressure in the tank body (36) reaches a set peak value;
when the feed fermentation device discharges materials, the pressure controller (33) is suitable for controlling the air inlet of the exhaust pipe (32) when the pressure in the tank body (36) reaches a set valley value.
3. The feed preparation system of claim 1,
a discharging switch (4) is arranged at one end of the discharging pipe (3) close to the bottom of the feed fermentation device;
a one-way check valve (5) is arranged on the lower side of the discharging switch (4);
an air pump (6) is arranged between the discharging switch (4) and the one-way check valve (5), the air pump is communicated with the discharging pipe (3) through an air pumping pipe (7), so that negative pressure is generated in the discharging pipe (3), and feed in the fermentation device enters the feed granulating device through the discharging pipe (3).
4. The feed preparation system of claim 1,
the feed granulating device comprises: the feed granulating mechanism (8), a material guide plate (11) connected with a discharge hole (10) of the feed granulating mechanism (8), and a material receiving mechanism (12) connected with the bottom end of the material guide plate;
fermented feed is added into a feed granulating mechanism (8) through a feed inlet (9) to prepare feed blocks, and the feed blocks roll out of a discharge port (10) to a material guide plate (11) and roll down to a material receiving mechanism (12) along the material guide plate (11).
5. The feed preparation system of claim 4,
a honey sprayer (13) is arranged above the material guide plate (11) and at the discharge port of the feed granulating mechanism (8);
the honey sprayer (13) is suitable for spraying a layer of honey on the feed blocks rolling down along the material guide plate (11) to form coated feed;
the top and the bottom of the honey sprayer (13) are respectively and correspondingly provided with a honey feeding hole (14) and a honey discharging hole (15);
a honey storage box (16) is arranged in the honey sprayer (13);
the top of the honey storage box (16) is directly connected with the honey feeding hole (14);
the bottom of the honey storage box (16) is connected with a honey discharge hole (15) through a flow divider (17);
and a material pumping pump (18) is arranged on the material inlet pipe of the flow divider (17).
6. The feed preparation system of claim 5,
a powder feeder (19) is also arranged above the material guide plate (11) and at the downstream of the material guide direction of the honey sprayer (13);
the powder feeder (19) is adapted to spray corn powder onto the surface of the coated feed.
7. The feed preparation system as recited in claim 6,
the upper part of the material receiving mechanism (12) is provided with a vibrating screen (20);
the vibrating screen (20) is suitable for shaking corn meal which is not firmly adhered to the outer layer of the coated feed to the lower part of the receiving mechanism (12);
the lower part of the material receiving mechanism (12) is connected with a powder feeder (19) through a powder conveying pipe (21).
8. A sheep feed is characterized in that,
the composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 4-6 parts of corn particles, 0.5-2 parts of cottonseed meal, 0.5-2 parts of wheat bran, 1-5 parts of soybean meal, 1-2 parts of rapeseed meal, 0.5-2 parts of molasses, 1-5 parts of vinasse, 0.5-1 part of lactic acid bacteria starter and 0.5-2 parts of Chinese herbal medicines;
the Chinese herbal medicine comprises the following components in parts by mass: 2-5 parts of coptis chinensis, 2-5 parts of fructus forsythiae, 1-5 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 1-2 parts of red paeony root and 1-2 parts of poria cocos.
9. The preparation method of the sheep feed is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, feeding corn particles, cottonseed meal, wheat bran, soybean meal, rapeseed meal, molasses, vinasse and Chinese herbal medicine ingredients into a feed grinder to be ground to obtain ground materials of the ingredients;
step S2, adding the crushed materials of the ingredients and the lactic acid bacteria starter into a feed mixing device, and uniformly mixing to obtain pre-fermented feed;
and step S3, feeding the pre-fermented feed into a feed preparation system for fermentation and granulation to obtain the sheep feed.
10. The production method according to claim 9,
the preparation method is suitable for preparing the sheep feed as described in claim 8 by using the feed preparation system as described in any one of claims 1-7.
