技术领域
本发明涉及蛋鸡饲料领域,尤其涉及一种基于柑桔幼果提取物的蛋鸡饲料添加剂及其应用。
背景技术
蛋黄品质包括蛋黄的颜色、大小、风味和蛋黄的成分含量。影响蛋黄品质的因素有很多。
蛋黄颜色是由脂溶性色素在禽卵形成期间沉积到蛋黄中形成的,机体自身没有合成这些色素的能力,蛋黄中的色素是从饲料中获得的。理想的蛋黄颜色取决于饲粮中叶黄素的质和量,而适量的红色素可以提高叶黄素在蛋黄中的沉积效率。
蛋鸡生产中常使用的人工合成色素有辣椒红、叶黄体、隐黄质、紫黄质、玉米黄质等。目前国内外对饲料添加剂中的人工合成色素类物质做了明确规定,要求其在饲料中的添加量不得超过30g/t。蛋黄完全着色一般需要10天,生产中常在产蛋前两周开始饲喂含色素的饲料,以使蛋黄颜色完全生成。
叶黄素的吸收过程类似于脂溶性维生素,在小肠中与胆盐结合形成混合微胶粒,进入小肠黏膜表面的近水层,一少部分(或少数几类)在小肠黏膜内被重新酯化,大部分以扩散形式进入血液和淋巴参与循环,再通过主动运输的方式被吸附而沉积与皮肤之中。
鸡的机体健康状况直接影响黄色素在机体组织中的沉积,特别是肠道吸收功能发生故障(如小肠绒毛形态结构和功能发生变化)或免疫机能下降时,影响黄色素沉积的现象更为显著。患有传染性疾病或发生寄生虫感染,特别是急慢性球虫病、沙门氏菌、慢性呼吸道疾病等特别能导致黄色素沉积作用的降低。传染性贫血、出血性肠炎、传染性支气管炎、大肠杆菌病、新城疫、病毒性关节炎等都会造成着色不良。另外,肝脏或胰腺发生病变时,胆汁分泌减少,会大大降低脂溶性叶黄素的吸收,有报道,肉仔鸡感染球虫后血清中叶黄素水平降低88%,肠道中叶黄素总量降低76%。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何通过蛋鸡饲料添加剂各个组分的协同作用在确保蛋鸡健康喂养的前提下提高鸡蛋蛋黄的色度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种基于柑桔幼果提取物的蛋鸡饲料添加剂及其应用。
一种基于柑桔幼果提取物的蛋鸡饲料添加剂,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物80~90%,枫香树叶提取物5~10%,女贞子提取物5~10%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为10%以上,总多糖含量为10%以上;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚5%以上;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸5%以上;所述柑桔幼果提取物由直径小于2厘米的柑桔提取得到。
进一步地,所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
将柑桔幼果经干燥、粉碎后与体积浓度为70~90%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;;所述柑桔幼果为直径小于2厘米的柑桔;
将所述第一残渣与体积浓度为30~50%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第二提取物和第二残渣;
将所述第二残渣与水按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第三提取物;
合并所述第一提取物、所述第二提取物和所述第三提取物得所述柑桔幼果提取物。
本发明还提出上述的蛋鸡饲料添加剂在蛋鸡饲料中的应用。
进一步地,按照10-100克/吨饲料的添加量添加至所述蛋鸡饲料中。
本发明选用直径小于2厘米的柑桔果实作为提取原料,因为相对成熟果实而言,此种幼果几乎没有什么果肉,而且影响动物食欲的苦味物质如柠檬苦素类的含量也极低,因而特别适合用于动物饲料。本发明柑桔幼果提取物的柑桔幼果中含多种维生素,以维生素E、维生素B2和烟酸较多;含多种常量和微量元素,其中以钙、钾、铁、锌、硒、铜含量较多;含1.9%~3.5%清香型挥发油(其中含柠檬烯和葎草烯、亚油酸乙酯较多);含胡萝卜素、隐黄素、桔红素、叶黄素等天然色素;含多种糖苷类,其中以新橙皮苷含量较高;含果胶膳食纤维等营养物质。另外,柑桔幼果还含多种生物碱,以及橙皮甙、川皮酮、胆碱、麝香草酚类、橙花醇、榄香烯、柠檬苦素类等众多生物活性物质,这些活性成分的提取利用可以减少动物肠道疾病的发生,有效改善动物的饲养性能,同时,这些成分可有效防止过氧化物及自由基对色素在体内、体外所发生的氧化破坏。
本发明与现有技术对比的有益效果包括:柑桔幼果提取物具有包括胡萝卜素、隐黄素、桔红素、叶黄素等天然色素在内的各种活性成分,活性成分包括生物碱,以及橙皮甙、川皮酮、胆碱、麝香草酚类、橙花醇、榄香烯、柠檬苦素类;活性成分能够充分保证柑桔幼果提取物对蛋鸡具有的抗氧化作用和营养供给作用;在此基础上,柑桔幼果提取物可以延长色素在鸡蛋蛋黄中的存在时间,提高鸡蛋的色度及保质期;蛋鸡饲料添加剂中的少量含有总多酚的枫香树叶提取物可以有效提高蛋鸡免疫力,促进肠道益生菌生长,减少有害细菌的生长繁殖,抑制炎症发生,提高蛋鸡的营养吸收和饲料营养的高效转化;蛋鸡饲料添加剂中的女贞子提取物可促进蛋鸡生长及免疫调节作用,从而提高蛋鸡的饲养表现。同时,女贞子提取物的齐墩果酸能通过促进血液循环以及提高色素与血液的结合能力,加强转运系统向产蛋系统的色素转运;因此,本发明通过蛋鸡饲料添加剂各个组分的协同作用在确保蛋鸡健康喂养的前提下提高鸡蛋蛋黄的色度。

本具体实施方式提出一种鸡饲料添加剂,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物80~90%,枫香树叶提取物5~10%,女贞子提取物5~10%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为10%以上,总多糖含量为10%以上;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚5%以上;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸5%以上;
所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
收集柑桔幼果,在真空干燥箱中于40~60℃干燥12~24小时得到所需要的柑桔幼果,将干燥后的所述柑桔幼果粉碎,得到10-40目细粉;
将粉碎后的柑桔幼果与体积浓度为70~90%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10在提取罐中混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;所述柑桔幼果为直径小于2厘米的柑桔;
将所述第一残渣与体积浓度为30~50%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10在提取罐中混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第二提取物和第二残渣;
将所述第二残渣与水按照质量比1:6~10在提取罐中混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第三提取物;
合并所述第一提取物、所述第二提取物和所述第三提取物得所述柑桔幼果提取物。
本具体实施方式还包括上述蛋鸡饲料添加剂在蛋鸡饲料中的应用,按照10-100克/吨饲料的添加量添加至所述蛋鸡饲料中。
本具体实施方式还包括上述鸡饲料添加剂在鸡饲料中的应用,按照10-100克/吨饲料的添加量添加至所述鸡饲料中;所述鸡饲料按照质量百分比,包括60-65%的玉米、18%-22%豆粕、2%-4%的棉粕、1%-1.5%的磷酸氢钙、8%-10%的石粉、1.65%-1.8%的麸皮、0.3%-0.4%的食盐和1%-2%的预混料。
本发明使用的预混料为现有技术中市售的任何一种适用于鸡饲料的预混料。本发明使用的枫香树叶提取物和女贞子提取物通过常规的提取方法经乙醇溶剂提取出来,也可购买自市售的枫香树叶提取物和女贞子提取物。
为进一步说明本具体实施方式提出的蛋鸡饲料添加剂及其应用,下面列举实施例进行进一步说明。
实施例1
一种蛋鸡饲料添加剂,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物90%,枫香树叶提取物5%,女贞子提取物5%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为16%,总多糖含量为12%;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚8%;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸7%;
所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
收集柑桔幼果,在真空干燥箱中于40℃经干燥24小时得到所需要的柑桔幼果。
称取600公斤上述原料,粉碎,得到10目细粉。
称取500公斤上述10目细粉,投入5000升提取罐中,加入80%乙醇3000公斤,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集乙醇溶液;经浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;
向上述提取罐中注入40%乙醇3000公斤和第一残渣混合,进行第二次提取,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集乙醇溶液,经浓缩干燥得第二提取物和第二残渣;
向上述提取罐中注入水3000公斤和第二残渣,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集水提取液,经浓缩干燥得第三提取物。
合并上述三次提取物得到本实施例所需柑桔幼果提取物,其中,总黄酮含量16%,总多糖含量12%。
实施例2
一种蛋鸡饲料添加剂,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物85%,枫香树叶提取物10%,女贞子提取物5%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为14%,总多糖含量为15%;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚6%;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸5%;
所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
收集柑桔幼果,在真空干燥箱中于50℃经干燥24小时得到所需要的柑桔幼果。
称取600公斤上述原料,粉碎,得到20目细粉。
称取300公斤上述20目细粉,投入5000升提取罐中,加入70%乙醇2400公斤,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集乙醇溶液;经浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;
向上述提取罐中注入50%乙醇1800公斤与第一残渣混合,进行第二次提取,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集乙醇溶液,经浓缩干燥得第二提取物和第二残渣;
向上述提取罐中注入水1800公斤与第二残渣混合,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集水提取液,经浓缩干燥得第三提取物。
合并上述三次提取物得到本实施例所需柑桔给幼果提取物,其中,总黄酮含量14%,总多糖含量15%。
实施例3
一种蛋鸡饲料添加剂,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物80%,枫香树叶提取物5%,女贞子提取物15%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为17%,总多糖含量为11%;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚7%;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸6%;
所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
收集柑桔幼果,在真空干燥箱中于60℃经干燥12时得到所需要的柑桔幼果。
称取600公斤上述原料,粉碎,得到20目细粉。
称取400公斤上述20目细粉,投入5000升提取罐中,加入90%乙醇2800公斤,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集乙醇溶液;经浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;

向上述提取罐中注入水2800公斤与第二残渣混合,加热回流2小时,过滤,收集水提取液,经浓缩干燥得第三提取物。
合并上述三次提取物得到本实施例所需柑桔幼果提取物,其中,总黄酮含量17%,总多糖含量11%。
相关试验如下:
选用120日龄体重相近、健康和食欲正常的海兰灰商品蛋鸡144只。当其产蛋率达到5%时开始预试验,7d后差异不显著,开始正式试验。基础日粮配方及营养水平见表1。

预混料的营养成分包括:VA:8500IU;VD3:2400IU;VB1:1.20mg;VB2:3.6mg;VB6:1.2mg;VE:20IU;VB12:12μg;VK3:2.4mg;泛酸:10mg;叶酸:0.5mg;烟酸:26.7mg;胆碱:450mg;铜:8mg;铁:64mg;锰:64mg;锌:48mg;碘:0.45mg;硒:0.3mg和适量载体。
将144只120日龄体重相近、健康和食欲正常的海兰灰商品蛋鸡随机分为6个组,每组设4个重复,每个重复6只鸡。第1组为不添加鸡饲料添加剂的对照组饲喂基础日粮,其他五组分别在基础日粮的基础上按照添加量10、20、40、80、100克/吨的添加量添加实施例3中鸡饲料添加剂。
蛋黄颜色(RCF值)用罗氏比色扇在荧光灯下比色。
蛋黄L值(亮值)、a*值(红值)、b*值(黄值)用上海民仪有限公司生产的WSC-S型测色色差计测定,连续测三个值,再求其平均值,结果如表2所示,结果表明,各剂量组均可明确提高蛋黄颜色品质。

Claims (4)
1.一种基于柑桔幼果提取物的蛋鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,按照质量百分比,包括:柑桔幼果提取物80~90%,枫香树叶提取物5~10%,女贞子提取物5~10%;其中,所述柑桔幼果提取物中,总黄酮含量为10%以上,总多糖含量为10%以上;所述枫香树叶提取物中,总多酚5%以上;所述女贞子提取物中,齐墩果酸5%以上;所述柑桔幼果提取物由直径小于2厘米的柑桔提取得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,所述柑桔幼果提取物由以下步骤制得:
将柑桔幼果经干燥、粉碎后与体积浓度为70~90%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第一提取物和第一残渣;所述柑桔幼果为直径小于2厘米的柑桔;
将所述第一残渣与体积浓度为30~50%的乙醇按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第二提取物和第二残渣;
将所述第二残渣与水按照质量比1:6~10混合,回流提取2~4小时,之后浓缩干燥得第三提取物;
合并所述第一提取物、所述第二提取物和所述第三提取物得所述柑桔幼果提取物。
3.权利要求1-2任一项所述的蛋鸡饲料添加剂在蛋鸡饲料中的应用。
4.根据权利要求3所述的应用,其特征在于,按照10-100克/吨饲料的添加量添加至所述蛋鸡饲料中。
