s31: obtaining a wet condition ratio between the wet conditions of the land of each area to be irrigated, and obtaining a minimum wet value from the wet condition ratio;
s32: acquiring a green plant irrigation unit according to the minimum wetting numerical value, and calculating the green plant irrigation amount of each area to be irrigated according to the green plant irrigation unit and the wetting condition ratio;
step S40 includes:
s41: acquiring all rainwater collecting device information of each area to be irrigated, wherein the rainwater collecting device information comprises corresponding device identification and water level information;
s42: according to the device identification, the green plant irrigation amount is sent to a rainwater collection device of each area to be irrigated;

s422: and distributing the green plant irrigation amount according to the water level ratio to obtain the green plant irrigation water yield corresponding to each device identifier in the area to be irrigated.
