背景技术

图3示意性地显示了设有剂量指示器A的分配装置B。这种装置B包括主体10和储器20,在该储器上借助于固定环25(例如压接盖)组装有计量阀30。装置B的驱动通过储器20在主体10的内部轴向移动来实现,这种移动导致阀30的阀构件压缩,这导致一定剂量的产品通过嘴孔(orifice buccal)40排出,以及通过驱动器50的轴向移动的剂量指示器A的驱动。当然,这在此仅是一个实施例,并且本发明可适用于任何类型的剂量计数器或指示器,而不管它们是与阀或泵相关联。
典型地,在这种类型的剂量计数器或指示器装置中,驱动器由POM制成。
根据本发明,由包含脂族聚酮的材料制成分配装置的至少一个刚性和/或不可变形的部分,有利地是与流体产品接触的一个或多个元件,例如一个或多个储器、计量室、泵、分配头以及通向分配孔的所有导管。
同样,如果分配装置包括剂量计数器或指示器,则所述剂量计数器或指示器的至少一部分可由包含脂族聚酮的材料制成。
该聚酮是具有以下通式的高性能热塑性材料:

该聚酮被分为两个家族:脂族聚酮,也称为POK,和芳族聚酮,例如聚醚醚酮,更通常称为PEEK。
脂族聚酮出现于1990年代,然后由于实施困难而在2000年中断。韩国Hyosung公司于2013年重新推出了它们。该公司特别开发了三元共聚物(乙烯、丙烯、CO),它们具有更好的可加工性或可工作性(尤其是较低的熔融温度):

在其化学结构的主链中羰基基团的存在为其赋予了有益的性能,例如:
-良好的耐磨性;
-良好的抗水解性;
-高水平的机械性能;和
-短的模塑循环时间。
聚酮的惯常应用是在石油工业中。可特别有益的是使用它们来限制化学产品在运输系统中的迁移或限制这些运输系统中的腐蚀。在汽车工业中,它们可用于其中需要在发动机罩下具有良好耐热性和良好耐燃料性的连接器。在建筑中,在高温气候下,可有利地用填充有玻璃纤维的聚酮代替填充有玻璃纤维的尼龙。
聚酮(特别是脂族聚酮)从未被用作制造包括泵的流体产品分配装置的刚性和/或不可变形部分的材料,特别是在制药领域中,例如在图2中所示的装置。
对于这种类型的应用,既不需要对燃料具有良好的密封性,也不需要耐受高热。相反,聚酮的机械强度被证明对泵的刚性组件是有利的。此外,构成这种聚合物的单体的性质看来预示了是相当清洁的材料(因此具有低水平的可提取物),这对于限制与活性成分的相互作用来说是重要的一点。
与上面列出的通常使用的材料相比,脂族聚酮特别具有以下优点:
-解决与POM相关的甲醛问题;
-与PBT相比,摩擦系数改善;
-比PA更好的机械性能;和
-由于更短的循环时间而导致生产的经济增益。
机械性能
材料机械性能的表征测试之一在于测量其抗冲击性。其原理在于确定在一次撞击中使样品破裂所需的能量,该样品任选地预先开切口。断裂所需的此能量通过计算样品断裂后锤的开始位置(最高位置)和结束位置之间的电势差来获得。
在图4的图中,观察到与PBT和POM相比,使用聚酮的抗冲击性的明显改善。
摩擦
该测试在于将两种材料彼此摩擦以确定摩擦系数。用于进行这种对比测试的材料是丁腈橡胶。
摩擦系数是牵引力(使设备移动的响应力)与施加力(法向力)之比。
存在两种类型的摩擦系数:动态摩擦系数和静态摩擦系数。
-静态摩擦系数是在测试开始时测量的系数;这是在基材上移动样本并启动移动所需的力;还使用术语“粘合系数”;
-动态摩擦系数则是保持恒定速度运动所需的系数。
如图5所示的所得结果表明脂族聚酮具有:
-静态摩擦系数小于PBT和POM;
-动态摩擦系数小于PBT且与POM处于同一水平。
可提取物
图6显示针对脂族聚酮测量的可提取物含量远低于POM的可提取物含量。
有可能利用包含至少一种脂族聚酮与至少一种其他聚合物的合金的材料制得分配器中与流体产品接触的部分。为了形成这种合金,所述至少一种其他聚合物可选自以下聚合物:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),聚缩醛(POM),聚乙二醇(PETG),聚氯乙烯(PVC),聚酰胺(PA),聚碳酸酯(PC),聚苯乙烯(PS),苯乙烯丙烯腈(SAN),丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS),高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),聚砜(PSU)合金,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),热塑性聚氨酯(TPUR)弹性体,聚苯硫醚(PPS),聚醚砜(PES),热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPE),改性聚苯醚(PPO),聚醚酰亚胺(PEI),聚醚醚酮(PEEK),硬质热塑性聚氨酯(RTPU),饱和苯乙烯弹性体(SEBS),不饱和苯乙烯弹性体(SBS),热塑性烯烃弹性体(TEO),硫化苯乙烯弹性体(TPV),聚甲基戊烯(PMP),全氟烷氧基(PFA),乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),液晶聚合物(LCP),氟化乙烯丙烯(FEP),聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),聚醚酮酮(PEKK),热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI),高温聚酰胺(NHT),间同立构聚苯乙烯(SPS),聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)。不过,这个聚合物清单不应被认为是限制性的,可以使用适合与所述至少一种脂族聚酮组合的任何聚合物。
因此,本发明提出了一种有利且有效的解决方案,其旨在优化材料的性能。因而,所使用的材料使得能够通过减少分配或吸入的有效成分的质量变化而保证每次启动分配构件时都可以更规律地分配流体。本发明因此特别但不排他地特别有益于药物配制剂的分配。
本发明已经参考几种有利的实施模式而进行了描述,但应理解,本领域技术人员可以在不超出由所附权利要求限定的本发明范围的情况下对其进行任何改变。

Claims (7)

1.流体产品分配装置,其包括:
-至少一个适合于容纳待分配的流体产品的储器(20);
-安装在所述储器(20)上的泵(1);
-分配头(2),该分配头包括经由其分配流体产品的分配孔(3),该分配头适合于驱动所述泵(1);
其特征在于所述分配装置的至少一个刚性和/或不可变形的部分由包含脂族聚酮的材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,还包括剂量计数器或指示器(A),所述剂量计数器或指示器的至少一部分由包含脂族聚酮的材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中所述材料包括脂族聚酮的三元共聚物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中所述三元共聚物是具有下式的乙烯/丙烯/一氧化碳三元共聚物:

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的装置,其中所述材料由脂族聚酮构成。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的装置,其中所述材料是包含至少一种脂族聚酮和至少一种其他聚合物的合金。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中所述至少一种其他聚合物包括以下聚合物中的一种或多种:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT),聚缩醛(POM),聚乙二醇(PETG),聚氯乙烯(PVC),聚酰胺(PA),聚碳酸酯(PC),聚苯乙烯(PS),苯乙烯丙烯腈(SAN),丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS),高密度聚乙烯(HDPE),低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),聚砜(PSU)合金,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),热塑性聚氨酯(TPUR)弹性体,聚苯硫醚(PPS),聚醚砜(PES),热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPE),改性聚苯醚(PPO),聚醚酰亚胺(PEI),聚醚醚酮(PEEK),硬质热塑性聚氨酯(RTPU),饱和苯乙烯弹性体(SEBS),不饱和苯乙烯弹性体(SBS),热塑性烯烃弹性体(TEO),硫化苯乙烯弹性体(TPV),聚甲基戊烯(PMP),全氟烷氧基(PFA),乙烯四氟乙烯(ETFE),聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF),液晶聚合物(LCP),氟化乙烯丙烯(FEP),聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA),聚醚酮酮(PEKK),热塑性聚酰亚胺(TPI),高温聚酰胺(NHT),间同立构聚苯乙烯(SPS),聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)。
