the filling device 2 comprises a filling assembly 21, a clamping assembly 22, a translation assembly 23, a filling lifting assembly 24 and a total lifting assembly 25; the translation assembly 23 is mounted on the frame 1 through the general lifting assembly 25; the filling assembly 21 is arranged right above the clamping assembly 22; the filling lifting assembly 24 is vertically installed on the translation assembly 23 in a penetrating manner; the clamping assembly 22 is mounted to the bottom of the filling lifting assembly 24. It should be noted that the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226 adopt the pulling force of the extension spring 2217 as the clamping force for clamping the filling bottles 8, because the pulling force of the extension spring 2217 is relatively stable, the stability of the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226 when clamping the filling bottles 8 is good, the external force exerted by the air cylinder on the weighing sensor 2211 is small, the detection accuracy of the weighing sensor 2211 is improved, the filling amount of each filling bottle 8 basically reaches the specified filling amount, the filling quality is improved, and the consumption requirements are met; the unstable drive power of directly adopting the cylinder to provide has been avoided, leads to 8 clamping instability of filling bottle, and load cell 2211 receives the applied external force of cylinder big, influences the weight numerical value after load cell 2211 detects 8 filling products of filling bottle.
It should be noted that, when filling bottles 8 of different sizes need to be clamped, the diameters of the filling bottles 8 are different, so that the numerical values of the distances between the filling bottles 8 are also different, and the mounting positions of the platform stopper 2218 on the adjusting plate 2213 can be adjusted, so as to adjust the clamping positions of the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226, so as to adapt to clamping filling bottles 8 of different sizes.

It should be noted that by adjusting the mounting position of the intercepting knife main seat 39 on the intercepting knife fixing seat 38, the mounting heights of the first intercepting knife and the second intercepting knife 35 on the intercepting knife fixing seat 38 can be adjusted to adapt to the first intercepting knife and the second intercepting knife 35 intercepting the filling bottles 8 with different heights; by adjusting the mounting positions of the first 313 and second 315 clamping blocks on the first 31 and second 32 horizontal shafts, respectively, the mounting intervals of the first 35 and second 35 interceptors on the first 31 and second 32 horizontal shafts can be adjusted to accommodate the interception of filling bottles 8 of different diameter sizes.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the conveying device 4 includes a first conveying belt 41, a second conveying belt 42, a first conveying frame 43, a second conveying frame 44, a first driving motor 45, and a second driving motor 46; the first conveying frame 43 and the second conveying frame 44 are arranged on the frame 1 in parallel; the first conveying belt 41 is mounted on the first conveying frame 43 through a first driving wheel and a first driven wheel; the second conveying belt 42 is mounted on the second conveying frame 44 through a second driving wheel and a second driven wheel; the first driving motor 45 is mounted at one end of the first conveying frame 43; an output shaft of the first driving motor 45 is connected with the first driving wheel; the second driving motor 46 is mounted at one end of the second carriage 44; the output shaft of the second drive motor 46 is connected to the second drive pulley. It should be noted that the first conveyor belt 41 and the second conveyor belt 42 operate independently, and the first conveyor belt 41 is responsible for conveying the filling bottles 8 to be filled; the second conveyor belt 42 is responsible for conveying the filled bottles 8 of filled product; the arrangement of the first conveying belt 41 and the second conveying belt 42 facilitates orderly filling of the filling bottles 8, and further improves filling efficiency.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the rack 1 is further provided with a gas storage tank assembly 5; a shunt box 6 is arranged at the top of the frame 1; and a control electric box 7 is arranged on the side surface of the rack 1.
Specifically, in the embodiment, a filling method of a novel filling machine includes the following steps: step (1), placing filling bottles 8 of products to be filled on a first conveying belt 41 through a manipulator; the first driving motor 45 works to provide power for the first conveying belt 41; the first conveying belt 41 conveys the filling bottles 8 to pass through the intercepting and positioning device 3, and the intercepting and positioning device 3 intercepts and positions the filling bottles 8;
step (2), the electric eye piece 311 arranged on the intercepting and positioning device 3 detects the number of the filling bottles 8 conveyed on the first conveyor belt 41, and when the number of the filling bottles 8 reaches the number of one-time filling procedures, the first intercepting knife cylinder 36 works to drive the first intercepting knife to extend above the first conveyor belt 41 to intercept the filling bottles 8 in front of conveying; meanwhile, the second intercepting knife cylinder 37 works to drive the second intercepting knife 35 to extend into the upper part of the first conveying belt 41 to intercept the filling bottles 8 at the rear conveying part; the spacing formed by the first and second interceptors 35 positions the plurality of filling bottles 8 exactly directly below the filling device 2; at this time, the first driving motor 45 is powered off and stops working, and the first conveyer belt 41 stops conveying the filling bottles 8;

The second stage of filling is slow filling, and the filling nozzle 214 slowly fills the product into the filling bottle 8 to a set standard filling amount, so that bubbles generated in the filling process can be reduced; the filling quality is further improved, the filling efficiency of the filling nozzle 214 is further improved by adopting a filling mode of matching the first-stage filling with the second-stage filling, the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is good.
Step (5), when the filling bottles 8 move to the position right above the second conveying belt 42, the translation air cylinder 235 stops working, and the sliding main plate 232 stops moving; the lifting cylinder 243 starts to work, the lifting cylinder push plate 241 is pushed to descend along the lifting guide shaft 242, so that the clamping assembly 22 is driven to synchronously descend, before the bottoms of the filling bottles 8 clamped by the first clamping head 225 and the second clamping head 226 contact with the second conveying belt 42, the lifting cylinder 243 stops working, at this time, the filling nozzles 214 are ready to perform second-stage filling on the filling bottles 8, the weighing sensor 2211 detects whether the total weight values of the filling bottles 8 and the filling products reach the set weight value, and feeds the detected values back to the filling nozzles 214, the filling nozzles 214 supplement the filling bottles 8 to the specified weight, the filling of the filling bottles 8 is stopped after the supplement is completed, and errors caused by the detection data of the acceleration symmetrical retransmission sensor 2211 when the filling bottles 8 are transferred are avoided; when the bottom of the filling bottle 8 contacts the second conveyor belt 42, the first clamping cylinder 221 and the second clamping cylinder 222 both start to operate, respectively push the first clamping plate 223 and the second clamping plate 224 to move in opposite directions, the first clamping cylinder 221 and the second clamping cylinder 222 overcome the pulling force of the tension spring 2217, so that the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226 respectively move in opposite directions along the weighing platform guide rail 2214 through the first weighing platform slider 2215 and the second weighing platform slider 2216 under the driving of the first clamping plate 223 and the second clamping plate 224, respectively, the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226 are far away from each other, the first chuck 225 and the second chuck 226 loosen the clamping of the filling bottle 8, then, the lifting cylinder 243 operates to pull the lifting cylinder push plate 241 to ascend along the lifting guide shaft 242, so as to drive the clamping assembly 22 to ascend synchronously, when the clamping assembly 243 ascends to the initial position, the lifting cylinder stops operating, then, the second driving motor 46 works to provide power for the second conveyer belt 42, and the second conveyer belt 42 conveys the filling bottles 8 filled with the products to the production station; meanwhile, the translation cylinder 235 works to push the sliding main plate 232 to move away from the second conveyor belt 42, and after the sliding main plate is reset to the initial position, the translation cylinder 235 stops working; completing the filling work;
and (6) circulating the steps (1) to (5), and filling the filling bottles 8 of the product to be filled in batches.
