Abstract
本发明公开了一种桑菊润喉糖及其制备方法,主要由桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草等六味药食同源的中药材,辅以白砂糖、薄荷油、香精等食品添加剂制成的硬糖,具有清肺润喉、止咳化痰、提神醒脑的作用。

本发明涉及一种食品,尤其涉及一种含有中药提取物的润喉糖及其制备方法。
背景技术
现代社会,随着空气污染日益严重、吸烟与被动吸烟的人数逐年增加,以及自身用嗓过度、慢性咽炎等导致咽喉不适,常见咽部干噪、发胀、堵塞、瘙痒、吞咽困难、有异物感等咽喉问题已成为人们越来越关心的焦点,润喉糖作为具有清咽护嗓的食品,适合人群广,口感好等特点使其成为日常必备品。
目前市面上的润喉糖多以解决咽喉干、涩、痒、痛、异物感等各种不适症状,成分以木糖醇、各种香精为主,并适当添加具有利咽、润肺作用的薄荷、金银花、胖大海等功能成分。然而,在日常生活中,咽喉不适往往不是单独出现,各种原因引起的咽喉不适常常伴随着其他的不适症状,比如咳嗽、头痛目赤等症状。因此,急需一种既能润喉又能起到止咳,还能清利头目的润喉糖。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明的目的是提供一种清肺润喉,止咳化痰,提神醒脑的桑菊润喉糖。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:一种桑菊润喉糖,所述的桑菊润喉糖为硬糖,主要由药食同源的植物提取物及制备硬糖常用的甜味剂、调味剂等制成。其中药食同源的植物提取物主要由桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草中的一种或多种制成, 具体重量份为桑叶3-27份,菊花2.4-21.6份,苦杏仁1.2-10.8份,桔梗1.2-10.8份,罗汉果1.2-10.8份,甘草0.96-8.64份。
优选的上述各主要原料的用量为桑叶9份,菊花7.2份,苦杏仁3.6份,桔梗3.6份,罗汉果3.6份,甘草2.88份。
所述桑菊润喉糖中桑菊提取物与甜味剂、调味剂之比为1:20~60:0.05~0.5。
其中甜味剂为白砂糖、麦芽糖浆、异麦芽酮糖醇、安赛蜜中的一种或多种。调味剂为薄荷脑、薄荷素油、桉叶油、香精中的一种或多种。
具体甜味剂重量份为:白砂糖100份、麦芽糖浆50-500份制成普通桑菊润喉糖,异麦芽酮糖醇100份、安赛蜜0.01-0.5份制成无糖型桑菊润喉糖。
具体调味剂重量份为薄荷脑1份或薄荷油1份、桉叶油0.1-1份、香精0.1-1份。
桑菊润喉糖制备方法,首先提取桑菊提取物,具体提取方法为:将漂洗好的桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草,加水提取三次,第一次加6-10倍量水煎煮2-3小时,第二次加6-10倍量水煎煮1-2小时,第三次加6-10倍量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.15浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为40-80%,混匀,静置 6-24 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.30,得桑菊提取物(浸膏)。然后再按硬糖制备方法加入甜味剂,加热溶解,加入桑菊提取浸膏,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到140-145℃,再加入调味剂保持5-15分钟后,冷却,压制或浇注成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
优选的,桑菊润喉糖制备方法,首先提取桑菊提取物,具体提取方法为:将漂洗好的桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草,加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮1.5小时,第三次加10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,浓缩至相对密度为1.08-1.10浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,混匀,静置 12h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,得桑菊提取物(浸膏)。然后再按硬糖制备方法加入甜味剂白砂糖、麦芽糖浆,加热溶解,加入桑菊提取浸膏,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 140-145℃,加入调味剂薄荷油、桉叶油、香精保持5-15分钟后,冷却,压制或浇注成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
优选的,制备无糖型桑菊润喉糖的方法为,首先提取桑菊提取物,具体提取方法为:将漂洗好的桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草,加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮1.5小时,第三次加8倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,浓缩至相对密度为1.08-1.10浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,混匀,静置 12h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,得桑菊提取物(浸膏)。然后再按硬糖制备方法称取甜味剂异麦芽酮糖醇、安赛蜜,加入适量水加热溶解,加入桑菊提取浸膏,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 140-145℃,加入调味剂薄荷油、桉叶油、香精保持5-10分钟后,冷却,压制成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
本发明的处方中,各中药成分的药理成分如下:
桑叶,为桑科植物桑的干燥叶,为中医常用药,具有疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目的功效,用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头痛目赤。经现代药理作用究研显示,桑中的芸香苷能显著抑制大鼠创伤性浮肿,并能阻止结膜炎、耳郭炎、肺水肿的发展,桑叶汁对大多数革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌以及部分酵母菌有良好的抑制生长作用。而且所需的抑菌浓度低、pH值范围宽(4-9)、热稳定性强。
菊花,为本品为菊科植物菊的干燥头状花序,为中医常用药,具有散风清热,清热解毒,平肝明目的功效。用于风热感冒,疮痈肿毒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛。现代研究证明, 菊花在体外对革兰氏阳性细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌及β-溶血性链球菌)、人型结核杆菌有某些抑制作用。其水浸剂(1:4)对某些常见皮肤致病性真菌亦有些抑制作用。高浓度在体外还有抗病毒(PB8株)及抗螺旋体作用,还能抑制毛细血管的通透性而有抗炎作用。
苦杏仁,蔷薇科植物山杏,夏季采收成熟果实,除去果肉及核壳,取出种子,晒干。别名:杏仁。主治功能有降气止咳平喘,润肠通便。用于咳嗽气喘,胸满痰多,血虚津枯,肠燥便秘。
桔梗,双子叶植物桔梗科桔梗的根,味苦、辛,性微温。入肺经。能祛痰止咳,并有宣肺、排脓作用。
罗汉果,为葫芦科植物罗汉果的干燥果实,味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴、利咽开音的功效。用于肺热燥咳,咽痛失音,肠燥便秘。
甘草,双子叶植物豆科甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的根及根茎。具有抗炎、抗病毒,和保肝解毒及增强免疫功能等作用。由于甘草酸有糖皮质激素样药理作用而无严重不良反应,临床被 广泛用于治疗各种急慢性肝炎、支气管炎和艾滋病,还具有抗癌防癌、干扰素诱生剂及细胞免疫调节剂等功能。
上述主要原料配伍,具有清肺利咽、止咳祛痰、清热解毒、生津止渴、抑菌消炎、清利头目的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:桑菊润喉糖在清凉润喉、润肺止咳的同时还兼有清利头目和提神醒脑的作用,达到润喉、止咳、清利头目和提神醒脑的效果,对于疲劳驾驶、用脑用眼过度的人群更能提神醒脑、清利头目。
本发明所述桑菊润喉糖食用试验:针对咽喉干燥、疼痛、喉痒、吞咽困难等咽喉不适症状及咳嗽、气喘、痰多、久咳不止等伴随不同程度症状的,食用者一次服用1颗,每天 3-6次。试验结果:咽喉干燥、喉痒及咳嗽痰多等症状得到缓解,服用2-3天,咽喉疼痛、咳嗽气喘等症状明显减轻,尤其是春秋季节性感冒或风热感冒初期引起的咽喉干痒、 久咳不止、吞咽疼痛等不适症状得到明显缓解,对于工作量大、容易上火者,可以在工 作时含服,可减少干燥、上火引起的上述不适症状的出现。对于疲劳驾驶、用脑用眼过度者,可以在感觉视疲劳或注意力不集中时含服,可清利头目,提神醒脑。
为了使本领域技术人员能更好的理解本发明,申请人对部分相关人群进行了一系列的食用试验, 以证明本发明的效果:
试验例1:考察不同实施例产品口感、成型效果、工艺可操作性及稳定性指标
试验方法:从桑菊润喉糖研究生产人员中选择10人进行考察评价,分别从制备过程及产品外观、并食用5个实施例产品及市售产品,进行评价,以“★”号表示评价结果,“★★★★★”为最佳,“★★★★”为较好,“★★★”为良好,“★★”为一般,“★”差,其结果如下表:

结果:从上表中可以看出,5个实施例相比较,成型效果、口感、工艺可操作性和稳定性方面,实施例3和5是最好的,实施例2和4次之,实施例1成型效果、口感和稳定性相比之下要差一些。
试验例2:考察不同实施例润喉、止咳、提神醒脑效果
试验方法:筛选出60人进行考察,其中,有咽喉干燥、疼痛、吞咽困难人群20人,有喉痒并伴有咳嗽人群20人,久驾疲劳或用眼用脑疲劳人群20人,分别含服各实施例的桑菊润喉糖进行评价,以食用人员评感观认为有清凉润喉、提神醒脑、清肺止咳效果人数来评价,其结果如下表:

结果:从上表中可以看出,5个实施例的桑菊润喉糖都被认为具有清凉润喉、提神醒脑、清肺止咳效果,其中实施例3效果最好,其次是实施例5,效果均优于市售产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
首先将漂洗好的桑叶900g、菊花720g,加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮3小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第三次加10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤(80目),合并滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为50%,搅拌均匀,静置24 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20,得桑菊提取浸膏备用。然后再按硬糖制备方法将白砂600g和麦芽糖浆800g加热溶解,再加入桑菊提取浸膏45g,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到140℃,加入调味剂薄荷油3g、桉叶油1.5g、香精0.5g保持8分钟后,冷却,浇注成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
实施例2:
首先将漂洗好的桑叶900g、菊花720g,苦杏仁360g,桔梗360g加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加8倍量水煎煮1.5小时,第三次加6倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤(80目),合并滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩时的真空度(-0.06 MPa),浓缩温度(70℃),浓缩至相对密度为1.09(60℃)浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为70%,搅拌均匀,静置 18 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20(60℃),得桑菊提取浸膏备用。然后再按硬糖制备方法将白砂糖700g和麦芽糖浆700g加热溶解,再加入桑菊提取浸膏40g,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 142℃,加入调味剂薄荷脑5g、桉叶油2.5g、香精0.8g保持6分钟后,冷却,浇注成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
实施例3:
首先将漂洗好的桑叶900g、菊花720g,苦杏仁360份,桔梗360份、罗汉果360g、甘草288g加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮1.5小时,第三次加10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤(80目),合并滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩时的真空度(-0.04MPa),浓缩温度(80℃),浓缩至相对密度为1.08(70℃)浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,搅拌均匀,静置12 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20(70℃),得桑菊提取浸膏备用。然后再按硬糖制备方法将白砂糖800g和麦芽糖浆800g加热溶解,再加入桑菊提取浸膏35g,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 145℃,加入调味剂薄荷油4g、桉叶油2g、香精0.6g保持5分钟后,再将熬煮好的糖浆输送到钢带上冷却,待糖浆冷却之后,将其输送到保温滚床,待糖滚圆后将其经过均条机均条后再经成型机成型,冷却后进行包装,即得。
实施例4:
首先将漂洗好的桑叶450g、菊花360g,苦杏仁360份,桔梗360份、罗汉果360g、甘草288g加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮3小时,第二次加8倍量水煎煮2小时,第三次加6倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤(80目),合并滤液,浓缩至相对密度为1.10浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,搅拌均匀,静置 12 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.23,得桑菊提取浸膏备用。然后再按硬糖制备方法称取异麦芽酮糖醇1300g、安赛蜜2.5g,加适量水加热溶解,再加入桑菊提取浸膏35g,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 140℃,加入调味剂薄荷油2g、桉叶油1g、香精1g保持6分钟后,冷却,压制成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
实施例5:
首先将漂洗好的桑叶1800g、菊花1440g,苦杏仁360份,桔梗360份、罗汉果360g、甘草288g加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第三次加8倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤(80目),合并滤液,真空浓缩,浓缩时的真空度(-0.05MPa),浓缩温度(80℃),浓缩至相对密度为1.08(70℃)浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,搅拌均匀,静置12 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.23,得桑菊提取浸膏备用。然后再按硬糖制备方法称取异麦芽酮糖醇1400g、安赛蜜2.8g,加适量水加热溶解,再加入桑菊提取浸膏30g,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 140℃,加入调味剂薄荷油3.5g、桉叶油2.2g、香精1.2g保持10分钟后,再将熬煮好的糖浆输送到钢带上冷却,待糖浆冷却之后,将其输送到保温滚床,待糖滚圆后将其经过均条机均条后再经成型机成型,冷却后进行包装,即得。

1.一种桑菊润喉糖,由植物提取物及甜味剂和调味剂制成,所述植物提取物为桑菊提取物,由桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草中的一种或多种提取浓缩而成,所述甜味剂为白砂糖、麦芽糖浆、异麦芽酮糖醇、安赛蜜中和一种或多种,所述调味剂为薄荷素油、薄荷脑、桉叶油、香精中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,所述桑菊提取物与甜味剂、调味剂之比为1:20~60:0.05~0.5。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述桑菊提取物由桑叶3-27份,菊花2.4-21.6份,苦杏仁1.2-10.8份,桔梗1.2-10.8份,罗汉果1.2-10.8份,甘草0.96-8.64份提取浓缩而成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述植物提取物由桑叶9份,菊花7.2份,苦杏仁3.6份,桔梗3.6份,罗汉果3.6份,甘草2.88份提取浓缩而成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为白砂糖和麦芽糖浆,所述白砂糖与麦芽糖浆之比为1:0.5~5。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,所述甜味剂为异麦芽酮糖醇和安赛蜜,所述异麦芽酮糖醇和安赛蜜之比为1:0.0001~0.005。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,所述调味剂为薄荷脑和桉叶油,所述薄荷脑和桉叶油之比为1:0.1~1。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述桑菊润喉糖,其特征在于,所述调味剂为薄荷油、桉叶油和香精,所述薄荷油、桉叶油和香精之比为1:0.1~1:0.1~1。
9.一种桑菊润喉糖的制备方法,其特征在于,首先提取桑菊提取物,所述提取方法为:将漂洗好的桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草,加水提取三次,第一次加6-10倍量水煎煮2-3小时,第二次加6-10倍量水煎煮1-2小时,第三次加6-10倍量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.15浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为40-80%,混匀,静置6-24 h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.30,得桑菊提取物(浸膏),然后再按硬糖制备方法加入甜味剂,加热溶解,加入桑菊提取浸膏,搅拌均匀,加热熬制,待糖浆温度达到 140~145℃,再加入调味剂保持5-15分钟后,冷却,压制或浇注成型,冷却后进行包装即得。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,首先提取桑菊提取物,所述提取方法为:将漂洗好的桑叶、菊花、苦杏仁、桔梗、罗汉果、甘草,加水提取三次,第一次加10倍量水煎煮2小时,第二次加10倍量水煎煮1.5小时,第三次加10倍量水煎煮1小时,过滤,合并滤液,浓缩,浓缩至相对密度为1.08-1.10浸膏,加95%乙醇致含醇量为60%,混匀,静置 12h后,取上清液,回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.20-1.25,得桑菊提取物(浸膏),
