Description

Ancient building timber structure repairing construction method and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building repair, and particularly relates to a method and a system for repairing and constructing an ancient building timber structure.
Background
At present, ancient Chinese buildings are mainly of wood frame structures, namely, wood columns and wood beams are adopted to form frames of houses, the weight of roofs and eaves is transmitted to the columns through the beam frames, and walls only play a role of partition and are not structural parts bearing the weight of the houses. The ancient Hangul of 'collapse when falling down from the house' roughly points out the most important characteristics of the frame structure of Chinese buildings. The structure can make the house meet the ever-changing functional requirements of life and production under different climatic conditions. Meanwhile, because the wall of the house is not loaded with weight, the door and the window are provided with great flexibility. Because the wood has the advantages of good bending resistance, compression resistance, shock resistance, easy processing and maintenance and the like, the wood is widely applied to ancient buildings in China, and a large number of wooden structure ancient buildings still exist so far. However, due to the defects of poor wear resistance, low elastic modulus, easy aging and deformation and the like, wood is easy to be damaged under the action of external force or natural force, the overall shape of the wood structure of the historic building is affected, and the danger of collapse may exist. At present, damaged wood is directly replaced in the process of repairing a wood structure in an ancient building, the original wood is less reserved, the repairing cost is high, and the repairing period is long.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows: at present, damaged wood is directly replaced in the process of repairing a wood structure in an ancient building, the original wood is less reserved, the repairing cost is high, and the repairing period is long.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a method and a system for repairing and constructing an ancient building wood structure.
The invention is realized in such a way that the historic building wood structure repairing construction method comprises the following steps:
firstly, sweeping dust on the surface of the wooden structure of the historic building by using a soft hair brush through a surface cleaning module, wherein the brush direction of the soft hair brush is consistent with the wooden direction of the wooden structure during cleaning, namely, longitudinal cleaning is carried out, and the force is reduced;
acquiring image data of the ancient building timber structure to be repaired by using high-definition camera equipment through an image acquisition module, and performing feature extraction on the acquired image data of the ancient building timber structure by using a feature extraction program through a feature extraction module;
thirdly, controlling the normal operation of each module of the historic building timber structure restoration construction system by using a main control machine through a main control module;
determining the part to be repaired according to the extracted image characteristics of the ancient building wood structure by using a repair positioning module through a positioning program, and photographing and marking the part to be repaired;
determining the wood of the wood structure by using an analysis program through a structure analysis module, and determining whether the wood of the wood structure is elm, willow, rosewood, teak, cedrela sinensis, cherry, rosewood, pinus koraiensis, white pine, paulownia or other wood;
step six, determining the integral structure of the wood structure through a structure analysis module, and determining that the wood structure is a beam-column structure, a well-dry structure, a light wood structure or other structures; determining the damage type of the wood structure, and determining the damage type of the wood structure to be soaking, worm eating, breaking or other damage;
determining the damage degree of the wood structure through a structure analysis module, determining whether the damage of the wood structure is mild, moderate or severe, and generating an analysis report;
step eight, obtaining an effective scheme for repairing the historic building timber structure according to the analysis report by using a scheme determining program through a repairing scheme determining module;
step nine, directly constructing a low wood structure of the ancient building by using a repairing device through a repairing construction module, erecting vertical rods and transverse rods in a wood structure repairing work area needing to be repaired according to field recorded information of the high wood structure of the ancient building, avoiding the wood structure when erecting, and forming an integral frame by the vertical rods and the transverse rods;
step ten, arranging wall connecting rods on each layer of the integral framework, erecting the wall connecting rods on a concrete wall or a structure with a supporting effect, fixing the wall connecting rods on the concrete wall by using fasteners and iron wires, and arranging the wall connecting rods at intervals of 1 m;
step eleven, paving scaffold boards on the whole frame, wherein two ends of each scaffold board exceed the cross rod by 10-15 cm, and double-layer paving is needed at corners; hanging a safety net on the integral frame, and binding the safety net to the vertical rods and the cross rods by using iron wires to complete the construction of the scaffold;
step twelve, dismantling the scaffolds around the wooden knots of the historic building by using a dismantling device through an equipment dismantling module, cleaning the part to be repaired again, grouting and trowelling by using repair slurry, and painting repair paint on the surface after solidification;
step thirteen, detecting and accepting the repaired ancient building wood structure by using a detecting and accepting module and detecting and accepting equipment, and generating a detecting and accepting report;
fourteen, storing the acquired image data, image characteristics, analysis reports, effective repair schemes and detection acceptance reports of the ancient building timber structure to be repaired by a data storage module through a memory;
and fifteen, displaying the acquired image data, image characteristics, analysis reports, effective repair schemes and real-time data of detection acceptance reports of the ancient building timber structure to be repaired by using the display through the display module.
Further, in the fourth step, the method for photographing and marking the part to be repaired includes:
(1) shooting front-view and side-view images of the repaired part, and putting the shot pictures into a folder to name a 'repaired part detail graph';
(2) marking the joint between the surveyed wood structure and the foundation base by using a small red dot, and corresponding to the joint between the wood structure and the foundation base in the construction drawing one by one;
(3) taking pictures of the whole foundation to obtain evidence;
(4) and taking a picture to obtain evidence of the fixed connection condition of the wood structure and the foundation base, and putting the taken picture into another folder to name a 'repair structure picture'.
Further, in step eight, the method for determining the effective scheme for repairing the ancient building wood structure by the repair scheme determination module includes:
aiming at slight damage of a wood structure, the dry wood chips are glued on a slightly damaged repair surface of the wood structure, are corrected, are combined with the damaged part of the wood structure in size and shape, and are repaired by using paint with the same color;
aiming at the moderate damage of the wood structure, repairing the moderate damage by adopting a putty powder filling or wood chip embedding mode, injecting glue at the putty powder or wood chip for bonding, and correcting the putty powder or wood chip;
aiming at severe damage of the wood structure, 4 rectangular grooves are formed in the outer sides of the wood structure on two sides of the crack, the steel plate matched with the 4 rectangular grooves is fixed on the wood structure on two sides of the crack through screws, the joint between the steel plate and the groove is filled with putty powder, and the same color paint is adopted for repairing.
Further, in a twelfth step, the method for grouting using the repair paste includes:
1) determining a wood pole where a part to be repaired is located;
2) selecting a part of the wood pole which is relatively flat, wherein the length of the part is about 1.5 times of the length of the part to be repaired;
3) recording the shape of the part by using a mould to obtain the mould of the overall shape of the wood pole to be repaired;
4) and (3) dropping the repairing slurry on the mould with the overall shape of the wood pole to be repaired, placing the mould on the surface of the repaired part, and tightly attaching the mould to the wood pole to be repaired.
Further, the repair slurry comprises, by mass, 100 parts of a 65% aqueous epoxy resin solution, 150-200 parts of an aqueous epoxy resin curing agent, 600-800 parts of cement, 500-600 parts of sand, 20-30 parts of a water-soluble wood preservative and 200-500 parts of water.
