a switching assembly (200) comprising a base (201), a first strut (202) and a heald frame (203), the first strut (202) being disposed on the base (201), the heald frame (203) being disposed on the first strut (202);
the weft inserting assembly (300) comprises a weft shuttle (301) and a folding plate (302), the folding plate (302) is connected with the base (201) through a shaft, and the weft shuttle (301) is arranged beside the folding plate (302);
the cloth rolling assembly (400) comprises a second support column (401), a rolling shaft (402) and a rotating handle (403), wherein the second support column (401) is arranged at the end part of the base (201), the rolling shaft (402) is arranged on the second support column (401) in a shaft connection mode, and the rotating handle (403) is arranged at the end part of the rolling shaft (402);
a containing frame (201 a) is arranged at the end part of the base (201), the first warp thread process (101) comprises a warp thread storage area (101 a) and a warp thread wiring area (101 b), the warp thread storage area (101 a) is arranged on the containing frame (201 a), and the warp thread wiring area (101 b) is arranged on the base (201);
the warp storage area (101 a) comprises a placement shaft (101 a-1), a warp coil (101 a-2), a shielding plate (101 a-3), a locking member (101 a-4) and a thread dividing member (101 a-5), the placement shaft (101 a-1) is arranged on the storage frame (201 a), the warp coil (101 a-2) is sleeved on the placement shaft (101 a-1), the shielding plate (101 a-3) is arranged on the periphery of the warp coil (101 a-2), and warps are connected to the thread dividing member (101 a-5) from the warp coil (101 a-2);
the locking piece (101 a-4) is arranged on the placing shaft (101 a-1) to fix the warp coil (101 a-2);
a guide groove (101 a-11) is formed in the end portion of the placing shaft (101 a-1), a clamping groove (101 a-12) is formed in the end portion of the inner side of the guide groove (101 a-11), and the clamping groove (101 a-12) is perpendicular to the guide groove (101 a-11);
the ends of the warp coil (101 a-2) are located at the chucking grooves (101 a-12);
the retaining member (101 a-4) comprises a sleeve (101 a-41), a baffle disc (101 a-42) and an embedded lug (101 a-43), wherein the baffle disc (101 a-42) is arranged at the outer end of the sleeve (101 a-41), and the embedded lug (101 a-43) is arranged at the end of the sleeve (101 a-41);
the embedded convex blocks (101 a-43) are arranged in the guide grooves (101 a-11), and the width of the embedded convex blocks (101 a-43) is the same as that of the clamping grooves (101 a-12);
the line branching piece (101 a-5) comprises first clapboards (101 a-51) and first line gaps (101 a-52), and the first clapboards (101 a _ 51) form the first line gaps (101 a-52) at a certain distance;
a third support column (201 b) and a fourth support column (201 c) are arranged on the base (201);
the warp wiring area (101 b) comprises a distributing shaft (101 b-1) and a converging shaft (101 b-2), the distributing shaft (101 b-1) is arranged on the third support column (201 b), and the converging shaft (101 b-2) is arranged on the fourth support column (201 c);

the weft used on the weft shuttle (301) is polyester monofilament.
3. A preparation method of the corrugated silk laying cloth is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: weaving and forming the corrugated silk laying cloth by using the preparation device of the corrugated silk laying cloth according to claim 2;
s2: performing flame singeing treatment, and cleaning flocks and sundries on the cloth surface;
s3: and (5) high-temperature setting.
