本发明公开了一种高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管,按照重量份数计算,包括橡胶150‑200份、填充剂30‑80份、增塑剂20‑70份、活性剂3‑7.5份、粘合剂2‑9份、稳定剂3‑8份、成蜡物质10‑30份、流动助剂2‑5份、增韧剂2‑8份。本发明的有益效果:本发明使管体内外表面形成一层均匀蜡膜,可以减小和其他界面的摩擦力,提高橡胶软管的耐静态臭氧性能,降低远距离输送的压力损失,降低使用时的振动和噪音。

本发明涉及橡胶软管技术领域,具体为一种高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管。
背景技术
普通应用的水带的生产工艺,一般是用涤纶工业丝作为编织层,内外层橡胶作为防渗漏和耐磨层。橡胶软管与其他高分子管材相比有着优秀的耐化学和机械性能,弹性好,老化性能好等优点,因此有着很大的应用领域。
现有橡胶共挤水带生产流程如下:

本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,按照重量份数计算,包括:

优选的,橡胶基材为NBR6250、NBR3345、NBR3355、SG-800、SG-1300中的一种或多种。
优选的,填充剂为30到80份的炭黑、白炭黑、N85中的一种或多种。
优选的,增塑剂为20到70份的癸二酸二辛酯、环氧大豆油、己二酸二辛酯中的一种或多种。
优选的,活性剂为3到7.5份的氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,粘合剂为2到9份的RA、RS、RE中的一种或多种。
优选的,稳定剂为3到8份的有机锡、钙锌符合稳定剂、复合硬脂酸铅盐稳定剂中的一种或多种。
优选的,成蜡物质为石蜡和微晶蜡以1:1.6-3.5的其中一个比例复配而成。
优选的,流动助剂为2到5份PK-800。
优选的,增韧剂为2到8份的MBS、CPE、ACR、8300中的一种或多种。
有益效果
本发明使管体内外表面形成一层均匀蜡膜,可以减小和其他界面的摩擦力,提高橡胶软管的耐静态臭氧性能,降低远距离输送的压力损失,降低使用时的振动和噪音。

4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:增塑剂为20到70份的癸二酸二辛酯、环氧大豆油、己二酸二辛酯中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:活性剂为3到7.5份的氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:粘合剂为2到9份的RA、RS、RE中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:稳定剂为3到8份的有机锡、钙锌符合稳定剂、复合硬脂酸铅盐稳定剂中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:成蜡物质为石蜡和微晶蜡以1:1.6-3.5的其中一个比例复配而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:流动助剂为2到5份PK-800。
10.根据权利要求1所述的高性能蜡膜大口径橡胶软管配方,其特征在于:增韧剂为2到8份的MBS、CPE、ACR、8300中的一种或多种。
