本发明公开了一种全天候大口径橡胶软管配方,按照重量份数计算,包括:耐热橡胶层150‑200份、填充剂20‑70份、增塑剂25‑80份、活性剂3‑8份、粘合剂3‑8份、稳定剂3‑8份、流动助剂2‑5份、增韧剂2‑8份、耐寒橡胶层100‑200份。本发明的有益效果:软管外表面层为耐热层,具有良好的化学性,适用于气温较高环境,软管内层为耐寒层,可以保证输送媒介不会在极低温度环境下发生冰冻现象,避免热胀冷缩对管体的二次伤害,外层管体相对硬度高,提高了抗划伤能力,适当降低了一定的延伸率,防止在高温环境下,输送的媒介发生化学反应,产生有害气体,从而可以达到环保的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及软管制造技术领域,具体为一种全天候大口径橡胶软管。
背景技术
现有技术中,常规应用的水带的生产工艺,一般是用涤纶工业丝作为编织层,内外层橡胶层分别作为防渗漏和耐磨层。橡胶软管与其他高分子管材相比有着优秀的耐化学和机械性能,弹性好,老化性能好等优点,因此有着很大的应用领域。
但是在实际使用中,大口径的橡胶软管因为长度长、重量大,使用环境存在不定因素,不可避免地会存在温差,在胶管充满介质后输送时,管体处于受压状态,橡胶软管出现膨胀、延伸以及扭转现象,会产生一定的摩擦和复杂内应力的破坏;在这种处于受力状态下的形变,由于温差导致的热胀冷缩,会加剧管体的受力状态,极易使管体整体性能受到破坏,不能保证介质输送环境的稳定。

优选的,耐热橡胶层基材为NBR6250、NBR3345、NBR3355、SG-800、SG-1300中的一种或多种。
优选的,填充剂为20到70份的炭黑、白炭黑、AL2O3中的一种或多种。
优选的,增塑剂为25到80份的二辛酯、环氧大豆油、均苯四酸脂中的一种或多种。
优选的,活性剂为3到8份的氧化锌、氧化镁、硬脂酸中的一种或多种。
优选的,粘合剂为3到8份的RA、RS、RE中的一种或多种。
优选的,稳定剂为3到8份的有机锡、钙锌符合稳定剂、复合硬脂酸铅盐稳定剂中的一种或多种。
优选的,流动助剂为2到5份RL-16。
优选的,增韧剂为2到8份的MBS、CPE、ACR、8300中的一种或多种。
优选的,耐寒橡胶层基材为EPDM3062、EPDM34041M、EPDM756、填充剂炭黑、白炭黑、BSO4为25-40份,增塑剂为石蜡油、环烷油、沥青30到90份,活性剂为PEG400的2到6份,硫化剂PCPOP为2到8份,加工助剂Z01树脂、C9C5树脂10份到30份。
有益效果
软管外表面层为耐热层,具有良好的化学性,适用于气温较高环境,软管内层为耐寒层,可以保证输送媒介不会在极低温度环境下发生冰冻现象,避免热胀冷缩对管体的二次伤害,外层管体相对硬度高,提高了抗划伤能力,适当降低了一定的延伸率,防止在高温环境下,输送的媒介发生化学反应,产生有害气体,从而可以达到环保的效果。
