Description

配备有通风系统的车顶内衬
技术领域
本发明涉及车顶内衬(vehicle headliner),并且更具体地,涉及配备有通风系统(air vent system,空气通风系统)的车顶内衬。
背景技术
通常,在车辆中设置空气调节装置以调整车辆内部的温度和湿度水平并且净化空气。空气调节装置用于使车辆内部的内部空气循环或将外部空气引入车辆内部。空气调节装置供应内部空气或外部空气并且产生冷空气或热空气以调整车辆内部的温度。空气调节装置通过通风格栅将产生的冷空气或产生的热空气引入车辆内部。
通风格栅也可安装在车顶内衬上。这里,车顶内衬是指用于吸收和阻挡可传输到车辆内部的噪音的装饰材料。车顶内衬安装在车辆的顶板(roof panel,车顶板)上。
从空气调节装置通过安装在车顶内衬中的顶管(roof duct)供应流体,并且流体通过车顶内衬喷射。另外,通风格栅安装在面向顶管的车顶内衬上。然而,安装在车顶内衬上的通风格栅具有以下问题。
暴露于车辆内部的通风格栅可降低美学外观。另外,相关技术中的通风格栅之间的间隔很大,使得当在相邻的两个格栅之间喷射的流体直接传递到乘员时,乘员可能感到不适。特别地,直接传输到皮肤上的强风可对皮肤薄弱的老人或弱者以及患有皮肤病的病人有害。此外,单独制造和耦接通风格栅和车顶内衬的工艺可为复杂的。复杂的工艺可进一步致使制造成本的增加和制造工艺的数量的增加。

发明内容
本发明涉及一种配备有通风系统的车顶内衬,其中通风孔形成在基座构件中,该基座构件设置在顶板与车辆内部之间并且面向顶板,并且基座构件的暴露于车辆内部的表面形成有透气表面层,这样使得消除了相关技术中的通风格栅、确保了通风功能、不降低美学外观以及确保了充足的通风率。
本发明致力于描述配备有通风系统的车顶内衬。该通风系统包括基座构件,该基座构件具有多个通风孔并具有透气表面层,并且用于在消除单独的通风格栅的状态下喷射流体。

本公开的实施例提供了配备有通风系统的车顶内衬。车顶内衬包括通风基座构件,该通风基座构件具有面向顶板的表面,并且该表面上安装有顶管。通风基座构件具有多个通风孔,这样使得流体朝向车辆内部喷射。车顶内衬包括安装在通风基座构件的表面上并暴露于车辆内部的透气表面层。

透气原材料和热熔膜可通过火焰层压方法或工艺而附着到透气表面层。另外,透气表面层的透气性可为191cc/cm2/sec至227cc/cm2/sec。
多个通风孔中的每一个的直径可为3mm至7mm。相邻通风孔之间的距离可为3mm至7mm。通风孔可以以四边形区域布置,其一侧可具有200mm至260mm的长度。
通风基座构件、热熔膜和透气性表面层可通过在110℃至150℃的模具温度下热压成型来形成。

如图2至图5B所示,根据本公开的实施例的配备有通风系统的车顶内衬包括通风基座构件100,该通风基座构件具有形成在其中的通风孔101。透气表面层200安装在通风基座构件100上。
穿过这些通风孔101的流体通过透气表面层200喷射到车辆内部。因此,防止流体以高压喷射到车辆内部,这样使得可实现安全性和便利性。
顶管D安装在车顶内衬的面向顶板R的表面上。由空气调节装置产生的流体(诸如冷空气或热空气)通过顶管D供应,这样使得流体通过车顶内衬喷射到车辆内部。
多个通风孔101形成在通风基座构件100的面向顶管D的表面中(参见图2和图3)。通风孔101可在整个顶管D中形成。然而,考虑到乘员的座椅,通风孔101可形成在流体朝向乘员的位置处。
特别地,通风孔101的每个的直径D和一个通风孔与另一个相邻的通风孔之间的距离W可为3mm至7mm。在一个实施例中,该直径和该距离均可为5mm(参见图3)。该直径和该间隔是为了防止穿过通风基座构件100和透气表面层200的流体过于强烈地喷射到车辆内部。因此,可形成乘员感觉舒适的内部环境。

图5A和图5B示出了在根据本公开的实施例制造的通风基座构件100中形成通风孔的示例。
如图2至图4所示,制造透气表面层200使得通过通风孔101喷射的流体穿过透气表面层200。为此,容许流体通过的透气原材料220可作为单层结构施加到透气表面层200上。透气原材料220可为棉、毡、非织造织物、微纤维织物、摇粒绒、天鹅绒、毛绒布(velboa)、棉布、斜纹原织物、牛仔布、棉被、毛巾、绒面革原织物等。在使用具有单层结构的透气原材料220的情况下,可通过根据材料改变制造方法来调整流体的透过率。
图6示出了透气原材料220的示例。
另外,透气表面层200可包括聚氨酯泡沫210、透气原材料220和热熔膜230。
穿过通风孔101的流体穿过聚氨酯泡沫210。通风孔101也与通风基座构件100一起形成在透气表面层200中。
透气原材料220安装在聚氨酯泡沫210的一个表面上。另外,透气原材料220暴露于车辆内部并且用作通过顶管D喷射的流体可通过的通道。
此外,热熔膜230安装在聚氨酯泡沫210的另一个表面上,该表面与安装透气原材料220的表面相反。这里,在热熔膜230中预先形成通风孔。热熔膜230用于通过热粘合将透气表面层200附着到通风基座构件100。另外,通风孔使得通过通风孔101供应的流体即使在热粘合之后也能够穿过透气表面层200。热熔膜230可由各种材料制成,但是也可由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)制成。同时,除了热熔膜230之外,也可使用具有粘合力和通风孔的透气膜。
在110℃至150℃的模具温度下,以及在通风基座构件100与透气表面层200接触并且热熔膜230介于其间的状态下,通风基座构件100、热熔膜230和透气表面层200可通过热压成型而形成。透气表面层200可通过各种方法制造,但是也可通过火焰层压方法制造(参见图4)。这里,火焰层压方法是指在将热量连续地供应到透气表面层200的一个表面时将热熔膜230附着到透气表面层200的一个表面,以及同时在将热量供应到透气表面层200的另一个表面时将透气原材料220附着到透气表面层200的另一个表面的方法。
从下面的表1和2中可看出,根据本公开的实施例的透气表面层200具有优异的透气性和优异的通风率。

例如,从表1中可看出,与相关技术中的原织物的透气性相比,透气表面层200的透气性优于约4倍。而且,从表2可看出,随着空调的阶段增加,提高通风率的效率是可以改善的。此外,根据本公开的实施例的透气表面层200的透气性可为191cc/cm2/sec至227cc/cm2/sec。这里,可在透气表面层200中形成单独的一些通风孔,这对于本领域普通技术人员来说是显而易见的。而且,可通过根据材料改变制造方法来形成用于通风的孔,以防止透气表面层200的透气性劣化。
根据如上所述的本公开的实施例,穿过顶管D的流体不直接喷射到乘员,而是通过透气表面层喷射。因此,防止流体直接喷射到乘员,乘员不会感到不适,并且可实现稳定和平稳的空气调节。另外,通风基座构件100和透气表面层200一体地形成。结果,可消除相关技术中喷射流体所需的通风格栅。因此,消除了制造通风格栅所需的工艺和成本以及将制造的通风格栅安装在车顶内衬上所需的工艺和成本,这样使得可提高生产率。此外,消除了暴露于车辆内部的通风格栅,这样使得可改善美学外观。此外,不需要用于安装通风格栅的空间,这样使得可改善车顶内衬的设计自由度。

Claims (9)

1.一种配备有通风系统的车顶内衬,所述车顶内衬包括:
通风基座构件,所述通风基座构件具有面向顶板的表面,并且该表面上安装有顶管,所述通风基座构件具有多个通风孔,这样使得流体朝向车辆内部喷射;以及
透气表面层,所述透气表面层安装在所述通风基座构件的暴露于所述车辆内部的表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车顶内衬,其中所述通风基座构件进一步包括:
聚氨酯泡沫;
玻璃纤维垫,所述玻璃纤维垫通过胶水分别附着到所述聚氨酯泡沫的两个表面;以及
非织造织物,所述非织造织物通过热熔膜分别附着到所述玻璃纤维垫的表面,该表面与附着到所述聚氨酯泡沫的表面相反。

4.根据权利要求1所述的车顶内衬,其中所述透气表面层进一步包括:
聚氨酯泡沫;
透气原材料,所述透气原材料安装在所述聚氨酯泡沫的两个表面中的一个表面上,所述一个表面面向所述车辆内部;以及
热熔膜,所述热熔膜安装在所述聚氨酯泡沫的两个表面中的与所述一个表面相反的表面上,所述热熔膜具有通风孔并且通过热粘合附着到所述通风基座构件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车顶内衬,其中所述热熔膜由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯制成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车顶内衬,其中所述透气原材料和所述热熔膜通过火焰层压工艺而附着到所述透气表面层。
7.根据权利要求4所述的车顶内衬,其中所述透气表面层的透气性为191cc/cm2/sec至227cc/cm2/sec。
8.根据权利要求5所述的车顶内衬,其中所述通风基座构件的所述多个通风孔的直径为3mm至7mm,相邻通风孔之间的距离为3mm至7mm,以及
所述通风基座构件的所述多个通风孔以四边形区域布置,该四边形区域的一侧具有200mm至260mm的长度。
9.根据权利要求5所述的车顶内衬,其中所述通风基座构件、所述热熔膜和所述透气表面层通过在110℃至150℃的模具温度下热压成型而形成。
