The automatic butt-joint assembling equipment for the couplers according to claim 1, characterized in that the first material channel (4), the second material channel (5) and the third material channel (6) have the same structure, the second material channel (5) is positioned between the first material channel (4) and the third material channel (6), the width of the second material channel (5) is smaller than the width of the first material channel (4) and the third material channel (6), the width of the first material channel (4) is consistent with that of the third material channel (6), the first material channel (4), the second material channel (5) and the third material channel (6) are all composed of an inclined material channel (14) and a vertical blanking channel (15), the inclined material channel (14) is fixedly arranged above the workbench (3) through two support columns arranged at the bottom at intervals, the upper end of the vertical blanking channel (15) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the inclined material channel (14), and the top of the inclined material channel (14) is an open-mouthed mechanism, the first stopping assembly (11) and the second stopping assembly (12) are both positioned at the connecting part of the inclined material channel (14) and the vertical blanking channel (15).

The automatic butt-joint assembling equipment for the couplers as claimed in claim 2, wherein the top of the carrier container (8) is provided with a transversely-through U-shaped accommodating groove (16) which is communicated with the bottoms of the three vertical blanking passages (15) at the same time, the lower ends of the three vertical blanking passages (15) are flush, the top of the carrier container (8) is attached to the bottoms of the vertical blanking passages (15), the top of one side of the carrier container (8) is fixedly provided with two hinges (17), the two hinges (17) are respectively positioned at two ends of the carrier container (8), the other ends of the two hinges (17) are respectively connected with the outer walls of the lower ends of the two corresponding vertical blanking passages (15), the same side of the upper half parts of the three vertical blanking passages (15) is fixedly connected through a transverse connecting plate, and the transverse connecting plate is fixedly provided with a seat (18) on one side of the carrier container (8), a long shaft cylinder (19) is arranged between the two hinged seats (18), and two ends of the long shaft cylinder (19) are respectively connected with the two hinged seats (18).

The automatic butt-joint assembling equipment for the couplers according to claim 2, wherein the first stopping assembly (11) comprises a first bracket (20), a first stepping motor (21), a first proximity switch (22), a first swing arm (23), a first connecting rod (24) and three first stopping rods (25), the first stepping motor (21) is fixedly arranged on one side of the first bracket (20) in a horizontal state, the swing arm is arranged on the other side of the first bracket (20), an output shaft of the first stepping motor (21) is fixedly connected with one end of the swing arm, a free end of the swing arm is fixedly connected with one end of the first connecting rod (24), the three first stopping rods (25) are fixedly arranged on the same side of the first connecting rod (24) in an interval state, the three first stopping rods (25) are parallel to each other, each first stopping rod (25) is perpendicular to the first connecting rod (24), the ends, far away from the first connecting rods (24), of the three first stopping rods (25) are respectively provided with an arc-shaped baffle (26) extending into the three inclined material channels (14), and the first proximity switch (22) is fixedly arranged on the first support (20) and matched with one of the first stopping rods (25).

The automatic butt-joint assembling equipment for the couplers according to claim 4, wherein the second stopping assembly (12) comprises a second bracket (27), a second stepping motor (28), a second proximity switch (29), a second swing arm (30), a second connecting rod (31) and three second stopping rods (32), the second stepping motor (28) is fixedly arranged on one side of the second bracket (27) in a horizontal state, the swing arm is positioned on the other side of the second bracket (27), an output shaft of the second stepping motor (28) is fixedly connected with one end of the swing arm, a free end of the swing arm is fixedly connected with one end of the second connecting rod (31), the three second stopping rods (32) are fixedly arranged on the second connecting rod (31) in an interval state, the three second stopping rods (32) are parallel to each other, the three second stopping rods (32) and the three first stopping rods (25) are arranged in an interval manner, every second interception pole (32) all is perpendicular with second connecting rod (31), the one end that second connecting rod (31) was kept away from in three second interception pole (32) all is equipped with and stretches into limit baffle (33) in three slope material way (14) respectively, distance between limit baffle (33) and perpendicular blanking way (15) is greater than the distance between cowl (26) and the perpendicular blanking way (15), second proximity switch (29) are fixed to be set up on second support (27) and with one of them second interception pole (32) cooperation.

The automatic butt joint assembling equipment for the couplers according to claim 3 is characterized in that each butt joint assembly (10) comprises a screw rod sliding table (34), a rubber pushing head (35), an elastic buffering mechanism and a rotating mechanism, wherein the screw rod sliding table (34) is fixedly arranged on the workbench (3) in a horizontal state, the rotating mechanism is movably arranged at the output end of the screw rod sliding table (34) through the elastic buffering mechanism, the rubber pushing head (35) is connected with the output end of the rotating mechanism, and the diameter of the rubber pushing head (35) is smaller than the groove width of the U-shaped accommodating groove (16).

The automatic coupling butt joint assembling equipment according to claim 6, wherein the elastic buffer mechanism comprises a horizontal support plate (36), two horizontal guide rods (37) and two springs (38), the two horizontal guide rods (37) are arranged at the top of the screw rod sliding table (34) at intervals, two ends of the top of the screw rod sliding table (34) are provided with upwards extending stop bars (39) used for connecting the ends of the horizontal guide rods (37), the two springs (38) are respectively sleeved at one ends of the two horizontal guide rods (37), the bottom of the horizontal support plate (36) is connected with the two horizontal guide rods (37) in a sliding mode through a plurality of sliding tables, and the springs (38) are located on one side, away from the carrier container (8), of the horizontal support plate (36).
