The invention belongs to the technical field of offline advertisements, and particularly relates to an advertisement monitoring method and a multimedia monitoring terminal.
Background
The advertisement player is a new generation of intelligent device, forms a complete advertisement broadcasting control system through terminal software control, network information transmission and multimedia terminal display, and carries out advertisement propaganda through multimedia materials such as pictures, characters, videos and small plug-ins (such as weather, exchange rate and the like), so that the advertisement player is often used as an advertisement broadcasting terminal and deployed in public areas such as buildings, elevators, cinemas, communities, bus stations and the like to put advertisements, so as to meet the requirements of advertisers on off-Line advertisements (BTL or Below-the-Line for short, which is an advertisement form relative to on-Line advertisements).
In order to ensure the effectiveness of the advertisement, advertisers want to accurately know the actual situation of advertisement playing, i.e. supervise whether abnormal situations of advertisement putting (including advertisement missing, etc.) occur, so as to correct playing errors in time and realize effective calculation of advertisement cost, etc. For this reason, there are two advertisement supervision methods at present:
(1) The method comprises the steps that a worker holds a mobile terminal device (such as a camera or an electronic device with a camera function) to the position of an advertisement playing terminal, acquires image information or video information and the like of advertisement display contents, and judges whether abnormal conditions such as advertisement leakage or advertisement error occur or not based on an acquisition result, although the monitoring and playing are accurate, the timeliness is poor, higher labor cost and time cost are needed, and especially when the number of the advertisement playing terminal is large, the required expense is increased by multiple times;
(2) The method comprises the steps that advertisement information acquisition equipment (such as a camera) capable of acquiring advertisement display contents is deployed around the position of an advertisement playing terminal, then the advertisement information acquisition equipment acquires image information or video information and the like of the advertisement display contents, and then whether abnormal conditions such as advertisement missing or advertisement wrong occur or not is judged based on an acquisition result.

As shown in fig. 1, the advertisement monitoring and broadcasting method provided in the first aspect of this embodiment is suitable for being implemented by information interaction and processing between a multimedia monitoring terminal and a multimedia terminal, for example, for an advertisement delivery device deployed in a public vehicle, an elevator, a mall, a cinema, a platform, and the like and serving as the multimedia terminal, an advertiser or an advertisement service provider must know the actual situation of advertisement playing accurately in order to ensure the advertisement delivery efficacy, so that the advertiser or an operation and maintenance management device serving as the multimedia monitoring terminal can perform information interaction and processing with the advertisement delivery device, and further monitor whether an advertisement delivery abnormal situation occurs. The advertisement monitoring method can but not limited to comprise the following steps S1-S4.
S1, extracting first characteristic information from the advertisement content played at the current moment by the multimedia terminal.
In step S1, the multimedia terminal is used as an electronic device that is held by an advertisement facilitator and provides offline advertisement service for an advertiser, and displays the advertisement content to achieve the purpose of advertisement delivery. The current time is the accurate starting time when the advertiser expects to show the advertisement content through the multimedia terminal, and can be specifically set by the advertiser, for example, the advertiser can play the advertisement content on the spot at 3 pm every day in a reservation; furthermore, the current time may be a single time point within a future period (e.g. tomorrow 12. The advertising content may be, but is not limited to, multimedia material such as pictures, text, video, widgets (e.g., weather, exchange rate, etc.). The first feature information may be, but is not limited to, a feature vector of the advertisement content or a hash value derived based on the advertisement content. In addition, the manner of extracting the first feature information from the advertisement content is an existing conventional manner, for example, a hash value is obtained by using a hash algorithm.
And S2, the multimedia terminal sends the first characteristic information to the multimedia monitoring terminal.
In the step S2, the multimedia monitoring terminal may be, but is not limited to, an electronic device held by an advertiser, such as a smart phone or a tablet computer. The communication connection mode between the multimedia terminal and the multimedia monitoring terminal may be a wireless communication connection, a wired communication connection, or an indirect communication connection based on other intermediate devices (e.g., a router, a switch, etc.) or a network (e.g., a mobile data network, etc.), so as to achieve the purpose of sending the first feature information. The first characteristic information and the playing time point information corresponding to the current time can be sent to the multimedia monitoring terminal together, so that the multimedia monitoring terminal can search the corresponding advertisement content according to the playing time point information. In addition, the first characteristic information/and the playing time point information may be, but not limited to, transferred from the multimedia terminal to the multimedia monitoring terminal in a manner of block chain upload and download, and may also be transferred based on one or more intermediate devices (e.g., through a Mesh topology network).
And S3, after receiving the first characteristic information, the multimedia monitoring terminal extracts second characteristic information from the advertisement content which is locally stored and corresponds to the current moment.
In step S3, since the advertisement content is an advertisement that the advertiser desires to deliver, the advertisement content is stored in the multimedia monitoring terminal, and the second feature information may be extracted in the same manner as the multimedia terminal extracts the first feature information, for example, a hash value is also obtained as the second feature information by using a hash algorithm.
And S4, generating an advertisement miss-broadcasting monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content by the multimedia monitoring terminal according to the matching result of the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information.
In the step S4, the matching result may be, but is not limited to, a matching value of the first feature information and the second feature information. The aforementioned matching algorithm for obtaining the matching value can be, but is not limited to, an existing algorithm, such as a string matching algorithm for two hash values (i.e. two pieces of feature information are both hash values), or a minkoff distance calculation method for two eigenvectors (i.e. two pieces of feature information are both eigenvectors). Since the size of the matching value of the first feature information and the second feature information can directly reflect the size of the difference degree of the advertisement content at two terminal sides: the larger the matching value is, the smaller the difference is, the smaller the probability of the wrong-broadcast event is, and vice versa, that is, when the matching value is lower than a preset threshold (for example, 95%), it can be determined that a large deviation occurs in the advertisement content during the broadcasting, at this time, the advertisement content is regarded as an advertisement wrong magazine, and an advertisement wrong-broadcast monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content is generated, otherwise, the advertisement delivery is regarded as normal, and the advertisement wrong-broadcast monitoring result is not generated.
In the step S4, further, after the advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result is generated, the advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result may be sent to a background management device corresponding to the multimedia terminal. The background management device is an electronic device held by an advertisement service operation and maintenance worker, and can be but not limited to a smart phone, a tablet computer or a monitoring platform host, and the like, and the advertisement mistaken broadcasting monitoring result is sent by triggering, so that the same purpose as the multimedia monitoring terminal and the purpose of monitoring advertisement delivery can be conveniently realized on the advertisement service provider side, and the operation and maintenance worker can find out the problem of the wrong periodical and correct the condition of the wrong periodical in time. In addition, the communication connection mode between the background management device and the multimedia terminal or the multimedia monitoring terminal may be a wireless communication connection, a wired communication connection, or an indirect communication connection based on other intermediate devices (e.g., a router or a switch, etc.) or a network (e.g., a mobile data network, etc.). The advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result may also be, but not limited to, transmitted from the multimedia monitoring terminal to the background management device in a block chain uploading and downloading manner, or may be transferred based on one or more intermediate devices (e.g., through a Mesh topology network). In addition, the multimedia monitoring terminal can count the error broadcast rate according to the generation times of the advertisement error broadcast monitoring result, so as to be used for the purposes of charging and the like.
In addition, if the multimedia terminal can obtain the second feature information in advance, an advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content may also be locally generated according to a matching result of the first feature information and the second feature information, and then the advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result is sent to the multimedia monitoring terminal and/or the background management device, where a specific delivery manner is consistent with that of the multimedia monitoring terminal, and is not described herein again.
Therefore, the advertisement monitoring and broadcasting method described in detail in the foregoing steps S1 to S4 includes, on one hand, receiving first feature information fed back by the multimedia terminal when the advertisement content is played, then matching the first feature information with second feature information of the local advertisement content, and finally determining whether an advertisement is mistakenly broadcasted according to a matching result, so as to achieve an advertisement delivery monitoring purpose, and on the other hand, the advertisement monitoring and broadcasting purpose can be achieved to a certain extent only by information interaction and necessary information processing, so that no additional configuration or deployment of other hardware devices is required, unnecessary overhead in terms of manpower, time, or hardware cost is avoided, practical application and popularization are facilitated, and since image information or video information acquired from advertisement display content is not required to be transmitted in real time, and only a small amount of feature information is required to be transmitted, so that overhead on channel resources can be greatly reduced, real-time of monitoring is ensured, an advertiser can find out a mistaken broadcasting situation in time, and can make a remedy early, and advertisement efficacy is ensured.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect, a first possible design for monitoring whether a miss-casting situation occurs in advertisement delivery is further specifically provided, that is, before the step S1, the advertisement monitoring method further includes the following steps S101 to S103.
S101, the multimedia terminal sends a request message for requesting to decrypt the advertisement content to the multimedia monitoring terminal before the current moment is reached.
In step S101, the advertisement content may be encrypted by the multimedia monitoring terminal and directly or indirectly transmitted to the multimedia terminal, so that the multimedia terminal needs to request the multimedia monitoring terminal to feed back a decryption password in order to prepare for normally playing the advertisement content before the current time arrives, so as to obtain the advertisement content. In detail, the request message may specifically include a unique identifier of the advertisement content and/or play time point information corresponding to the current time, so that the multimedia monitoring terminal can find a corresponding decryption key according to the unique identifier (suitable for playing the advertisement content at only one time point), or can find a corresponding decryption key (suitable for playing the advertisement content at only multiple time points) according to the unique identifier and the play time point information (for example, 8. In addition, the request message and the encrypted advertisement content may be, but not limited to, uploaded and downloaded through a blockchain, so as to implement delivery from the multimedia monitoring terminal to the multimedia terminal, and may also be relay delivery based on one or more intermediate devices (e.g., through a Mesh topology network).
S102, when the current moment arrives, the multimedia monitoring terminal determines whether the request message which is sent by the multimedia terminal and is used for requesting to decrypt the advertisement content is received.
In the step S102, since the request message is used for requesting to decrypt the advertisement content, if the request message is still not received when the current time arrives, the corresponding decryption password will not be fed back, and the multimedia terminal cannot necessarily play the advertisement content, so that it can be determined whether there is an advertisement miss-broadcast situation according to the receiving situation of the request message.
And S103, generating an advertisement broadcasting missing monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content when the multimedia monitoring terminal does not receive the advertisement broadcasting missing monitoring result.
In step S103, after the advertisement broadcasting missing monitoring result is generated, the advertisement broadcasting missing monitoring result may be sent to a background management device corresponding to the multimedia terminal. Therefore, the advertisement miss-broadcasting monitoring result can be further sent by triggering, the purposes of monitoring advertisement delivery as the multimedia monitoring terminal are conveniently realized on the advertisement service provider side, and operation and maintenance personnel can find out the problem of missed magazines and correct the situation of missed magazines in time. In addition, if the request message is received, the multimedia monitoring terminal may feed back a corresponding decryption password to the multimedia terminal in time, that is, directly or indirectly transmit the decryption password to the multimedia terminal, for example, but not limited to, transmission from the multimedia monitoring terminal to the multimedia terminal may be achieved in a manner of block chain uploading and downloading, and also relay transmission may be performed based on one or more intermediate devices (for example, through a Mesh topology network), and a transmission manner of the advertisement miss-playing monitoring result may be consistent with the advertisement miss-playing monitoring result, which is not described herein again.
In addition, the correspondence between the decryption passwords and the current time is preferably a one-to-one correspondence, that is, one decryption password can only be used for decryption before one current time, but cannot be used in common at multiple time points, so as to ensure the accuracy of the judgment of missed advertisement broadcasting, for example, in a case of 9:00 the advertisement content can only be obtained using the first decryption password, whereas at 12:00, only different second decryption passwords can be used to obtain the advertisement content, so that the multimedia terminal needs to be respectively set at 9:00 and 12: and sending the request message before 00. In addition, the multimedia monitoring terminal can count the miss-broadcast rate according to the generation times of the advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result, so as to be used for the purposes of charging and the like.
Therefore, through the miss-broadcast monitoring mode described in the foregoing steps S101 to S103, whether the miss-broadcast situation of the advertisement exists can be determined according to the decryption request situation before the advertisement content is played, so that the miss-broadcast monitoring result of the advertisement is accurately obtained, the monitoring range of the advertisement monitoring is expanded, and the benefit of the advertiser is further ensured.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the first aspect, a second possible design is specifically provided for how to keep the evidence when the advertisement is broadcast by mistake, that is, in the step S4, after generating the advertisement broadcast monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content, the advertisement broadcast monitoring method further includes the following steps S401 to S403.
S401, the multimedia monitoring terminal sends indication information to the multimedia terminal.
In step S401, the indication information may be directly or indirectly transmitted to the multimedia terminal, for example, but not limited to, by means of block chain uploading and downloading, the transmission from the multimedia monitoring terminal to the multimedia terminal is achieved, and the relay transmission may also be performed based on one or more intermediate devices (for example, through a Mesh topology network).
S402, after the multimedia terminal receives the indication information, screenshot is carried out on the playing picture corresponding to the advertisement content according to the indication information, and a screenshot picture is obtained.
In the step S402, the screenshot may be a conventional screenshot, and may be a full screen or a local screenshot for the display area of the advertisement content, so as to reduce the overhead of saving and transmitting the useless information. The moment point of the screenshot can be a periodic moment point or a non-periodic moment point, so that the aim of intercepting the multiple pictures is fulfilled. In addition, if the multimedia terminal can locally generate an advertisement miss-broadcast monitoring result corresponding to the advertisement content according to the matching result of the first characteristic information and the second characteristic information, the multimedia terminal can be started without the indication information, and directly perform screenshot to obtain the screenshot picture.
And S403, the multimedia terminal sends the screen capture picture to the multimedia monitoring terminal.
In step S403, the transmission manner of the screenshot picture may be directly or indirectly transmitted to the multimedia monitoring terminal, for example, but not limited to, the transmission from the multimedia terminal to the multimedia monitoring terminal may be realized by using a blockchain uploading and downloading manner, and may also be a relay transmission based on one or more intermediate devices (for example, through a Mesh topology network).
