Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Further, as used herein, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, e.g., a and/or B and/or C, means 7 cases including a alone, B alone, C alone, and both a and B present, B and C present, both a and C present, and A, B and C present.
The embodiment of the invention provides a display state monitoring method.
In one embodiment, the method is applied to a server, which is in communication with the display terminals, where it is understood that the number of display terminals is usually multiple and distributed at different locations in a particular location.
For example, when the system is applied to a museum, a plurality of display terminals can be arranged for different collections, and each display terminal is controlled to play the content related to the collections under the control of the server; for another example, when the mobile terminal is located in a shopping mall, advertisements or sales promotion information of nearby products can be played through the display terminals located in different locations.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment, the method comprises the steps of:
step 101: and receiving a display sample of the display target content returned by the display terminal.
In this embodiment, the target content is delivered to the display terminal in advance by the server, so that the display terminal can play the corresponding content.
In some embodiments, prior to the step 101, the method further comprises:
receiving content data to be displayed;
sending target content to the display terminal, wherein the target content is determined according to the corresponding relation between the content data and the display terminal;
and sending a display plan aiming at the target content to the display terminal.
In this embodiment, first, content data to be displayed is stored in a server, and specifically, the server may receive the content data in a network transmission manner, or may directly obtain the content data through a data interface by using hardware such as a memory.
After the content data are obtained, the target content required to be displayed by each display terminal is determined from the content data according to the position of the display terminal, and meanwhile, according to the target content required to be displayed, a corresponding display plan can be generated so as to control the display terminals to display the target content according to the display plan.
The format of the target content may be various, and specifically, may be a video file, a picture, an audio file, and the like. The presentation plan can be set as required, for example, it can be set to play periodically, play circularly, play at a specified time, etc.
And after receiving the display plan and the target content, the display terminal displays the target content according to the display plan.
In the display process, the display terminal collects the display sample, the display sample can be understood as the display state of the display sample, illustratively, the sound recording file can be used as the display sample by carrying out internal sound recording operation through a play channel accessed to the display terminal, the picture can be used as the display sample by carrying out screenshot on a display interface of the display terminal, and the video file can also be used as the display sample by recording a display picture of the display terminal.
And after the display terminal collects the display sample, sending the display sample to the server.
Step 102: and comparing the issued target content with the display sample.
After the server receives the display sample, the display sample is compared with the target content issued to the display terminal, and it can be understood that the display terminal performs content display according to the target content issued to the display terminal by the server, so that if the display state is normal, the extracted display sample can be included in the target content, and therefore, by comparing the display sample with the issued target content, whether the display terminal performs content display normally can be determined.
In some embodiments, the step 102 specifically includes:
extracting original data corresponding to the display sample from target content stored in the server;
and calculating the similarity of the original data and the display sample.
And after receiving the display sample, the server extracts original data corresponding to the target content from the delivered target content. A comparison is made based on the raw data and the display sample to determine a difference between the raw data and the display sample.
In some embodiments, extracting raw data corresponding to the presentation sample from the target content stored in the server comprises:
determining a display time point corresponding to the display image according to the display plan of the target content and the display sample;
and extracting a video clip from the target content stored in the server as the original data.
In an exemplary embodiment, the target content is a video file, the presentation sample is a screenshot, and the presentation terminal extracts the presentation sample at a specific presentation time point when extracting the presentation sample, for example, the presentation time point may be a presentation time point 1 minute after starting playing according to a presentation plan, and obviously, the specific presentation time point may be set as needed.
After the display time point is determined, a video clip including the display time point is extracted based on the issued target content, the video clip covers the display time point, and the time length of the part of the video clip before the display time point and the time length of the part of the video clip after the display time point are not less than a preset time length threshold value.
For example, if the preset duration threshold is set to 5 seconds, the extracted raw data is a video clip of 55 seconds to 1 minute 05 seconds.
Due to the influence of various factors such as the data caching speed, the data transmission speed, the performance or the working state of the playing device and the like, the actual display state of the target content at the display terminal may be different from the display plan to some extent, and therefore, in this embodiment, the video clip including the display time point is further extracted to ensure that the extracted original data includes the extracted display sample.
It will be appreciated that when the presentation sample is a video file, a video clip covering the video file may also be extracted.
The similarity between the raw data and the display sample can be calculated in different manners, and for example, the similarity between the raw data and the display sample can be calculated by a hash algorithm of image similarity.
In one embodiment, the feature objects in the presentation sample are first extracted to then detect whether the feature objects exist in the original data, for example, if the presentation sample is an image, the image is first subjected to object segmentation to determine first objects existing in the image, then second objects appearing in the video segment as the original data are extracted to then determine whether the second objects include the first objects, and obviously, the greater the number of the first objects included in the second objects, the higher the similarity between the original data and the presentation sample.
In some embodiments, the calculating the similarity between the raw data and the display sample comprises:
acquiring display parameters of the display terminal;
adjusting the original data according to the display parameters;
and calculating the similarity of the adjusted original data and the display sample.
It can be understood that there may be a difference between the presentation sample and the original data due to a difference in the presentation parameters of the presentation terminal itself, for example, if the display effect of the presentation terminal itself is poor, or the resolution of the presentation terminal is different from the resolution of the target content, after the screenshot is performed on the display interface of the presentation terminal, although the screenshot is consistent with the content of the image frame at the same time point in the original data, the actual states of the screenshot and the target content are still different.
In this embodiment, further display parameters of the display terminal are obtained, where the display parameters may include display parameters such as resolution, refresh frequency, and based on the display parameters, the actual display state is simulated to obtain the adjusted original data, so that the similarity between the adjusted original data and the display sample is calculated, and the accuracy of the similarity calculation can be improved.
Step 103: and generating prompt information under the condition that the difference between the display sample and the delivered target content is greater than a preset difference threshold, wherein the prompt information is used for prompting that the target content is abnormally displayed.
In this embodiment, the preset difference threshold may be set as needed, for example, when the similarity is calculated by using the hash value, the preset difference threshold may be set to 90%, and when the similarity is determined by using the number of objects, the difference between the number of objects may be set to be not greater than 10%. During implementation, a preset difference threshold value can be set as required, so that the difference between the display sample and the delivered target content is determined, and the prompt information is further generated.
In some embodiments, after generating the reminder information, the method further comprises:
and sending a prompt message to the mobile terminal corresponding to the display terminal according to the corresponding relation between the display terminal and the mobile terminal.
Here, the mobile terminal may be held by a relevant worker, which may be, for example, a mobile phone, and when it is detected that an abnormality exists in a certain display terminal, the mobile terminal may send a prompt message to the relevant worker who maintains the display terminal according to the correspondence relationship, and after receiving the prompt message, the relevant worker may go to the display terminal to check whether the display terminal has a fault, and then eliminate the abnormality that may exist.
In some embodiments, after sending the prompt message to the mobile terminal corresponding to the display terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a control instruction from the mobile terminal;
issuing a clearing instruction to the display terminal according to the control instruction, wherein the clearing instruction is used for controlling and clearing the content data to be displayed and stored in the display terminal;
receiving an execution result returned by the display terminal according to the clearing instruction;
and sending the target content to the display terminal according to the execution result.
In this embodiment, a remote troubleshooting may also be attempted, specifically, the relevant staff may send a control instruction through the mobile terminal, and based on the control instruction, the remote control server may issue a clearing instruction to the display terminal to clear the original content data in the display terminal, and re-issue the target content after the original content data is cleared.
Based on the above operation, it is equivalent to performing an initialization operation to eliminate content display abnormality due to file copy error, cache error, and the like, which is helpful to improve convenience for failure handling to some extent.
In the embodiment of the invention, the display sample is automatically acquired by the display terminal and is transmitted back to the server, and the server end compares the display sample with the target content issued to the display terminal, so that whether the display state is abnormal or not is determined according to the difference between the generated sample and the target content, and the convenience for monitoring the display state is improved.
As shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the technical solution of this embodiment may be summarized as obtaining content data to be displayed, determining target content to be displayed by the display terminal according to the content data to be displayed, and sending the target content to a designated display terminal.
Different display terminals carry out content display based on the target content received by the display terminals, the display terminals grab and upload display samples when carrying out content display, and after the server receives the display samples uploaded by the display terminals, the display samples are compared, specifically, the display samples are compared with the target content transmitted.
If the comparison result of the display sample and the sent target content is found to be abnormal, prompt information is generated and further sent to the mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal refers to a mobile terminal held by related workers, so that the related workers can know the existing abnormality in time, and further, the extracted display sample can be sent to the mobile terminal to display the existing abnormality on the mobile terminal.
