In the embodiment of the invention, the network link can be a link address shared by an owner of the remote acquisition terminal, and can also be a link in a webpage or other suitable link addresses.
The source station sends an instruction to the management node after receiving the first acquisition request, and the management node informs the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and pushes the target stream data to the target transmission node after receiving the instruction sent by the source station. At present, a plurality of companies develop remote acquisition terminals, and some companies use a specially-designed management node to perform instruction transmission and data transmission on a source station, the remote acquisition terminal and a target transmission node, so that after the source station receives a first acquisition request for target stream data of the remote acquisition terminal, the management node corresponding to the remote acquisition terminal needs to be determined first.
The management node corresponding to the remote acquisition end can be determined by various methods, specifically, a corresponding relation between the management node and a service type of the target streaming data can be preset in a source station, the service type can be in various forms, such as a name of the remote acquisition end, the name is formulated by a company developing the remote acquisition end, the company developing the remote acquisition end and the data type acquired by the remote acquisition end can be indicated, a service type to which the target streaming data belongs is limited in a network link shared by a user or in a webpage, when the terminal device sends a first acquisition request, the service type of the target streaming data is extracted from network connection, and then the first acquisition request is made to carry the service type. Therefore, after receiving the first acquisition request, the source station determines the management node corresponding to the service type carried by the first request according to the pre-stored corresponding relationship between the management node and the service type of the target stream data.
Based on the implementation method, when sending the first acquisition request, the terminal device enables the first acquisition request to carry the service type of the target stream data, and then sends the first acquisition request carrying the service type of the target stream data to the source station.
Step 302, extracting the service type of the target stream data carried by the first acquisition request.
After receiving the first acquisition request, the source station extracts the service type of the target stream data carried by the source station from the first acquisition request, such as the name of the remote acquisition end.
Step 303, notifying a management node corresponding to the service type, and controlling the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node by the management node.
After extracting the service type to which the target streaming data belongs from the first acquisition request, the source station sends an open flow notification of the remote acquisition end to the management node corresponding to the service type, and after receiving the open flow notification sent by the source station, the management node sends an open flow instruction to the remote acquisition end and informs that the acquired streaming data is pushed to the target transmission node.
Specifically, after receiving an openflow notification sent by a source station, a management node sends an openflow request to a target transmission node, the target transmission node distributes a first-flow identifier for a remote acquisition end and feeds the first-flow identifier back to the management node, then the management node sends an openflow instruction to the remote acquisition end, the openflow instruction carries a flow identifier fed back by the target transmission node and an identifier of the target transmission node, the remote acquisition end acquires flow data after receiving the openflow instruction and pushes the acquired flow data to the target transmission node according to the identifier of the target transmission node, and the pushed flow data carries the distributed flow identifier.
After receiving the pushed stream data, the target transmission node can establish a corresponding relation between the stream identification and the target stream data; or generating the playing address of the stream data, and establishing the corresponding relation between the stream identification and the playing address. The management node may send a viewing request to the target transmission node, and specifically, after sending the streaming start request, the management node may send the viewing request to the target transmission node according to a preset time interval, limit the stream identifier allocated by the target transmission node to be carried in the request, and the target transmission node extracts corresponding target streaming data or a broadcast address according to the stream identifier carried in the request and feeds the target streaming data or the broadcast address back to the management node.
And step 304, receiving target stream data extracted from the target transmission node by the management node, and feeding back the target stream data to a request end of the stream data.
After the management node extracts the target stream data or the playing address thereof from the target transmission node, the management node feeds the target stream data or the playing address back to the source station, and the source station further feeds the target stream data or the playing address back to the request end of the stream data.
Specifically, the first acquisition request may carry an end identifier of a request end of the streaming data, when the source station sends an openflow notification to the management node, the openflow notification carries the end identifier of the request end, and after the management node receives the stream identifier allocated by the target transmission node, the management node locally records a correspondence between the allocated stream identifier and the end identifier of the request end of the streaming data, and the target transmission node locally records a correspondence between the stream identifier of the streaming data and the play address.
The management node can send a viewing request to the target transmission node, the request carries the stream identifier allocated by the target transmission node, after receiving the playing address sent by the target transmission node and corresponding to the stream identifier, the management node determines the end identifier corresponding to the stream identifier according to the locally recorded corresponding relationship between the stream identifier and the end identifier, sends the playing address and the end identifier to the source station, and the source station feeds the playing address back to the request end corresponding to the end identifier. The request end can acquire the required target stream data according to the playing address.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after a first acquisition request of target streaming data of a remote acquisition end is received, the remote acquisition end is informed to acquire the target streaming data and push the target streaming data to a target transmission node, and then the pushed target streaming data is acquired from the target transmission node and fed back to a request end of the streaming data, so that the remote acquisition end is remotely started, the streaming data acquired by the remote acquisition end is acquired, and the streaming data transmission is completed. The sending user of the first acquisition request is not limited to the owner of the remote acquisition end, and other users can also realize remote control on the remote acquisition end by sending the first acquisition request through terminal equipment, so that the embodiment of the invention meets the sharing requirement on the streaming data acquired by the remote camera.
The embodiment of the invention can share the opening address of the remote acquisition end, namely the network link, to other users, and the other users can realize the opening control of the remote acquisition end and the check of the target flow data acquired by the remote acquisition end by accessing the network link.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic flow chart illustrating steps of a method for remotely turning on streaming data transmission according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 401, receiving a request for starting target stream data transmission of a remote acquisition end.
The embodiment of the invention provides a new method for remotely starting stream data transmission, which is applied to a scene with stream data transmitted in a stream transmission mode, and correspondingly provides a system for executing the new method. The system comprises a remote acquisition end, a source station, a management node, a target transmission node and a request end of streaming data, wherein the remote acquisition end has an audio and video data acquisition function, such as acquiring audio stream or video stream, and pushing the acquired streaming data to the target transmission node; the source station is used for receiving a request for acquiring streaming data sent by the request end, informing the remote acquisition end of acquiring the streaming data and pushing the streaming data to the target transmission node, and specifically, the source station can firstly send an instruction to the management node, and then the management node sends the instruction to the remote acquisition end; the target transmission node is used for receiving and storing the flow data collected by the remote collection end.
In the system, when the user opens the stream to the remote acquisition end in advance, the user can send an instruction to the source station through the terminal device, further, the source station can send a request for opening the target stream data transmission of the remote acquisition end to the management node, and the management node can receive the request correspondingly.
And step 402, informing a remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and pushing the target stream data to a target transmission node.
After receiving the request for starting the target stream data transmission of the remote acquisition end, the management node informs the remote acquisition end of starting the stream and pushes the acquired target stream data to the target transmission node.
And step 403, acquiring target stream data from the target transmission node, and feeding back the acquired target stream data to a request end of the target stream data.
After receiving the target stream data pushed by the remote acquisition end, the target transmission node feeds the target stream data back to the source station, and the source station further feeds the target stream data back to the request end of the target stream data, so that the processes of remotely starting the remote acquisition end and acquiring the target stream data acquired by the remote acquisition end are completed, and the remote start of stream data transmission is realized.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node may include: after notifying the remote acquisition of the target stream data, acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node at intervals of a preset time period.
The embodiment of the invention can preset the time interval for informing the remote acquisition end to acquire the target stream data and acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node, and after the informing operation is executed, the acquiring operation of the target stream data is executed according to the preset time interval.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, before the acquiring the target streaming data from the target transmission node, the method may further include: and receiving a notification message fed back by the remote acquisition end after the target stream data is pushed to the target transmission node.
In order to improve the operation mechanism, after receiving the target streaming data pushed by the remote acquisition end, the target transmission node may send a notification message to the management node to notify that the target transmission node locally stores the streaming data required by the management node, and after receiving the notification message, the management node performs an operation of acquiring the target streaming data from the target transmission node.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node may include: target streaming data transmitted via at least one intermediate transport node is obtained from the target transport node.
The transmission path between the management node and the target transmission node may pass through at least one intermediate transmission node, and thus the target streaming data extracted from the target transmission node needs to flow through the at least one intermediate transmission node to be transmitted to the management node.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, before the notifying the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node, the method may further include: informing a scheduling node to select a target transmission node for the remote acquisition end; and receiving the target transmission node selected by the scheduling node.
When the stream data is transmitted by using a content distribution network, transmission nodes and transmission paths are distributed by scheduling, a management node needs to request scheduling to select a target transmission node for a remote acquisition end before sending a notification to the remote acquisition end, specifically, the target transmission node can be selected according to the geographical position information of the remote acquisition end, the target transmission node is sent to the management node after the target transmission node is selected by the scheduling, and then the management node informs the remote acquisition end to push the acquired stream data to the target transmission node distributed by the scheduling.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after a first acquisition request of target streaming data of a remote acquisition end is received, the remote acquisition end is informed to acquire the target streaming data and push the target streaming data to a target transmission node, and then the pushed target streaming data is acquired from the target transmission node and fed back to a request end of the streaming data, so that the remote acquisition end is remotely started, the streaming data acquired by the remote acquisition end is acquired, and the streaming data transmission is completed. The sending user of the first acquisition request is not limited to the owner of the remote acquisition end, and other users can also realize remote control on the remote acquisition end by sending the first acquisition request through terminal equipment, so that the embodiment of the invention meets the sharing requirement on the streaming data acquired by the remote camera.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic flow chart illustrating steps of a method for remotely turning on streaming data transmission according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
step 501, receiving a request for starting target stream data transmission of a remote acquisition end.
Step 502, sending a transmission indication to the target transmission node.
After receiving the request, the management node sends a transmission instruction to the target transmission node to obtain the stream data identifier distributed by the target transmission node. The target transmission node assigns different flow data identities for different transmission instructions.
Step 503, receiving a stream data identifier allocated by the target transmission node for the target stream data to be acquired.
Accordingly, the management node receives the flow data identifier allocated by the target transmission node.
And step 504, sending a notice of collecting target flow data to the remote collection end and pushing the target flow data to the target transmission node.
After receiving the streaming data distributed by the target transmission node, the management node sends a notice for acquiring the target streaming data to the remote acquisition end and pushing the target streaming data to the target transmission node, and the notice carries the streaming data identifier and the node identifier of the target transmission node, so that the target streaming data acquired by the remote acquisition end carries the corresponding streaming data identifier.
And after receiving the target stream data carrying the stream data identifier and pushed by the remote acquisition end, the target transmission node records the corresponding relation between the target stream data and the stream data identifier.
In actual operation, after receiving the pushed target stream data, the target transmission node may also generate a play address for the target transmission node, and locally record a corresponding relationship between the play address of the target stream data and the stream data identifier.
And 505, sending a second acquisition request for the target stream data to the target transmission node, where the second acquisition request carries a stream data identifier of the target stream data.
If the management node wants to acquire the target stream data from the target transmission node, the management node needs to send a second acquisition request for the target stream data to the target transmission node, and the second acquisition request carries a stream data identifier of the target stream data distributed by the target transmission node.
Step 506, receiving the target stream data carrying the stream data identifier searched and extracted by the target transmission node.
And after receiving the second acquisition request, the target transmission node extracts target stream data corresponding to the stream data identifier carried by the second acquisition request according to the corresponding relation between the locally stored target stream data and the stream data identifier, and feeds the extracted target stream data back to the management node. Correspondingly, the management node receives target flow data corresponding to the flow data identifier fed back by the target transmission node, namely the target flow data collected by the remote collection end.
According to the embodiment of the invention, after a first acquisition request of target streaming data of a remote acquisition end is received, the remote acquisition end is informed to acquire the target streaming data and push the target streaming data to a target transmission node, and then the pushed target streaming data is acquired from the target transmission node and fed back to a request end of the streaming data, so that the remote acquisition end is remotely started, the streaming data acquired by the remote acquisition end is acquired, and the streaming data transmission is completed. the acquisition request receiving module 601 is configured to receive a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end.
A first remote collecting end notifying module 602, configured to notify the remote collecting end to collect target stream data and push the target stream data to a target transmission node.
A first target stream data obtaining module 603, configured to obtain the target stream data pushed to the target transmission node, and feed back the target stream data to a request end of the stream data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the acquisition request receiving module is specifically configured to receive a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end, where the first acquisition request is sent through an access network link.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first remote collecting end notification module 602 includes:
an end identifier extracting sub-module, configured to extract an end identifier carried by the first acquisition request, where the first acquisition request carries the end identifier of the remote acquisition end extracted from the network link;
and the remote acquisition end informing submodule is used for informing the remote acquisition end corresponding to the end identifier to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first remote collecting end notification module 602 includes:
a service type extracting sub-module, configured to extract a service type to which the target stream data belongs, where the service type is carried by the first acquisition request, and the first acquisition request carries the service type to which the target stream data extracted from the network link belongs;
and the management node notification submodule is used for notifying a management node corresponding to the service type, and the management node controls the remote acquisition end to acquire target flow data and push the target flow data to a target transmission node.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the first target flow data obtaining module 603 is specifically configured to receive target flow data extracted by a management node from the target transmission node.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the apparatus further includes:
and the target flow data pushing module is used for pushing the obtained target flow data to at least one other transmission node except the target transmission node so that a plurality of request ends of the target flow data can obtain the target flow data nearby.

a request receiving module 701, configured to receive a request for starting target stream data transmission of a remote acquisition end.
A second remote collecting end notifying module 702, configured to notify the remote collecting end to collect target stream data and push the target stream data to a target transmission node.
A second target stream data obtaining module 703 is configured to obtain the target stream data from the target transmission node, and feed back the obtained target stream data to the request end of the target stream data.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the apparatus further includes:
a transmission instruction sending module, configured to send a transmission instruction to a target transmission node before the remote acquisition end is notified to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node;
and the stream data identifier receiving module is used for receiving the stream data identifier distributed by the target transmission node for the target stream data to be acquired.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second remote collecting end notification module is specifically configured to send a notification of collecting target stream data to the remote collecting end and pushing the target stream data to the target transmission node, where the notification carries the stream data identifier and the node identifier of the target transmission node, so that the target stream data collected by the remote collecting end carries a corresponding stream data identifier.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second target stream data acquiring module includes:
a second obtaining request sending module, configured to send a second obtaining request for target stream data to the target transmission node, where the second obtaining request carries a stream data identifier of the target stream data;
and the target flow data receiving module is used for receiving the target flow data which is searched and extracted by the target transmission node and carries the flow data identifier.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second target stream data obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain the target stream data from the target transmission node at a preset time interval after notifying the remote acquisition of the target stream data.

a notification message receiving module, configured to receive a notification message fed back by the remote acquisition end after pushing the target stream data to the target transmission node before the target stream data is acquired from the target transmission node.
In this embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the second target stream data obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain, from the target transmission node, target stream data transmitted through at least one intermediate transmission node.
In the embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the apparatus further includes:
the scheduling node notification module is used for notifying the scheduling node to select a target transmission node for the remote acquisition end before notifying the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node;
and the target transmission node receiving module is used for receiving the target transmission node selected by the scheduling node.

Claims (26)

1. A method of remotely turning on streaming data transmission, comprising:
receiving a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end, wherein the first acquisition request carries an end identifier of the remote acquisition end extracted from the network link;
extracting an end identifier carried by the first acquisition request;
informing a remote acquisition end corresponding to the end identification to acquire target flow data and pushing the target flow data to a target transmission node;
and acquiring the target stream data pushed to the target transmission node, and feeding back the target stream data to a request end of the stream data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a first acquisition request for target flow data of a remote collection site comprises:
a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end sent by accessing a network link is received.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first acquisition request carries a service type to which the target stream data extracted from the network link belongs, and wherein the notifying the remote collection end to collect the target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node comprises:
extracting the service type of the target stream data carried by the first acquisition request;
and informing a management node corresponding to the service type, and controlling the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to a target transmission node by the management node.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the obtaining the target flow data pushed to the target transport node comprises:
and receiving target flow data extracted from the target transmission node by the management node.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
pushing the obtained target flow data to at least one other transmission node except the target transmission node, so that a plurality of request ends of the target flow data can obtain the target flow data nearby.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein before said notifying said remote collection site to collect target flow data and push it to a target transmission node, said method further comprises:
it is determined that the requested target stream data does not exist locally.
7. A method of remotely turning on streaming data transmission, comprising:
receiving a request for starting target stream data transmission of a remote acquisition end;
sending a transmission indication to the target transmission node;
receiving a stream data identifier distributed by the target transmission node for target stream data to be acquired;
informing the remote acquisition end to acquire target flow data and pushing the target flow data to a target transmission node;
and acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node, and feeding back the acquired target stream data to a request end of the target stream data.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein notifying the remote collection end to collect target stream data and push the data to a target transmission node comprises:
and sending a notice for acquiring target stream data to the remote acquisition end and pushing the notice to a target transmission node, wherein the notice carries the stream data identifier and the node identifier of the target transmission node, so that the target stream data acquired by the remote acquisition end carries the corresponding stream data identifier.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein said extracting the target flow data from the target transport node comprises:
sending a second acquisition request for target stream data to the target transmission node, wherein the second acquisition request carries a stream data identifier of the target stream data;
and receiving target flow data which is searched and extracted by the target transmission node and carries the flow data identifier.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining the target flow data from the target transport node comprises:
after notifying the remote acquisition of the target stream data, acquiring the target stream data from the target transmission node at intervals of a preset time period.
11. The method of claim 7, further comprising, prior to said obtaining the target flow data from the target transport node:
and receiving a notification message fed back by the remote acquisition end after the target stream data is pushed to the target transmission node.
12. The method of claim 7, wherein the obtaining the target flow data from the target transport node comprises:
target streaming data transmitted via at least one intermediate transport node is obtained from the target transport node.
13. The method of claim 7, wherein before said notifying said remote collection site to collect target flow data and push it to a target transmission node, said method further comprises:
informing a scheduling node to select a target transmission node for the remote acquisition end;
and receiving the target transmission node selected by the scheduling node.
14. An apparatus for remotely turning on streaming data transmission, comprising:
an acquisition request receiving module, configured to receive a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end, where the first acquisition request carries an end identifier of the remote acquisition end extracted from the network link;
an end identifier extraction module: extracting an end identifier carried by the first acquisition request;
the first remote acquisition end notification module is used for notifying a remote acquisition end corresponding to the end identifier to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to a target transmission node;
and the first target flow data acquisition module is used for acquiring the target flow data pushed to the target transmission node and feeding the target flow data back to the request end of the flow data.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein:
the acquisition request receiving module is specifically configured to receive a first acquisition request for target stream data of a remote acquisition end, which is sent through an access network link.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the first remote acquisition side notification module comprises:
a service type extracting sub-module, configured to extract a service type to which the target stream data belongs, where the service type is carried by the first acquisition request, and the first acquisition request carries the service type to which the target stream data extracted from the network link belongs;
and the management node notification submodule is used for notifying a management node corresponding to the service type, and the management node controls the remote acquisition end to acquire target flow data and push the target flow data to a target transmission node.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein:
the first target stream data acquisition module is specifically configured to receive target stream data extracted by a management node from the target transmission node.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
and the target flow data pushing module is used for pushing the obtained target flow data to at least one other transmission node except the target transmission node so that a plurality of request ends of the target flow data can obtain the target flow data nearby.
19. The apparatus of claim 14, further comprising:
and the information determining module is used for determining that the requested target flow data does not exist locally before the remote acquisition end is informed to acquire the target flow data and push the target flow data to the target transmission node.
20. An apparatus for remotely turning on streaming data transmission, comprising:
the request receiving module is used for receiving a request for starting target stream data transmission of a remote acquisition end;
a transmission instruction sending module, configured to send a transmission instruction to a target transmission node before the remote acquisition end is notified to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node;
the stream data identifier receiving module is used for receiving the stream data identifier distributed by the target transmission node for the target stream data to be acquired;
the second remote acquisition end notification module is used for notifying the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and pushing the target stream data to the target transmission node;
and the second target flow data acquisition module is used for acquiring the target flow data from the target transmission node and feeding the acquired target flow data back to the request end of the target flow data.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein:
the second remote acquisition end notification module is specifically configured to send a notification of acquiring target stream data to the remote acquisition end and pushing the target stream data to a target transmission node, where the notification carries the stream data identifier and the node identifier of the target transmission node, so that the target stream data acquired by the remote acquisition end carries a corresponding stream data identifier.
22. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein the second target stream data acquisition module comprises:
a second obtaining request sending module, configured to send a second obtaining request for target stream data to the target transmission node, where the second obtaining request carries a stream data identifier of the target stream data;
and the target flow data receiving module is used for receiving the target flow data which is searched and extracted by the target transmission node and carries the flow data identifier.
23. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein:
the second target stream data acquisition module is specifically configured to acquire the target stream data from the target transmission node at a preset time interval after notifying the remote acquisition of the target stream data.
24. The apparatus of claim 20, further comprising:
a notification message receiving module, configured to receive a notification message fed back by the remote acquisition end after pushing the target stream data to the target transmission node before the target stream data is acquired from the target transmission node.
25. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein:
the second target stream data obtaining module is specifically configured to obtain, from the target transmission node, target stream data transmitted via at least one intermediate transmission node.
26. The apparatus of claim 20, further comprising:
the scheduling node notification module is used for notifying the scheduling node to select a target transmission node for the remote acquisition end before notifying the remote acquisition end to acquire target stream data and push the target stream data to the target transmission node;
and the target transmission node receiving module is used for receiving the target transmission node selected by the scheduling node.
