Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a monitoring system for media files.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a media file monitoring system according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the media file monitoring system 100 includes: target media device 101, mobile terminal 102, and server 103.
The target media device 101 is configured to broadcast first target information to the target area during playing of the target media file, where the first target information includes information of the target media device and information of the target media file.
In this embodiment, the target media file is played in the public place by the target media device 101.
Alternatively, the public place Of the embodiment may be a bus, a building, or the like, and the target media file Of the embodiment may be an OOH (Out Of House, abbreviated as OOH) advertisement, and may include advertisements outside the home range, for example, including advertisements played in the bus, advertisements played on a liquid crystal screen in the building, traditional outdoor advertisements, or the like.
The target media device 101 of this embodiment may be an OOH advertising device. In the process of playing the target media file by the target media device 101, the first target information is broadcasted to the target area periodically, where the target area may be an area near the target media device 101, the first target information may include information of the target media device 101 and information of the target media file, for example, the information of the target media device 101 includes a security certificate, device attribute information, and the like, and the information of the target media file includes a type of the target media file, an information summary of the target media file, a size of the target media file, and the like.
Optionally, the target media device 101 of this embodiment is provided with a mobile communication module, which has D2D communication capability and has a function of broadcasting the first target information to the surroundings, and the mobile communication module may also transmit the information to the server 103 through a mobile communication network.
And the mobile terminal 102 is configured to forward the first target information to the server 103.
The mobile terminal 102 of this embodiment is located in a target area, and optionally, after the user passes through the target area with the mobile terminal 102, after the first target information is broadcast to the mobile terminal 102, the mobile terminal 102 may forward the received first target information to the server 103, for example, the mobile terminal 102 forwards the first target information to the server 103 through mobile communication, where the mobile communication is a wireless communication technology in which resource allocation is controlled by a central node, and includes a fourth Generation mobile communication (the 4G) network.
The mobile terminal 102 and the target media Device 101 of this embodiment establish a terminal-to-Device (D2D for short). The D2D communication technology is a communication method for directly communicating between two peer user nodes. The target media device 101 of this embodiment broadcasts the first target information to the target area through terminal-through communication, and the mobile terminal 102 may receive the first target information through terminal-through communication. Since the mobile terminal 102 and the target media device 101 communicate directly through D2D, the touch determination is more accurate, and no new hardware device needs to be added to the mobile terminal 102.
The mobile terminal 102 of this embodiment may also be provided with a mobile communication module having a D2D function.
Alternatively, the embodiment may complete the communication between the target media device 101 and the mobile terminal 102 by way of WIF), bluetooth, etc. However, wireless communication connection between the target media device 101 and the mobile terminal 102 needs to be established separately, which is slow to establish WIFI and bluetooth, and meanwhile, security is not enough; this embodiment may also tag the user with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID for short), but for privacy reasons etc. the user may be reluctant to install such a tag at hand.
And the server 103 is used for verifying the first target information.
The server 103 of this embodiment is used to verify the first target information, i.e. to securely authenticate the target media device 101, to determine the authenticity of the target media device 101. Optionally, the first target information includes a security certificate of the target media device 101, which the server 103 may verify to confirm its security.
Under the condition that the server 103 verifies that the first target information is qualified, the mobile terminal 102 responds to the first target information to obtain a target response signal; the target media device 101 acquires the target response signal, and determines that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal 102 when the target attribute of the target response signal satisfies the target condition.
Optionally, when the server 103 verifies that the first target information is qualified, the mobile terminal 102 responds to the first target information to obtain a target response signal, where the target response signal is also a touch response signal, the mobile terminal 102 sends the target response signal to the target media device 101, and the target media device 101 further receives the target response signal.
In this embodiment, when the target media device 101 acquires a target response signal obtained by the mobile terminal 102 responding to the first target information, the second target information sent by the mobile terminal 102 and the third target information of the target media file are acquired, and the second target information sent by the mobile terminal 102 may be related attribute information of the mobile terminal 102, for example, the attribute information includes an ID of the mobile terminal 102, an encrypted IDFA, an encrypted MAC address, an encrypted IMIE number, and the like, which is not limited herein. The third target information is information of the target media file reached by the mobile terminal 102, that is, advertisement information reached by the mobile terminal.
The target media device 101 may determine whether a target attribute of the target response signal satisfies a target condition, where the target attribute may include attribute information such as signal strength and communication delay of the target response signal, so as to accurately determine whether the target media file actually reaches the mobile terminal 102, that is, whether the user carrying the mobile terminal 102 actually reaches the target media file.
Optionally, in this embodiment, when it is determined that the target attribute satisfies the target condition, the target media device 101 may determine whether the signal strength of the target response signal is greater than a first target threshold, and if the signal strength of the target response signal is greater than the first target threshold, it may be determined that the mobile terminal 102 is relatively close to the target media device 101; optionally, the target media device 101 determines whether the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal 102 to the target media device 101 is smaller than a second target threshold, and if the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal 102 to the target media device 101 is smaller than the second target threshold, it may be determined that the user is closer to the target media device 101; optionally, in this embodiment, when the signal strength of the target response signal is large and the communication delay is small, it is determined that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal 102. Alternatively, the target media device 101 determines that the signal strength of the target response signal remains stable for the first target time period, and if the signal strength of the target response signal remains stable for the first target time period, it may be determined that the user does not move the mobile terminal 102 quickly; alternatively, the target media device 101 determines whether the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal 102 to the target media device 101 is stable in a second target time period, and if the communication delay is determined to be stable in the second target time period, it may be determined that the user does not move fast, where the second target time period may be the same as the first target time period. Alternatively, when the signal strength and the delay are stable for a long time, it may be considered that the user does not move fast, and it is determined that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal 102.
It should be noted that the target attributes including the signal strength and the communication delay of the target response signal are only an example of the embodiment of the present invention, and do not represent that the target attributes of the embodiment of the present invention are only the signal strength and the communication delay of the target response signal, and any target attribute that can be used for accurately determining whether the target media file actually contacts the mobile terminal 102 may be within the scope of the embodiment, and is not illustrated here.
Alternatively, after the target media device 101 determines that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal 102, the second target information and the third target information are sent to the server 103.
The second target information and the third target information of this embodiment are also reach information. After the target media device 101 determines that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal 102, the target media device 101 may send the reaching information to the server 103 through mobile communication, so that there is no need to separately establish communication connection, reliability and security of information transmission are improved, and recording and processing are performed by the server 103, thereby realizing recording and subsequent statistical analysis of big data.
The target media device 101 of this embodiment requires an increase in the processing statistical analysis capabilities of the D2D broadcaster and the wireless communication signal. After receiving the broadcasted first target information, the mobile terminal 102 sends the first target information to the server 103 for monitoring the media file, and completes corresponding security authentication in a matching manner. That is to say, the target media device 101 broadcasts the first target information to the outside, and the mobile terminal 102 only responds to the information broadcast by the target media device 101 when the server 103 verifies that the first target information broadcast by the target media device 101 forwarded by the mobile terminal 102 is qualified, and then accurately determines whether the media file really touches the mobile terminal 102 (user) according to the attribute of the target response signal, so as to achieve the purpose of monitoring the media file, solve the technical problem of low efficiency of monitoring the media file, and achieve the technical effect of improving the efficiency of monitoring the media file.
Example 2
The embodiment of the invention provides a media file monitoring method. It should be noted that the media file monitoring method of this embodiment may be executed by the media file monitoring system of the embodiment of the present invention.
The following describes a method for monitoring a media file according to an embodiment of the present invention from a target media device side.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for monitoring media files according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
step S202, in the process of playing the target media file by the target media device, first target information is broadcasted to the target area.
In the technical solution provided in the foregoing step S202 of the present application, in the process of playing the target media file by the target media device, first target information is broadcasted to the target area, where the first target information includes information of the target media device and information of the target media file, and is forwarded to the server by the mobile terminal in the target area.
As an alternative embodiment, the target media file is played in a public place through the target media device.
Alternatively, the public place of the embodiment may be a bus, a building, and the like, and the target media file of the embodiment may be an OOH advertisement, and may include advertisements outside the home range, for example, including advertisements played in the bus, liquid crystal screen advertisements played in the building, traditional outdoor advertisements, and the like.
The target media device of this embodiment may be an OOH advertising device. In the process of playing the target media file by the target media device, the first target information is broadcasted to the target area, which may be periodically broadcasted to the target area, where the target area may be an area near the target media device, and the first target information may include information of the target media device and information of the target media file, for example, the information of the target media device includes a security certificate, device attribute information, and the like, and the information of the target media file includes a type of the target media file, an information summary of the target media file, a size of the target media file, and the like.
Optionally, after the user carries the mobile terminal through the target area and broadcasts the first target information to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal may forward the received first target information to the server, for example, the mobile terminal forwards the first target information to the server through mobile communication, where the mobile communication is a wireless communication technology in which resource allocation is controlled by a central node, and includes a 4G network.
As an alternative implementation, the step S202, broadcasting the first target information to the target area includes: and broadcasting the first target information to the target area through terminal through communication, wherein the first target information is received by the mobile terminal through the terminal through communication.
The target media device of this embodiment establishes D2D communication with the mobile terminal. The target media device of this embodiment broadcasts the first target information to the target area through terminal-through communication, and the mobile terminal may receive the first target information through terminal-through communication. Because the target media device and the mobile terminal directly communicate through the D2D, the touch judgment is accurate, and no new hardware device needs to be added to the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the target media device of this embodiment is provided with a mobile communication module, which has D2D communication capability and has a function of broadcasting the first target information to the surroundings. The mobile communication module can also send information to a server through a mobile communication network. The mobile terminal of this embodiment may also be provided with a mobile communication module having a D2D function.
Optionally, the embodiment may complete communication between the target media device and the mobile terminal through WIFI, bluetooth, and the like. But the wireless communication connection between the target media device and the mobile terminal needs to be established independently, the establishment of WIFI and Bluetooth is slow, and meanwhile, the security is not enough; this embodiment may also utilize RFID to tag the user, but for privacy reasons and the like, the user may be reluctant to install such tags around him or her.
And step S204, under the condition that the first target information is verified to be qualified by the server, acquiring a target response signal obtained by the mobile terminal responding to the first target information.
In the technical solution provided in the foregoing step S204 of the present application, after the first target information of the target media device is forwarded to the server by the mobile terminal in the target area, and under the condition that the first target information is verified by the server to be qualified, the target media device acquires a target response signal obtained by the mobile terminal responding to the first target information.
In this embodiment, the server is configured to verify the first target information, i.e., to securely authenticate the target media device, to determine the authenticity of the target media device. Optionally, the first target information includes a security certificate of the target media device, which the server may verify to confirm its security.
And under the condition that the first target information is verified to be qualified by the server, the mobile terminal responds to the first target information to obtain a target response signal, the target response signal is also a touch response signal, the mobile terminal sends the target response signal to the target media equipment, and the target media equipment further receives the target response signal.
As an optional implementation manner, in step S204, when a target response signal obtained by the mobile terminal in response to the first target information is acquired, the method further includes: and acquiring second target information and third target information of the target media file, wherein the second target information is used for indicating the attribute of the mobile terminal, and the information of the target media file comprises the third target information.
In this embodiment, when acquiring a target response signal obtained by the mobile terminal responding to the first target information, the second target information sent by the mobile terminal and the third target information of the target media file are acquired, where the second target information sent by the mobile terminal may be related attribute information of the mobile terminal, for example, the attribute information includes an ID of the mobile terminal, an encrypted IDFA, an encrypted MAC address, an encrypted IMIE number, and the like, and this is not limited here. In this embodiment, the target media device may determine whether a target attribute of the target response signal satisfies a target condition, where the target attribute may include attribute information such as signal strength and communication delay of the target response signal, so as to accurately determine whether the target media file actually reaches the mobile terminal, that is, whether the user carrying the mobile terminal actually reaches the mobile terminal.
As an optional implementation manner, when the target attribute meets at least one of the following conditions, determining that the target attribute meets the target condition: the signal strength of the target response signal is greater than a first target threshold, wherein the target property comprises the signal strength; the communication delay of the target response signal sent to the target media equipment by the mobile terminal is smaller than a second target threshold value, wherein the target attribute comprises signal strength; the signal strength of the target response signal remains stable for a first target time period; the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal to the target media device remains stable for a second target time period.
In this embodiment, when it is determined that the target attribute satisfies the target condition, it may be determined whether the signal strength of the target response signal is greater than a first target threshold, and if the signal strength of the target response signal is greater than the first target threshold, it may be determined that the mobile terminal is relatively close to the target media device; optionally, whether the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal to the target media device is smaller than a second target threshold is judged, and if the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal to the target media device is smaller than the second target threshold, it can be determined that the user is closer to the target media device; optionally, in this embodiment, when the signal strength of the target response signal is large and the communication delay is small, it is determined that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal. Optionally, it is determined that the signal strength of the target response signal remains stable within the first target time period, and if the signal strength of the target response signal remains stable within the first target time period, it may be determined that the user does not carry the mobile terminal for fast movement; optionally, it is determined whether the communication delay of the target response signal sent by the mobile terminal to the target media device is stable within a second target time period, and if it is determined that the communication delay is stable within the second target time period, it may be determined that the user does not carry the mobile terminal for fast movement, where the second target time period may be the same as the first target time period. Alternatively, when the signal strength and the time delay are kept stable for a long time, the user is not considered to move fast, and the target media file is determined to reach the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that the target attributes including the signal strength and the communication delay of the target response signal are only an example of the embodiment of the present invention, and do not represent that the target attributes of the embodiment of the present invention are only the signal strength and the communication delay of the target response signal, and any target attribute that can be used for accurately determining whether the target media file actually contacts the mobile terminal may be within the scope of the embodiment, which is not illustrated herein.

Through the steps S302 to S308, first target information broadcasted to a target area by a target media device in a process of playing a target media file is obtained, wherein the first target information includes information of the target media device and information of the target media file; forwarding the first target information to a server; under the condition that the first target information is verified to be qualified by the server, responding to the first target information to obtain a target response signal; and sending the target response signal to the target media equipment, wherein the target media equipment determines that the target media file reaches the mobile terminal under the condition that the target attribute of the target response signal is determined by the target media equipment to meet the target condition. That is to say, the media device broadcasts information to the outside, and the mobile terminal responds to the information broadcasted by the media device only when the server verifies that the information broadcasted by the media device forwarded by the mobile terminal is qualified, and then accurately judges whether the media file really reaches the mobile terminal (user) according to the attribute of the response signal, so that the purpose of monitoring the media file is achieved, the technical problem of low efficiency of monitoring the media file is solved, and the technical effect of improving the efficiency of monitoring the media file is achieved.

Example 3
The technical solution of the present invention is illustrated below with reference to preferred embodiments.
In this embodiment, D2D communication, a newer wireless communication technology, is one of the 5G technology standards. The D2D communication technology refers to a communication method for directly communicating between two peer user nodes.
Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a D2D-free communication according to the related art. As shown in fig. 5, the terminals 51 and 52 need to communicate with each other via the mobile base station 53, and cannot communicate directly.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a communication via D2D according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the terminal 61 and the terminal 62 using the D2D communication technology can directly communicate without communicating via the mobile base station 63.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of another communication via D2D according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the two terminals are UE-a and UE-B, respectively, and UE-a and UE-B can directly communicate with each other, and compared with the conventional mobile communication, it does not need UE-a and UE-B in a short distance to transmit information to a core network (such as CN in fig. 7, including MME network element and SGW/PGW network element) and then transmit back through the node eNodeB, thereby improving communication quality.
The method of advertisement monitoring using D2D in this embodiment is described in detail below.
In this embodiment, the OOH advertising device is equipped with a mobile communication module having D2D communication capabilities, the D2D communication module has the function of broadcasting information to the surroundings of the geographical location, and the mobile communication module can also transmit the information to a server via a mobile communication network. The mobile terminal used by the user is also provided with a mobile communication module with a D2D function.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of OOH advertisement monitoring based on D2D according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the OOH advertisement device 81 may periodically broadcast its own device information, advertisement information digest, security certificate, and other broadcast messages to geographically close mobile terminals 82.
After the user carries the mobile terminal 82 to the vicinity of the OOH advertisement device 81, the mobile terminal 82 receives the broadcast message sent by the OOH advertisement device 81.
The mobile terminal 82 transmits OOH advertisement information (broadcast message) to the server through the mobile base station 83 of the mobile communication network, the server authenticates the reliability of the OOH advertisement device 81, and the server can determine the security thereof by authenticating the security certificate of the OOH advertisement device 81.
After determining that the OOH advertisement device 81 is secure, the mobile terminal 82 transmits a reach response to the OOH advertisement device 81 while attaching the device information of the mobile terminal 82 and the self-reached advertisement information. The device information of the mobile terminal 82 may include a device ID, an encrypted IDFA, an encrypted MAC address, an encrypted IMIE number, and the like.
The OOH advertisement device 81 may determine whether the user actually touches the advertisement according to the received signal strength of the touch response, communication delay, and the like. It should be noted that, this determination whether the user actually touches the advertisement needs to be performed on the OOH advertisement device 81, because the mobile terminal 82 is complicated to handle such problems, and needs to support many functions of the communication bottom layer.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the signal strength of the reach response is greater, and a shorter communication delay indicates that the user is closer to the OOH advertisement device 81, so as to determine the reach advertisement. When the signal strength and the time delay are kept stable for a long time, the user can be considered not to move fast, which indicates that the user touches the advertisement.
The OOH advertisement device 81 of this embodiment transmits the reach information to the server through mobile communication.
The server records and processes the reach information, and the information can be recorded through big data and subsequent statistical analysis.
The advertisement monitoring method of the embodiment is a reach monitoring mode based on D2D, and the effectiveness of advertisement reach is accurately judged through modes such as D2D signal quality, network time delay and the like. Among other things, OOH advertisement device 81 is to increase the processing statistics analysis capabilities of D2D broadcast devices and wireless communication signals. After receiving the broadcast message, the mobile terminal 82 sends the broadcast message to the server for advertisement monitoring, and completes corresponding security authentication. According to the embodiment, new hardware equipment does not need to be added to the mobile terminal 82, the D2D is used for directly communicating with the two devices, so that the touch judgment is accurate, whether the touch is achieved can be accurately judged through communication characteristics such as signal strength and communication time delay, and the efficiency of monitoring the advertisement is improved.
It should be noted that the embodiment may complete communication between the mobile terminal 82 and the OOH advertisement device 81 through WIFI, bluetooth, or the like. But wireless communication connection needs to be established independently, namely WIFI and Bluetooth are established very slowly, and meanwhile, the security is not enough; this embodiment may also tag the user with RFID, but for privacy reasons, etc., the user may be reluctant to install such tags at hand.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than presented herein.
