本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种浮动式热交换器;包括筒体,筒体内设置有换热管,换热管的一端固接有固定管板,换热管的另一端固接有浮动管板,浮动管板的边缘与筒体内侧壁之间留有间隙,所述浮动管板上还套设连接有连接管,所述筒体的开口端内套设有管程介质出口,所述连接管与管程介质出口之间顺次连接有内连接法兰Ⅱ、内连接法兰Ⅰ和多波膨胀节;所述筒体上还开设有壳程介质进口、壳程介质出口和管程介质进口;所述筒体内侧壁上还固接有与换热管相垂直的折流板;设备运行中不易发生泄漏;结构简单,制造成本低;通过拆卸内连接法兰Ⅰ与内连接法兰Ⅱ之间的连接螺栓即可将多波膨胀节部件取出,更换方便,延长了设备的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工设备技术领域,具体涉及一种浮动式热交换器。
背景技术
热交换器作为换热设备,在石油、化工、冶金、电力、轻工、食品等行业占有的比重很大,最常用的结构形式有:固定管板式、浮头式、U形管式等。浮头式热交换器在热交换器设备中占有很大的比重。但现有的浮头式换热器存在结构复杂,造价高(比普通热交换器高20%),设备试压时需要试压工装,设备运行中浮头处易发生泄漏,不易检查处理,检修时需将管束抽出检修不方便等缺点。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有的浮头式换热器在设备试压时需要试压工装,设备运行中浮头处易发生泄漏,不易检查处理等技术问题,提供一种结构简单,制造成本低,检修方便,换热效率高,使用寿命长的浮动式热交换器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种浮动式热交换器,包括筒体,所述筒体的一端开口,另一端封闭,且在封闭端设有排污口;所述筒体内设置有换热管,换热管的一端固接有固定管板,所述固定管板的边缘固接在筒体内侧壁上,换热管的另一端固接有浮动管板,浮动管板的边缘与筒体内侧壁之间留有间隙,所述浮动管板上还套设连接有连接管,所述筒体的开口端内套设有管程介质出口,所述连接管与管程介质出口之间顺次连接有内连接法兰Ⅱ、内连接法兰Ⅰ和多波膨胀节;所述筒体上还开设有壳程介质进口、壳程介质出口和管程介质进口,所述管程介质进口和管程介质出口均与换热管相连通;所述筒体内侧壁上还固接有与换热管相垂直的折流板,折流板的边缘不与筒体内壁连接的部分与相邻筒体内壁之间留有间隔,位于上层的间隔在筒体轴向的投影部分落在相邻下层的折流板本体上。
工作原理:壳程介质通过壳程介质进口进入设备内部并在换热管外部经折流板作用后延长了流动路径再从壳程介质出口流出;管程介质通过管程介质进口进入换热管内部,通过换热管后再从管程介质出口流出。两种介质的温度通过换热管管壁充分交换,起到换热的作用。
当壳管程两种介质的温差较大时,两种介质存的温差应力膨胀及介质流动时带来的管束振动通过设置的多波膨胀节与浮动管板进行补偿,多波膨胀节带有伸缩性可调节管壳程温差应力,浮动管板通过内法兰与多波膨胀节连接可以自由浮动,在壳体内可以自由移动;多波膨胀节通过内法兰连接可以拆卸。解决了温差应力膨胀与管束振动对设备运行带来的影响,不易发生泄漏。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下有益效果:
当壳管程两种介质的温差较大时,管束与壳体之间不会产生温差应力,不易发生泄漏;结构简单,制造成本低,设备试压时不需要试压工装;检修时检修人员可以分别通过人员检修入口与管程介质出口进入到设备内部,方便检修;通过拆卸内连接法兰Ⅰ与内连接法兰Ⅱ之间的连接螺栓即可将多波膨胀节部件取出,更换方便,延长了设备的使用寿命。

实施例
如图1所示, 一种浮动式热交换器,包括筒体10,所述筒体10的一端开口,另一端封闭,且在封闭端设有排污口14;所述筒体10内设置有换热管9,换热管9的一端固接有固定管板2,所述固定管板2的边缘固接在筒体10内侧壁上,换热管9的另一端固接有浮动管板4,浮动管板4的边缘与筒体10内侧壁之间留有间隙,换热管9的两端分别穿过固定管板2和浮动管板4,浮动管板4的边缘不与筒体10连接,所述浮动管板4上还套设连接有连接管15,所述筒体10的开口端内套设有管程介质出口6,所述连接管15与管程介质出口6之间顺次连接有内连接法兰Ⅱ8、内连接法兰Ⅰ5和多波膨胀节7,内连接法兰Ⅰ5和多波膨胀节7固接,连接管15与连接法兰Ⅱ8固接;设备上部增加多波膨胀节7,内连接法兰;多波膨胀节7带有伸缩性可调节管壳程温差应力,上端管板,即浮动管板4通过内法兰与多波膨胀节连接可以自由浮动,在壳体内可以自由移动;多波膨胀节通过内法兰连接可以拆卸。所述筒体10上还开设有壳程介质进口3、壳程介质出口12和管程介质进口13,所述管程介质进口13和管程介质出口6均与换热管9相连通;所述筒体10内侧壁上还固接有与换热管9相垂直的折流板11,折流板11的边缘不与筒体10内壁连接的部分与相邻筒体10内壁之间留有间隔,位于上层的间隔在筒体10轴向的投影部分落在相邻下层的折流板11本体上,所述换热管9也穿过折流板11。
进一步的,所述筒体10靠近浮动管板4的处开设壳程介质进口3,筒体10靠近固定管板2处开设壳程介质出口12和管程介质进口13,所述壳程介质出口12和管程介质进口13分别位于固定管板2两侧的筒体10上,所述管程介质进口13位于排污口14一侧。
壳程介质通过壳程介质进口3进入设备内部并在换热管9外部经折流板11作用后延长了流动路径再从壳程介质出口12流出;管程介质通过管程介质进口13进入换热管内部,通过换热管后再从管程介质出口6流出。两种介质的温度通过换热管管壁充分交换,起到换热的作用。

进一步的,与管程介质进口13相对的筒体10的一侧还开设有人员检修入口1。检修时,通过拆卸内连接法兰Ⅰ5与内连接法兰Ⅱ8之间的连接螺栓即可将多波膨胀节7部件取出,更换方便;另外检修人员可以分别通过人孔1与管程介质出口6进入到设备内部,方便检修。
进一步的,所述连接管15包括柱状连接管及圆台状连接管。

1.一种浮动式热交换器,其特征在于:包括筒体(10),所述筒体(10)的一端开口,另一端封闭,且在封闭端设有排污口(14);所述筒体(10)内设置有换热管(9),换热管(9)的一端固接有固定管板(2),所述固定管板(2)的边缘固接在筒体(10)内侧壁上,换热管(9)的另一端固接有浮动管板(4),浮动管板(4)的边缘与筒体(10)内侧壁之间留有间隙,所述浮动管板(4)上还套设连接有连接管(15),所述筒体(10)的开口端内套设有管程介质出口(6),所述连接管(15)与管程介质出口(6)之间顺次连接有内连接法兰Ⅱ(8)、内连接法兰Ⅰ(5)和多波膨胀节(7);所述筒体(10)上还开设有壳程介质进口(3)、壳程介质出口(12)和管程介质进口(13),所述管程介质进口(13)和管程介质出口(6)均与换热管()9相连通;所述筒体(10)内侧壁上还固接有与换热管(9)相垂直的折流板(11),折流板(11)的边缘不与筒体(10)内壁连接的部分与相邻筒体(10)内壁之间留有间隔,位于上层的间隔在筒体(10)轴向的投影部分落在相邻下层的折流板(11)本体上。
2.根据权利要求1任意一项所述的一种浮动式热交换器,其特征在于:所述筒体(10)靠近浮动管板(4)的处开设壳程介质进口(3),筒体(10)靠近固定管板(2)处开设壳程介质出口(12)和管程介质进口(13),所述壳程介质出口(12)和管程介质进口(13)分别位于固定管板(2)两侧的筒体(10)上,所述管程介质进口(13)位于排污口(14)一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮动式热交换器,其特征在于:与管程介质进口(13)相对的筒体(10)的一侧还开设有人员检修入口(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种浮动式热交换器,其特征在于:所述连接管(15)包括柱状连接管及圆台状连接管。
