Description

Water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent, preparation method and washing and cleaning method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field related to cleaning agents, and particularly relates to a water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent, a preparation method and a washing and cleaning method.
Background
In recent years, with the improvement of the living standard and the acceleration of the life rhythm of the people in China, the household dish washing machine is concerned by more and more Chinese families as a new generation of necessary household appliances and becomes a mark of convenient, fashionable and healthy life. And the special detergent for the dish washing machine is produced accordingly.
Different from other dish washing agents, the special washing agent for the dish washing machine is designed according to the operating condition and the program of the dish washing machine, and the main requirements of consumers for the washing agent are convenient use, high efficiency, low foam, multiple-effect integration, stain removal, no trace and the like.
At present, the special detergent for the dish washing machine in the market mainly takes powder, liquid and tablets as main raw materials. On one hand, the cleaning effect is not good, and on the other hand, when the powder and liquid products are used, a proper amount of cleaning agent needs to be manually measured and then put in; the tablet product is cut into fixed dosage by the production process during production, but the tablet product still needs to be manually put in each adding, so that the action frequency of a consumer is increased to a certain extent; and at present, the used product is a common one-time release product regardless of any dosage form, and the content of effective components in the product is limited, so that the product cannot be used for multiple times.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent, a preparation method and a washing and cleaning method, which aim to solve the problems of the background art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the specific technical scheme of the water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent, the preparation method and the washing and cleaning method is as follows:
the water-soluble concentrated gel detergent comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight:

wherein the rheology modifier is one or a mixture of ester-terminated polyamide, tertiary amine-terminated polyamide, polyepoxy-terminated polyamide and polyether polyamine. The dispersant is one or more of acrylic acid homopolymer or copolymer and maleic acid homopolymer or copolymer, and the molecular weight of the dispersant is 3000-70000.
The nonionic surfactant is one or more of capped alcohol ether, propylene glycol block polyether, alkyl glycoside and fatty alcohol alkoxy compound.
Further, the chelating agent is one or more of sodium citrate dihydrate, sodium gluconate, sodium glucoheptonate, trisodium nitrilotriacetate, trisodium Methylglycinediacetate (MGDA), tetrasodium glutamate diacetate (GLDA) and disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate.
Further, the plant essential oil is selected from one or more of lemon essential oil, thyme essential oil, cherry blossom essential oil, mint essential oil, green tea essential oil and magnolia flower essential oil.
Furthermore, the enzyme preparation is one or a mixture of more of protease, mannanase, carbohydrase, lipase and oxidase, and the content of enzyme active substances is more than 10000 BPU/g.
Further, the acidity regulator is one or a mixture of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, malonic acid, lactic acid and triethanolamine.
Further, the solubilizer is sodium salt, potassium salt or ammonium salt of toluenesulfonic acid, dimethylbenzene sulfonic acid or isopropylbenzene sulfonic acid, and one or more of ethanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and alkyl phosphate.
Further, the preservative is one or a mixture of more of cason, phenoxyethanol and benzyl alcohol.
Further, one or more of N-alkyl propylamine glycine, triclosan, dichlorohenine and methylene guanidine salt of the antibacterial agent are mixed.
A method of making a water soluble concentrated gel cleanser comprising the steps of:
a. firstly adding a powder solid raw material into deionized water, and uniformly and completely stirring and dissolving to obtain a solution a, wherein the powder solid raw material is a granular chelating agent, a powdery dispersing agent and a powder solubilizer;
b. adding a nonionic surfactant, a liquid chelating agent, a liquid dispersing agent and a liquid solubilizer into the solution a, and uniformly stirring and dispersing; adding an acidity regulator, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to obtain a solution b;
c. adding a rheology modifier into the solution b, stirring, mixing and heating until the rheology modifier is softened, and uniformly mixing;
d. cooling to 50 + -5 deg.C while stirring, adding plant essential oil, enzyme preparation, antiseptic and antibacterial agent, stirring and dispersing; keeping the constant temperature flowing state, adding into a shape mold, and cooling and molding.
And further, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 6-9 by using the acidity regulator in the step b.
Further, in the step c, stirring, mixing and heating are carried out until the softening temperature of the rheology modifier is 83-100 ℃.
A rinsing and cleaning method, wherein the water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent is used for rinsing and cleaning, and a dispenser is used for dissolving and dispensing the water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent;
the distributor comprises a water injection pipe, a kit for placing a water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent sample, a water injection pipe communicated with an opening at the upper part of the kit, a water outlet pipe communicated with an outlet at the lower part of the kit, and a water pipe automatic control valve arranged on the water injection pipe;
the water that comes out through the water injection pipe erodes the sample in to the kit inner chamber and cuts, dissolves the sample top layer gradually, dilutes into the detergent of certain concentration, flows from the outlet pipe again and carries out the clean object in back.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the water-soluble concentrated gel cleaning agent with certain hardness is prepared by introducing the rheology modifier, the concentration process and the formula, and can effectively improve the cleanliness and achieve better cleaning effect.
2. The prepared gel cleaning agent can gradually dissolve the surface layer under the washing shear of water and is diluted into a detergent with a certain concentration; the prepared gel main body has a hard appearance, only the surface layer is dissolved and slightly reduced, and the shape is not obviously changed, so the purpose of multiple use can be achieved.
