本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体涉及防水渗透涂料、含有该涂料的硅酸钙板及其制备方法。包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾35‑43%,余量为纯净水,将所述甲基硅酸钾和纯净水加热搅拌,溶解完全即得所述防水渗透涂料。本发明具有如下有益效果:无毒无味,对环境和人体无伤害;工艺施工简单效果持久,耐刷洗,耐高低温度;防水性好、吸水率减少。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及防水渗透涂料、含有该涂料的硅酸钙板及其制备方法。
背景技术
硅酸钙板是以无机矿物纤维或纤维素纤维等松散短纤维为增强材料,以硅质-钙质材料为主体胶结材料,经制浆、成型、在高温高压饱和蒸汽中加速固化反应,形成硅酸钙胶凝体而制成的板材。是一种具有优良性能的新型建筑和工业用板材,其产品防火,防潮,隔音,防虫蛀,耐久性较好,是吊顶,隔断的理想装饰板材。
硅酸钙板因为在外墙应用易吸水而鼓泡脱层,所以在涂装前必须进行基层防水封闭处理。现有的方法有两种:用溶剂型UV涂料辊涂;用环氧树脂加有机溶剂如甲苯、醋酸丁酯稀释后再加入酚醛胺类固化剂搅匀后辊涂。以上两种方法都是用油性溶剂型涂料,有机溶剂如甲苯、醋酸丁酯类使用量大,生产车间气味浓烈,即危险又不环保,其中UV涂料渗透力有限,即使渗透进板材里也因为光照不到而无法固化,达不到防水封闭效果很难保证。而环氧树脂操作不便,涂层厚薄不一,涂层太薄,防水封闭效果差,辊涂厚,又影响层间附着。薄厚在辊涂生产线上很难掌握,急需新的产品与工艺方法来改进提高。
发明内容
针对以上技术问题,本发明的目的是提供防水渗透涂料、含有该涂料的硅酸钙板及其制备方法,制备的涂料无毒无味,对环境和人体无害,施用后碳酸钙板更耐刷洗、耐高低温,防水性更强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
首先,本发明提供一种防水渗透涂料,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾35-43%,余量为纯净水,将所述甲基硅酸钾和纯净水加热搅拌,溶解完全即得所述防水渗透涂料。
进一步地,甲基硅酸钾40%,余量为纯净水,将所述甲基硅酸钾和纯净水加热搅拌,溶解完全即得所述防水渗透涂料。
其次,本发明提供上述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述甲基硅酸钾和所述纯净水混合,一边加热,一边搅拌,直到溶解完全得到所述防水渗透涂料;
(2)将硅酸钙板用砂纸砂平,除浮尘,将所述防水渗透涂料辊涂到硅酸钙板表层直至饱和渗透,待干后即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中加热温度为55-65度。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中将硅酸钙板用平120目砂纸砂平。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中待干12小时即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的。
本发明还保护一种含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:无毒无味,对环境和人体无伤害;工艺施工简单效果持久,耐刷洗,耐高低温度;防水性好、吸水率减少到8%。

本发明中所涉及的原材料均为市售。
实施例1
一种防水渗透涂料,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾38%,余量为纯净水。
含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述甲基硅酸钾和所述纯净水混合,一边加热至56度,一边搅拌,直到溶解完全得到所述防水渗透涂料;
(2)将硅酸钙板用120目砂纸砂平,除浮尘,将所述防水渗透涂料涂到硅酸钙板表层直至饱和渗透,待干12小时即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
实施例2
一种防水渗透涂料,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾40%,余量为纯净水。
含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述甲基硅酸钾和所述纯净水混合,一边加热至60度,一边搅拌,直到溶解完全得到所述防水渗透涂料;
(2)将硅酸钙板用120目砂纸砂平,除浮尘,将所述防水渗透涂料涂到硅酸钙板表层直至饱和渗透,待干12小时即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
实施例3
一种防水渗透涂料,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾43%,余量为纯净水。
含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述甲基硅酸钾和所述纯净水混合,一边加热至65度,一边搅拌,直到溶解完全得到所述防水渗透涂料;
(2)将硅酸钙板用120目砂纸砂平,除浮尘,将所述防水渗透涂料涂到硅酸钙板表层直至饱和渗透,待干12小时即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。

综上所述,本发明无毒无味,对环境和人体无伤害;工艺施工简单效果持久,耐刷洗,耐高低温度;防水性好、吸水率减少到8%。

1.一种防水渗透涂料,其特征在于,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾35-43%,余量为纯净水,将所述甲基硅酸钾和纯净水加热搅拌,溶解完全即得所述防水渗透涂料。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水渗透涂料,其特征在于,包括以质量百分比计的以下成分:甲基硅酸钾40%,余量为纯净水,将所述甲基硅酸钾和纯净水加热搅拌,溶解完全即得所述防水渗透涂料。
3.一种含有如权利要求1所述的含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量百分比将所述甲基硅酸钾和所述纯净水混合,一边加热,一边搅拌,直到溶解完全得到所述防水渗透涂料;
(2)将硅酸钙板用砂纸砂平,除浮尘,将所述防水渗透涂料辊涂到硅酸钙板表层直至饱和渗透,待干后即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中加热温度为55-65℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中将硅酸钙板用平120目砂纸砂平。
6.根据权利要求3所述的含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中待干12小时即得所述含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
7.如权利要求3-6任一项所述的方法制备的含有防水渗透涂料的硅酸钙板。
