Detailed Description
In order to further describe the present invention, the following description further illustrates an embodiment of a continuous guiding and feeding device for metal round tubes, which is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3, the tube supporting and blanking mechanism 10 of the present invention comprises a tube supporting and blanking bracket 23, a reciprocating lifting guide rod 24, a tube supporting and reciprocating guide plate 25, a circular tube blanking support rod 26 and a push rod translation wedge plate 27, wherein the tube supporting and blanking bracket 23 is vertically and fixedly arranged at one side of the circular tube blanking guide tube 4, the two sides of the tube supporting and blanking bracket 23 are respectively and vertically and fixedly provided with the reciprocating lifting guide rod 24, the tube supporting and reciprocating guide plate 25 is arranged in the reciprocating lifting guide rod 24 in a sliding manner along the vertical direction, the reciprocating lifting spring 28 is sleeved on the reciprocating lifting guide rod 24 at the lower side of the tube supporting and reciprocating guide plate 25, the circular tube blanking support rod 26 is arranged in the tube supporting and reciprocating guide plate 25 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, the circular tube blanking support rod 26 is arranged in the circular tube blanking guide tube 4 along the side end of the circular tube blanking guide tube 4, the tube blanking guide tube 4 is, bear the reciprocal baffle 25 of pipe between the reciprocal baffle 25 of pole translation push rod 30 and hold and be provided with and hold pole extension spring 31 that resets, hold the reciprocal baffle 25 of pipe and hold pole 26 along the pipe blanking of holding pole translation push rod 30 side on fixedly being provided with and hold pole reset baffle 32, hold the lower extreme of pole translation push rod 30 and rotate and be connected with and hold pole horizontal push guide pulley 33, push rod translation wedge plate 27 is vertical fixed to be set up in holding the 23 downside of pipe blanking support, push rod translation wedge plate 27 sets up in holding pole translation push rod 30 downside.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 6 and 7, the circular tube transfer mechanism 3 of the present invention comprises a push rod rotating cam 34, a bearing plate translation swing rod 35, a circular tube transfer bearing plate 36 and a translation limiting bracket 37, wherein a first connecting sprocket 38 is coaxially and vertically fixed on one side of a blanking rotating disc 5, the first connecting sprocket 38 and a blanking main sprocket 14 are sequentially and vertically arranged from inside to outside along a horizontal direction, a tube moving main gear 39 and a tube moving auxiliary gear 40 are sequentially and vertically connected on a circular tube transmission bracket 1 on one side of the blanking rotating disc 5 along the horizontal direction, the tube moving main gear 39 and the tube moving auxiliary gear 40 are mutually engaged and connected, the diameter of the tube moving main gear 39 is four times of the diameter of the tube moving auxiliary gear 40, a second connecting sprocket 41 is coaxially and vertically fixed on one side of the tube moving main gear 39, the first connecting sprocket 38 and the second connecting sprocket 41 are in a transmission connection by a first connecting chain 42, the first connecting chain wheel 38 and the second connecting chain wheel 41 have the same size and specification, a third connecting chain wheel 43 is coaxially and vertically fixedly arranged on one side of the pipe moving auxiliary gear 40, the push rod rotating cam 34 is vertically and rotatably connected to the lower side of the circular pipe conveying support 1, a fourth connecting chain wheel 44 is coaxially and vertically fixedly arranged on one side of the push rod rotating cam 34, the third connecting chain wheel 43 and the fourth connecting chain wheel 44 are in transmission connection by a second connecting chain 45, the third connecting chain wheel 43 and the fourth connecting chain wheel 44 have the same size and specification, the support plate translation swing rod 35 is arranged on the circular pipe conveying support 1 on one side of the push rod rotating cam 34, the upper end of the support plate translation swing rod 35 is hinged and connected to the circular pipe conveying support 1, a swing rod reset tension spring 46 is arranged between the lower end of the support plate translation swing rod 35 and the circular pipe conveying support, the translation limiting support 37 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the circular tube conveying support 1 on the lower side of the circular tube blanking guide pipe 4, the circular tube transferring support plate 36 is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the translation limiting support 37, translation limiting guide rods 47 are respectively and horizontally and fixedly arranged on two sides above the translation limiting support 37, translation reciprocating channels 48 matched with the translation limiting guide rods 47 are respectively and horizontally arranged on two sides of the circular tube transferring support plate 36, the circular tube transferring support plate 36 is arranged on the translation limiting guide rods 47 in a sliding manner along the horizontal direction, a push plate translation connecting rod 49 is arranged between the support plate translation swing rod 35 and the circular tube transferring support plate 36, two ends of the push plate translation connecting rod 49 are respectively hinged and connected to the end part of the lower side of the support plate translation swing rod 35 and the end part of the circular tube transferring support plate 36, the pipe that the pipe rolled inclined plane 51 low side transfers the carrier plate 36 and goes up vertical slip and be provided with lift fender pipe pole 52, the pipe is transferred and is gone up vertical being provided with the fender pole lift passageway 53 with lift fender pipe pole 52 looks adaptation to the carrier plate 36, the pipe is transferred the vertical fixed gear of being provided with of carrier plate 36 downside and is rotated support 54, gear rotates support 54 and adjacent sets up in lift fender pipe pole 52 one side, gear rotates support 54 downside from inside to outside vertical coaxial first connecting gear 55 and the second connecting gear 56 of being provided with in proper order, the fixed first pinion rack that is connected with the meshing of first connecting gear 55 that is provided with in pipe conveying support 1 of first connecting gear 55 downside goes up the level and is connected 57, the vertical laminating of lift fender pipe pole 52 downside is provided with the second connecting pinion rack 58 of being connected with the meshing of second connecting gear 56.
The end part of the blanking swing bearing rod 8 of the circular tube blanking mechanism 2 along the circular tube blanking conduit 4 is of a hemispherical structure with a smooth surface, so that the metal circular tube can smoothly slide along the end part of the blanking swing bearing rod 8 in the blanking process. The blanking positioning clamping groove 13 is of a triangular structure, two sides of the outer end of the blanking positioning clamping groove 13 are in transition connection with the outer edge of the rotary positioning disc 6 through arc edges, a blanking positioning fixture block 18 at the end part of the reciprocating positioning swing rod 7 is of a triangular structure matched with the blanking positioning clamping groove 13 in size structure, and the end part of the blanking positioning fixture block 18 is of an arc structure, so that the blanking positioning fixture block 18 can be efficiently and accurately matched and connected with the blanking positioning clamping groove 13. The circular tube blanking bearing rod 26 of the circular tube blanking mechanism 10 is rotatably connected with the bearing tube blanking guide wheel 59 along the end part of the circular tube blanking guide tube 4, so that when the circular tube blanking bearing rod 26 is driven by the bearing rod translation push rod 30 to perform translation motion, the bearing tube blanking guide wheel 59 at the end part of the circular tube blanking bearing rod 26 can smoothly roll along the outer side surface of the metal circular tube, the circular tube blanking bearing rod 26 can perform translation motion conveniently and smoothly, and stable and efficient blanking transmission of the metal circular tube can be ensured. The upper side surface of the push rod translation wedge plate 27 of the tube bearing blanking mechanism 10 is fixedly provided with a bearing rod buffer glue layer 60 in an attaching mode, so that the smooth contact between the circular tube blanking bearing rod 26 and the push rod translation wedge plate 27 can be realized by the bearing rod buffer glue layer 60 in the process of bearing and blanking a metal circular tube. The swing rod reciprocating roller 61 is rotatably connected to the middle of the bearing plate translation swing rod 35 of the round tube transfer mechanism 3, so that in the process that the push rod rotating cam 34 pushes the bearing plate translation swing rod 35 to swing in a reciprocating manner, the swing rod reciprocating roller 61 in the middle of the bearing plate translation swing rod 35 can roll smoothly and stably along the outer side of the push rod rotating cam 34, and the push rod rotating cam 34 can efficiently and smoothly push the bearing plate translation swing rod 35 to swing in a reciprocating manner. The upper side of the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36 of the circular tube transferring mechanism 3 is provided with a tube bearing buffering rotating plate 62, the middle part of the tube bearing buffering rotating plate 62 is hinged with the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36, a rotating plate reset tension spring 63 is arranged between the upper end of the tube bearing buffering rotating plate 62 and the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36, and a rotating plate placing clamping groove 64 matched with the tube bearing buffering rotating plate 62 is arranged on the circular tube rolling inclined plane 51, so that when a metal circular tube in a circular tube blanking guide pipe 4 is blanked to the upper side of the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36, the metal circular tube can be efficiently and stably dropped to the upper side of the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36 by utilizing the supporting buffering effect of the tube bearing buffering rotating plate 62 on the metal circular tube, and the metal circular tube is prevented from being violently impacted with the circular tube transferring carrier plate 36 in the dropping process to. According to the invention, the translation limiting bracket 37 at the lower side of the circular tube transferring bearing plate 36 is uniformly and rotatably connected with the plurality of translation supporting rollers 65 along the horizontal direction, so that the circular tube transferring bearing plate 36 can realize stable and effective supporting by using the translation supporting rollers 65 in the reciprocating motion process, and the circular tube transferring bearing plate 36 is prevented from generating offset deflection after being used for supporting and placing a metal circular tube. The upper end surface of the lifting pipe blocking rod 52 of the circular pipe transfer mechanism 3 is provided with a pipe bearing inclined surface 66, the lower side of the circular pipe transfer bearing plate 36 is vertically and fixedly provided with a blocking rod lifting support 67 matched with the lifting pipe blocking rod 52, the pipe bearing inclined surface 66 at the end part of the lifting pipe blocking rod 52 is utilized to realize effective bearing contact with the surface of a metal circular pipe, and the blocking rod lifting support 67 is utilized to ensure the stable and accurate lifting motion of the lifting pipe blocking rod 52 along the vertical direction. According to the invention, the two sides of the inner part of the lower end of the circular tube blanking conduit 4 are respectively fixedly provided with the blanking damping glue layers 68 in an attaching manner, so that when a metal circular tube falls to the upper side of the circular tube transferring bearing plate 36 along the circular tube blanking conduit 4, the damping speed reduction of the metal circular tube can be realized by utilizing the blanking damping glue layers 68, and the metal circular tube is ensured to stably and orderly fall to the upper side of the circular tube transferring bearing plate 36.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the continuous metal round pipe guiding and feeding device is used, the round pipe blanking mechanism 2 and the round pipe transferring mechanism 3 are vertically arranged on the round pipe conveying support 1 from top to bottom in sequence, the round pipe blanking mechanism 2 can realize stable and efficient one-by-one blanking and conveying of metal round pipes by utilizing self gravity, the round pipe transferring mechanism 3 can automatically and stably transfer the metal round pipes in the one-by-one blanking and conveying process by utilizing the linkage action of the round pipe transferring mechanism 3 and the round pipe blanking mechanism 2, so that the metal round pipes can be conveniently and smoothly horizontally moved and fed, the automation degree of metal round pipe conveying is improved, the round pipe blanking guide pipe 4 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the upper side of the round pipe conveying support 1, and four blanking rotating stop rods 11 are uniformly and fixedly arranged at the outer side of the blanking rotating disc 5 along the radial direction of, four blanking positioning clamping grooves 13 are uniformly arranged on the outer side of the rotary positioning disc 6 along the radial direction of the rotary positioning disc 6, a blanking main chain wheel 14 on one side of the blanking rotary disc 5 and a blanking auxiliary chain wheel 15 on one side of the rotary positioning disc 6 are in transmission connection by adopting a blanking connecting chain 16, a blanking positioning clamping block 18 is arranged at the end of the reciprocating positioning swing rod 7 along the rotary positioning disc 6, a positioning traction spring 19 is arranged between the upper side of the middle part of the reciprocating positioning swing rod 7 and the circular tube conveying bracket 1, a blanking swing bearing rod 8 is arranged in the circular tube blanking guide tube 4 along the end
