Abstract
车载免维护新风系统的过滤盒子。是一个扁状盒体,外敷保温层,内部装有中空纤维膜滤芯,安装在车体的机仓或车门或后备箱或车壁中,用管路连接进风口、风机、活性炭、反吹阀。过滤盒子下部装有单向排灰盖,反吹工况时被反吹气压打开,将积灰排出。

背景技术
传统的、此前常用的乘用车新风过滤,采用折叠膜加少量活性炭滤芯,由于空气污染严重,这样的滤芯很快就达到了容尘量上限,需要经常更换,很不方便,且过滤精度较低,粉尘泄露,很容易使活性炭阻塞失效。采用中空纤维膜滤芯可以解决这些问题,实现新风供应滤芯的免维护。CN2020104062784车载净化新风装置专利申请就是这样一个方案,这个方案公开了一种包括中空纤维膜滤芯、滤芯壳体、高压气瓶、风机、反吹阀、活性炭、风管在内的车载免维护新风系统,具有实用性和新颖性。但是其中的“中空纤维膜滤芯安装在所述滤芯壳体中,所述滤芯壳体是一个周围布满2---10mm通孔的薄壳体”。实际上这并不特别适合于在很多机仓里使用。
通常,把滤芯安装在车辆的机仓里更为方便,吸气口应该尽可能吸取舱外新鲜空气,而不是吸取机仓里的污浊空气。机仓里空气质量很低,夏季温度很高,冬季温度很低,会直接影响进入乘员舱的温度和质量,同时,由于机仓空间狭小,很难有专门的位置安装过滤器,只能利用空余位置,对安置过滤器的盒体要求很苛刻。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服CN2020104062784车载净化新风装置专利申请的局限之处,提出一种更适合于在机仓中使用的中空纤维膜滤芯过滤器盒子。
车载免维护新风系统的过滤盒子,包括保温盒体(2)、单向排灰盖(0)、扭簧(1)、保温盒体空间(3)、中空纤维膜滤芯(4)、汇流室(5)、过滤盒子出风管(6)、消杀器(7)、单向进风阀(8)、过滤盒子进风管(9);其特征在于:安装在车的机仓或后尾箱或车仓门或车壁上;其中,所述保温盒体(2)长100----500mm,宽10---200mm,高100---500mm,用塑料或金属或陶瓷材料制成,外敷保温层;所述中空纤维膜滤芯(4)被安装在保温盒体空间(3)里;所述单向排灰盖(0)位于所述保温盒体(2)的下部,被扭簧(1)压紧于常闭状态,只在反吹气压到来时,被推动打开,将积灰排出过滤盒子;所述单向进风阀(8)位于过滤盒子进风管(9)与保温盒体(2)的交界处,被从过滤盒子进风管(9)进来的新风吹起,无风时自然下垂或被扭簧压制或被反吹气流压制;所述过滤盒子进风管(9)直径15----50mm,管口位于接触新鲜空气的位置;所述过滤盒子出风管(6)与车载免维护新风系统的风机马达、活性炭盒、出风口、反吹阀、气瓶连接;所述消杀器(7)是臭氧发生器或紫外线灯。

具体实施
根据本发明的设计,可以在现有机仓设计局限条件下,将车载免维护新风系统的过滤盒子与车载免维护新风系统的风机马达、活性炭盒、出风口、反吹阀、气瓶分别安装在不同位置,中间用风管连接,最大限度利用了机仓中的剩余空间,减少对原设计的改动。
由于车载免维护新风系统的过滤盒子的保温盒体(2)是扁片状,方便利用机仓内的剩余空间,又有保温措施,避免了机仓温度对吸入空气的影响,减少了空调能量消耗。

1.车载免维护新风系统的过滤盒子,包括保温盒体(2)、单向排灰盖(0)、扭簧(1)、保温盒体空间(3)、中空纤维膜滤芯(4)、汇流室(5)、过滤盒子出风管(6)、消杀器(7)、单向进风阀(8)、过滤盒子进风管(9);其特征在于:安装在车的机仓或后尾箱或车仓门或车壁上;其中,所述保温盒体(2)长100----500mm,宽10---200mm,高100---500mm,用塑料或金属或陶瓷材料制成,外敷保温层;所述中空纤维膜滤芯(4)被安装在保温盒体空间(3)里;所述单向排灰盖(0)位于所述保温盒体(2)的下部,被扭簧(1)压紧于常闭状态,只在反吹气压到来时,被推动打开,将积灰排出过滤盒子;所述单向进风阀(8)位于过滤盒子进风管(9)与保温盒体(2)的交界处,被从过滤盒子进风管(9)进来的新风吹起,无风时自然下垂或被扭簧压制或被反吹气流压制;所述过滤盒子进风管(9)直径15----50mm,管口位于接触新鲜空气的位置;所述过滤盒子出风管(6)与车载免维护新风系统的风机马达、活性炭盒、出风口、反吹阀、气瓶连接;所述消杀器(7)是臭氧发生器或紫外线灯。
