Description

Encapsulation point gum machine constructs
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a packaging glue dispensing mechanism.
Background
Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) displays have been widely focused on their characteristics of self-luminescence, high brightness, wide viewing angle, high contrast, flexibility, low power consumption, etc., and have been gradually replacing conventional liquid crystal displays as a new generation of display mode. At present, the OLED display panel is a high-end symbol in the range from small-sized mobile phone display screens to large-sized high-resolution flat-panel televisions.
The OLED display technology is different from the conventional liquid crystal display technology in that a backlight is not required, and a very thin organic material coating and a glass substrate are used, and when a current flows, the organic materials emit light. However, since the organic material is very sensitive to water vapor and oxygen and is easily reacted with water vapor or oxygen, the service life of the OLED device can be greatly reduced by water/oxygen permeation, and in order to meet the requirements of commercialization on the service life and stability of the OLED device, the OLED device has very high requirements on the encapsulation effect: the service life is at least 104 hours, and the water vapor transmission rate is less than 10-6g/m2Day, oxygen transmission rate less than 10-5cc/m2And/day (1 atm). Therefore, the encapsulation of the OLED device improves the sealing performance inside the device, and is isolated from the external environment as much as possible, which is important for stable light emission of the OLED device and is one of the key factors affecting the yield of the product.
The existing OLED device packaging method is mainly a cover plate packaging method, i.e. a packaging adhesive, such as Ultraviolet (UV) -curable frame adhesive (DAM) or Laser sealing glass adhesive (Frit) or desiccant-filled frame adhesive (DAM & Fill) is coated on a packaging cover plate, and then a relatively closed environment is provided for the OLED device after curing, so as to achieve good water/oxygen blocking capability within a certain time.
For the production line of the OLED panel, the node affecting the tact time in the cover plate packaging is in the dispensing (dispensing) process, so the dispensing is the main process in the cover plate packaging process, and the dispensing will greatly affect the product manufacturing once the dispensing is abnormal. As shown in fig. 1, a dispensing mechanism in a package dispensing machine is composed of a rubber tube 10 and a dispensing block 20 disposed at the lower end of the rubber tube 10, wherein the dispensing block 20 includes a needle base 21 connected to the rubber tube 10 and a needle 22 having a dispensing opening, the package glue in the rubber tube 10 is discharged from the needle 22 to the dispensing opening of the needle 22 along a channel 25 in the needle base 21, and is dispensed onto a set position of a display substrate, however, only one channel 25 for dispensing is disposed in the needle base 21 in the existing dispensing mechanism, the viscosity of the package glue changes with the lapse of time, and the inside of the dispensing mechanism is easily blocked, wherein the probability of the blocking point is that the needle 22 is larger than the needle base 21 and larger than the rubber tube 10, and once the package glue is blocked, the glue block 20 needs to be replaced or the rubber tube 10 needs to be replaced, which affects the product manufacturing time.
