Abstract
本发明涉及一种化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物，主要包括以下组分及重量份：丁二醇0.1‑1份、甘油辛酸酯0.01‑0.5份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01‑0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.001‑0.1份、甘油月桂酸酯0.1‑0.5份。本发明采用丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、甘油月桂酸酯以此复配方案来替代传统的防腐手段，而且本发明的复配防腐组合物的组分不属于防腐剂和杀菌剂，是用于化妆品中可完全支持“无添加防腐剂”概念的复配体系；具有安全无毒、无刺激等特点，可直接作为防腐剂应用在各种洗发水、沐浴露等日常化妆品中，不易造成肌肤的不适，适合各类人群。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域，特别涉及一种化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物。
背景技术
目前，已有的化妆品用杀菌防腐剂品种繁多，其中以甲醛及甲醛释放体、布罗波尔以及尼泊金酯类等使用最为广泛。但常用传统防腐剂存在以下不足之处：(1)甲醛及甲醛释放体存在潜在的致癌性；(2)布罗波尔易形成致癌物亚硝胺；(3)有机卤素成分有潜在的致敏性存在；(4)尼泊金酯类中潜在的雌激素和雄激素与乳房癌有关，在产品中有规定其禁用和限用量。
刺阿干树仁油又名阿甘油最好的用处是头发护理，头发护理用的纯阿甘油并不便宜，但效果却非常显著，许多头发问题诸如头发干燥，缺乏光泽和头发卷曲通过使用这种神奇的油都能得解决，这些头发损伤能得到有效解决的原因不仅仅是阿甘油有比芦荟和橄榄含量更多的维他命E，它也富含Omega3和Omega 6等不饱和脂肪酸，它们能给头发提供养份，摩洛哥阿甘油有如下一些好处：阿甘油富含omega 3和omega 6等不饱和脂肪酸，所以它能很容易的被发干吸收和修复受损的头发和毛囊。
香榧(Torreya grandis)又名榧子、羊角榧、细榧等，是红豆杉科(Taxaceae)榧属常绿乔木，由榧属种内自然变异类型经无性繁殖培育而来的一个优良品种。香榧是集食用、药用、油用、材用和观赏绿化于一身的多用途珍贵树种。香榧假种皮富含二萜、挥发油、黄酮类化合物等生物活性成分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物，以解决现有技术存在的问题。
一种化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物，主要包括以下组分及重量份：丁二醇0.1-1份、甘油辛酸酯0.01-0.5份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01-0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.001-0.1份、甘油月桂酸酯0.1-0.5份。
优选的，主要包括以下组分及重量份：丁二醇0.6份、甘油辛酸酯0.06份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、对羟基苯乙酮0.01份、甘油月桂酸酯0.2份。
甘油辛酸酯是一种在食品行业应用广泛的添加剂，可改善食品口味，提供特殊口感。同时，甘油辛酸酯也是一种天然存在于牛乳中的营养成分。随着甘油辛酸酯使用越来越普遍，范围越来越广，该物质一些新性质逐渐被人们所熟知，是一种具有保湿效果，短的亲酯碳链渗入并吸附在人类皮肤的脂质部分，因此他的亲水基团可以在角质层更好的保湿；能够输送和保留油性成分在皮肤表层。抑菌性就是其特性之一，但其抑菌能力较为一般，且对微生物的抑制有菌种差异性，比如对革兰氏阳性菌的抑制要优于对革兰氏阴性菌，在pH值4.0-7.0时对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、白念球菌、黑曲霉菌有抑制。
辛酰羟肟酸为有机酸，在食品及药品中有长时间的研究及应用；非致敏原成分，无致癌性、无致畸性，低浓度(750ppm)轻微眼刺激。在酸性到中性全程都保持没电离状态的有机酸，是抑菌有机酸。有高效螯合作用，抑制霉菌需要的活性元素，限制了微生物生长所需的环境。辛酰羟肟酸和绝多数原料都有兼溶性，不受体系中表面活性剂、蛋白质等原料的影响，可以和醇类，二醇类等防腐剂复配。
对羟基苯乙酮是一种然植物提取物，存在于菊科植物滨蒿的茎、叶，茵陈蒿、萝藦科植物、人参娃儿藤等植物的根中。对细菌、真菌均有良好的杀菌抑菌效果；同时具有抗氧化、镇静舒缓的功能，与其他防腐剂复配还有协同增效作用。
甘油月桂酸酯是优良的乳化剂，又是安全高效广谱的抗菌剂，且不受pH限制，在中性或微碱性条件下，仍有较好的抗菌效果；对酵母菌和革兰氏阳性菌有很好的抑制性能。
一种含无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物的洗发水，主要包括以下组分及重量百分含量：
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10
椰油基葡糖苷8
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠4
PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯2
聚山梨醇酯-20 1.5
甘油油酸酯0.6
甘油月桂酸酯0.2
PEG/PPG-120/10三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯0.2
月桂醇聚醚-2 0.2
双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷0.3
泛醇0.1
聚季铵盐-10 0.05
EDTA二钠0.05
丁二醇0.6
甘油辛酸酯0.06
辛酰羟肟酸0.1
对羟基苯乙酮0.01
香精0.05
去离子水至100。
优选的，还包括榧籽提取物0.1、刺阿干树仁油0.1。
榧籽提取物具有保湿功效，防止头皮太过干会发痒，还能修复干燥受损头发，促进毛发的生长。
上述洗发水的制备方法，主要包括以下步骤：
(1)将去离子水、聚季铵盐-10快速搅拌10-20min；继续投入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱；搅拌至完全溶解，升温至45-50℃，开启下搅拌，依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-20、甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯、PEG/PPG-120/10三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-2、EDTA二钠，升温至80-85℃，搅拌至完全溶解，停止加热；保温灭菌20-30分钟；
(2)冷却至50℃，加入双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷、椰油基葡糖苷继续搅拌，冷却至45℃，依次加入泛醇、丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、榧籽提取物、刺阿干树仁油、香精原料，搅拌至完全溶解；冷却至室温
与现有技术相比，本发明采用丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、甘油月桂酸酯以此复配方案来替代传统的防腐手段，甘油月桂酸酯的加入能减少丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮的使用量，降低生产成本，还能提高防腐性能。而且本发明的复配防腐组合物的组分不属于防腐剂和杀菌剂，是用于化妆品中可完全支持“无添加防腐剂”概念的复配体系；具有安全无毒、无刺激等特点，可直接作为防腐剂应用在各种洗发水、沐浴露等日常化妆品中，不易造成肌肤的不适，适合各类人群。本发明的含无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物的洗发水通过榧籽提取物与刺阿干树仁油复配，能防止头皮因干燥引起的瘙痒、还能修复受损的头发和毛囊、促进头发的生长。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚，下面将对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1-5
实施例1-5的洗发水组分及其含量如表1所示。

制备方法主要包括：
(1)将A组分快速搅拌10min；继续投入B组分；搅拌至完全溶解，升温至50℃，开启下搅拌，调整转速为40r/min，依次加C组分，搅拌均匀后加入11，升温至80-85℃，搅拌至完全溶解，停止加热；保温灭菌20-30分钟。
(2)开始冷却，冷却至，50℃，加入D组分调节转速为30r/min，冷却至，45℃，依次加入E组分(其中泛醇与水预先混合溶解)，搅拌至完全溶解；冷却至室温。
效果评测与测评
方法偏离说明:本次试验采用混合菌测试。
合菌包括以下菌种：
铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)ATCC9027
大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli)ATCC8739
金黄色葡萄球菌(Sraphylococcus aureus)ATCC6538
酵母菌混合菌包括以下菌种:
白假丝酵母(Candida albicans)ATCC10231
黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)ATCC16404
参考要求：
1类产品一注射剂，其他非肠道制剂包括乳剂，耳用制剂，无菌鼻用制剂，及液态眼用制剂(细菌:7天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小1.0，14天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小于3.0，并且28天对比14天细菌数不增加:霉菌、酵母:7，14，28天的酵母和霉菌计数比初始菌数不增加。
2类产品一水溶性局部给药制剂，非灭菌鼻用制剂，及用于黏膜乳剂(细菌:14天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小于20，并且28天对比14天细菌数不增加。霉菌、酵母:14，s28天的酵母和霉菌计数比初始菌数不增加。
3类产品一液态口服非固体抗酸制剂(细菌:14天细菌计数比初始细菌计数减少对数值不小于1.0，并且28天对比14天细菌数不增加·幕菌、醇母:14，28天的酵母和霉菌计数比初始菌数不增加。
4类产品一液态抗酸制剂(细菌，菌，酵母:14和28天的细菌、酵母和霉菌计数比初始菌数不增加。
不增加定义为测量对数值比前一个的测量对数值不超过0.51g

从表2可以看出丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、甘油月桂酸酯互相协同作用，具有较优的防腐性能。甘油月桂酸酯的加入能减少丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮的使用量，降低生产成本，还能提高防腐性能。

挑选120名女性长发(超过肩膀)志愿者，随机分成6组，每组20人，分别使用实施例1、6-10的洗发水，使用者每隔两天洗发，连续使用6个月，统计使用效果，如表4所示。

Claims (5)
1.一种化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物，其特征在于，主要包括以下组分及重量份：丁二醇0.1-1份、甘油辛酸酯0.01-0.5份、辛酰羟肟酸0.01-0.5份、对羟基苯乙酮0.001-0.1份、甘油月桂酸酯0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物，其特征在于，主要包括以下组分及重量份：丁二醇0.6份、甘油辛酸酯0.06份、辛酰羟肟酸0.1份、对羟基苯乙酮0.01份、甘油月桂酸酯0.2份。
3.一种含权利要求1所述化妆品无添加防腐剂的复配防腐组合物的洗发水，其特征在于，主要包括以下组分及重量百分含量：
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱 10
椰油基葡糖苷 8
月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠 4
PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯 2
聚山梨醇酯-20 1.5
甘油油酸酯 0.6
甘油月桂酸酯 0.2
PEG/PPG-120/10三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯 0.2
月桂醇聚醚-2 0.2
双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷 0.3
泛醇 0.1
聚季铵盐-10 0.05
EDTA二钠 0.05

4.根据权利要求3所述洗发水，其特征在于，还包括榧籽提取物0.1、刺阿干树仁油0.1。
5.根据权利要求4所述洗发水的制备方法，其特征在于，主要包括以下步骤：
(1)将去离子水、聚季铵盐-10快速搅拌10-20min；继续投入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱；搅拌至完全溶解，升温至45-50℃，开启下搅拌，依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、PEG-80失水山梨醇月桂酸酯、聚山梨醇酯-20、甘油油酸酯、甘油月桂酸酯、PEG/PPG-120/10三羟甲基丙烷三油酸酯、月桂醇聚醚-2、EDTA二钠，升温至80-85℃，搅拌至完全溶解，停止加热；保温灭菌20-30分钟；
(2)冷却至50℃，加入双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷、椰油基葡糖苷继续搅拌，冷却至45℃，依次加入泛醇、丁二醇、甘油辛酸酯、辛酰羟肟酸、对羟基苯乙酮、榧籽提取物、刺阿干树仁油、香精原料，搅拌至完全溶解；冷却至室温。
