本发明涉及一种高速连接器,属于电连接器技术领域。
背景技术
随着通信技术的不断提高,对于数据传输速率的要求也越来越高。高速连接器被广泛运用于通信技术,是大型通讯设备、超高性能服务器和巨型计算机、工业计算机、高端存储设备等常用的一类连接器,其主要作用是传递高速差分信号、单端信号、大电流等。
高速连接器一般包括复数信号端子和接地端子,当高速连接器安装于电路板上时,信号端子和接地端子的插脚插置于电路板对应的插孔内。因电路板的空间有限,电路板上的插孔一般会采用错位的方式。然而,电路板上的插孔错位设置将决定了信号端子和接地端子不在同一个平面,从而导致信号之间发生串扰较为严重,影响传输质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高速连接器,其具有屏蔽体以防止串扰发生。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种高速连接器,其包括:
绝缘本体;
端子模组,其固定于所述绝缘本体,所述端子模组包括若干端子组,所述端子组包括复数接地端子、复数信号端子和屏蔽体,所述接地端子包括接地脚,所述信号端子包括信号脚,所述屏蔽体包括若干凸部和相邻凸部之间的围部;
其中复数所述接地脚和复数所述信号脚间隔错位分布,至少一个所述接地脚与所述屏蔽体的凸部接触,所述围部围设所述信号脚。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述屏蔽体呈波浪状,所述凸部和所述围部交替连续设置。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述围部呈U形。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述端子组的接地脚和信号脚分排且不同列设置,所述凸部自相邻所述信号脚间隔处与所述接地脚接触,所述围部自所述信号脚相对于所述接地脚的一侧向另一侧围设所述信号脚。

相较于现有技术,本发明的高速连接器的有益效果在于:当接地脚和信号脚不再同在一个平面或同一排时,屏蔽体可防止信号之间发生串扰,从而提高传输质量。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示一种高速连接器,其包括绝缘本体和固定于绝缘本体的端子模组。端子模组包括若干端子组,端子组包括复数接地端子、复数信号端子和屏蔽体,接地端子包括接地脚,信号端子包括信号脚,屏蔽体包括若干凸部和相邻凸部之间的围部;其中复数接地脚和复数信号脚间隔错位分布,至少一个接地脚与所述屏蔽体的凸部接触,围部围设所述信号脚。当接地脚和信号脚不再同在一个平面或同一排时,屏蔽体可防止信号之间发生串扰,从而提高传输质量。
优选的,屏蔽体呈波浪状,凸部和围部交替连续设置,以适应接地脚和信号脚的错位设置,起到较好的屏蔽作用。
优选的,围部呈U形,信号脚位于围部形成的屏蔽空间内,具有较好的屏蔽作用。
优选的,端子组的接地脚和信号脚分排且不同列设置,凸部自相邻信号脚间隔处与接地脚接触,围部自信号脚相对于接地脚的一侧向另一侧围设信号脚,以适应接地脚和信号脚的错位排布,保证能屏蔽每一信号脚,提高传输质量。
优选的,围部内围设一个或两个接地脚,以保证空间利用率和屏蔽效果。
优选的,端子组的接地脚排成一排设置,信号脚排成两排分设于接地脚的两侧,屏蔽体具有两个且对称设置,接地脚的两侧分别与屏蔽体接触,两个屏蔽体的围部两两开口相对设置,屏蔽效果较好,保证传输质量。
优选的,接地脚和信号脚均为鱼眼状,能更稳固的安装于电路板。
优选的,端子组包括绝缘座,接地端子和信号端子固持于绝缘座,屏蔽体设有卡扣孔,绝缘座设置有与卡扣孔相配合的卡扣柱,以保证屏蔽体的屏蔽效果。
优选的,绝缘本体包括基部及自基部延伸的第一插接部与第二插接部,第一插接部与第二插接部间隔且对齐设置,端子组呈直角状,绝缘座包括绝缘横座和绝缘竖座,绝缘横座固持于所述基部内,端子模组还包括固持绝缘竖座的底座。
优选的,高速连接器还包括后盖,后盖将端子模组固定于所述基部内,后盖的两侧分别延伸有扣持臂,基部的两侧上开设有与扣持臂相扣持的扣持槽。
以下,请参图1至图24,举例描述本发明的高速连接器100。
请参图1至图3所示,本发明揭示了一种高速连接器100,其安装至电路板S上用于插接第一子卡X1和第二子卡X2,实现第一子卡X1和第二子卡X2与电路板S之间的连接。高速连接器100包括对接端101和安装端102。高速连接器100通过安装端部102安装至电路板S的表面,对接端102限定了用于插接第一子卡X1和第二子卡X2的插接口。本实施例中,高速连接器100是直角型连接器,该直角型连接器被构造为朝着平行于电路板S表面的方向插接第一子卡X1和第二子卡X2,第一子卡X1和第二子卡X2插接至高速连接器100的插接口后,第一子卡X1、第二子卡X2和电路板S间隔平行设置。本实施例中,为方便描述和理解,设定平行于电路板S表面所在的平面设为水平方向,垂直于电路板S表面的方向为竖直方向也指上下方向。
请参图4至图9,高速连接器100包括绝缘本体1、端子模组2及后盖3。端子模组2组装于绝缘本体1内,后盖3与绝缘本体1相卡扣以将端子模组2固定于绝缘本体1内。端子模组2包括四个端子组4和底座5。四个端子组4两两配对设置,其中三对端子组通过底座5定位。每个端子组4均包括复数接地端子41、复数信号端子42、绝缘座43和屏蔽体44。接地端子41和信号端子42固定于绝缘座43,屏蔽体44安装于绝缘座43。屏蔽体44用于与接地端子41接触并屏蔽信号端子42。接地端子41包括接地脚411,信号端子42包括信号脚421,接地脚411和信号脚421分排错位分布,即接地脚411排成一排设置,信号脚421分成两排分设于接地脚411所在排的两侧,且接地脚411和信号脚421不同列设置。屏蔽体44具有两个,固定于绝缘座43相对的两侧。屏蔽体44为波浪型弯曲设置,包括若干凸部441和若干由相邻凸部441围设的围部442,凸部441与接地脚411接触设置,围部442位于两凸部441之间,围设有屏蔽空间,信号脚421设置于屏蔽空间内。一个屏蔽体44接触接地脚411的一侧并间隔屏蔽一排信号脚421,另一个屏蔽体44接触接地脚411的另一侧并间隔屏蔽另一排信号脚421。围部422内可设置一个或两个信号脚421。位于两侧的屏蔽体44对称设置,且相互不接触。屏蔽体44上设置有卡扣孔443,绝缘座43设置有卡扣柱431,屏蔽体44通过卡扣孔443卡扣于卡扣柱431以固持于绝缘座43。
请参图4至图6,绝缘本体1包括基部11及自基部11向前延伸的第一插接部12与第二插接部13,第一插接部12和第二插接部13沿垂直于电路板S的竖直方向间隔且对齐设置。第一插接部12设置有供第一子卡X1插接的第一接口121,第二插接部13设置有供第二子卡X2插接的第二接口131。基部11内中空包括与第一接口121贯通的第一组装腔111,及与第二接口131贯通的第二组装腔112。第一组装腔111内壁设有第一组装槽113和第二组装槽114,第一组装槽113和第二组装槽114上下设置。第二组装腔112内壁设有第三组装槽115和第四组装槽116,第三组装槽115和第四组装槽116上下设置。后盖3的两侧分别延伸有扣持臂31,基部11的两侧上开设有与扣持臂31相扣持的扣持槽117。
请参图4至图25,具体的,端子组4具体分为第一端子组6、第二端子组7、第三端子组8和第四端子组9。绝缘座44包括横向设置的绝缘横座和竖向设置的绝缘竖座。
绝缘第一端子组6包括第一接地端子61、第一信号端子62、第一绝缘横座63、第一绝缘竖座64和第一屏蔽体65。第一接地端子61依次包括第一接触部611、第一横部612、第一折部613、第一竖部614和第一接地脚615。第一接地端子61呈直角设置,第一接触部611和第一横部612横向设置,第一竖部614和第一接地脚615竖向设置,第一横部612和第一竖部614通过第一折部613连接。第一信号端子62依次包括第一接触部621、第一横部621、第一折部623、第一竖部624、第一弯部625和第一信号脚626。第一信号端子62与第一接地端子61相似呈直角设置,第一接触部621和第一横部622横向设置,第一竖部624、第一弯部625和第一信号脚626竖向设置,第一横部622和第一竖部624通过第一折部623连接。第一接地端子61和第一信号端子62排列设置,具体的,一个第一接地端子61和两个第一信号端子62依次交替设置。也就是,两个第一接地端子61之间设置两个第一信号端子62。
第一接地端子61的第一横部612和第一信号端子62的第一横部622排成一排并固持于第一绝缘横座63内,第一绝缘横座63通过注塑的方式成型并固持一排第一横部612和第一横部622。第一接触部611自第一横部612向前延伸,第一接触部622自第一横部622向前延伸。第一接地端子61的第一竖部614和第一信号端子的第一竖部624排成一排并固持于第一绝缘竖座64内,第一绝缘竖座64通过注塑的方式成型并固持一排第一竖部614和第一竖部624。沿排布方向,第一接地端子61的第一接地脚615自第一竖部614向下延伸,第一信号端子62的第一信号脚626自第一竖部624经过偏离排布方向向一侧弯折的第一弯部625向下延伸,另一信号端子62的第一信号脚626自第一竖部624经过偏离排布方向向另一侧弯折的第一弯部625向下延伸。如此地,第一接地端子61和两个第一信号端子62周期排布,且第一接地端子61的第一接地脚615一排设置,第一信号端子62的第一信号脚626分成两排位于第一接地脚615的两侧。第一信号端子62的第一弯部625固定于第一竖座64内。优选的,第一接地脚615和第一信号脚626均为鱼眼状。
第一屏蔽体65具有两个,分别固持于第一绝缘竖座64两侧。第一屏蔽体65波浪状设置,其包括凸部651和相邻凸部之间的围部652,凸部651与第一接地脚615接触,围部652呈U形将一个或两个第一信号脚626包围。第一屏蔽体65至少有一个凸部651与一个第一接地脚615接触设置,复数围部652将一排的所有第一信号脚626均围设。另一个屏蔽体65将另一排的所有第一信号脚626均围设。凸部651从相邻的第一信号脚626的间隔与第一接地脚615接触。两个第一屏蔽体65对称设置,第一接地脚615的两侧分别与第一屏蔽体65接触,两个第一屏蔽体65的围部652两两开口相对设置。
第二端子组7包括第二接地端子71、第二信号端子72、第二绝缘横座73、第二绝缘竖座74和第二屏蔽体75。第二接地端子71依次包括第二接触部711、第二横部712、第二折部713、第二竖部714和第二接地脚715。第二信号端子72依次包括第二接触部721、第二横部721、第二折部723、第二竖部724、第二弯部725和第二信号脚726。第二屏蔽体75包括凸部751和围部752。第二端子组7与第一端子组6的结构相似,各部件位置配合关系相同,可参上述的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
第三端子组8包括第三接地端子81、第三信号端子82、第三绝缘横座83、第三绝缘竖座84和第三屏蔽体85。第三接地端子81依次包括第三接触部811、第三横部812、第三折部813、第三竖部814和第三接地脚815。第三信号端子82依次包括第三接触部821、第三横部821、第三折部823、第三竖部824、第三弯部825和第三信号脚826。第三屏蔽体85包括凸部851和围部852。第三端子组8与第一端子组6的结构相似,各部件位置配合关系相同,可参上述的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
第四端子组9包括第四接地端子91、第四信号端子92、第四绝缘横座93、第四绝缘竖座94和第四屏蔽体95。第四接地端子91依次包括第四接触部911、第四横部912、第四折部913、第四竖部914和第四接地脚915。第四信号端子92依次包括第四接触部921、第四横部921、第四折部923、第四竖部924、第四弯部925和第四信号脚926。第四屏蔽体95包括凸部951和围部952。第二端子组9与第一端子组6的结构相似,各部件位置配合关系相同,可参上述的详细描述,此处不再赘述。
第一端子组6和第二端子组7叠加后组装绝缘本体1的第一组装腔111内。第一绝缘横座63的两侧与第一组装槽113相配合,从而将第一端子组6固定于第一组装腔111内,第一接触部611、621自第一横部612、622延伸进入第一插接部12,排列于第一插接部12的一侧并凸设于第一接口121内。第二绝缘横座73的两侧与第二组装槽114相配合,从而将第二端子组6固定于第一组装腔111内,第二接触部711、721自第一横部712、722延伸进入第一插接部12,排列于第一插接部12的另一侧并凸设于第一接口121内。从而插入第一接口121内的子卡X1的两侧可分别与第一接触部611、621及第二接触部711、721弹性接触。
第三端子组8和第四端子组9叠加后组装绝缘本体1的第二组装腔112内。第三绝缘横座83的两侧与第三组装槽115相配合,从而将第三端子组8固定于第三组装腔115内,第三接触部811、821自第三横部812、822延伸进入第二插接部13,排列于第二插接部13的一侧并凸设于第二接口131内。第四绝缘横座93的两侧与第四组装槽116相配合,从而将第四端子组9固定于第二组装腔112内,第四接触部911、921自第四横部912、922延伸进入第二插接部13,排列于第二插接部13的另一侧并凸设于第二接口131内。从而插入第二接口131内的子卡X2的两侧可分别与第三接触部811、821及第四接触部911、921弹性接触。
第一绝缘横座63、第二绝缘横座73、第三绝缘横座83和第四绝缘横座93堆叠设置,而第一绝缘竖座64、第二绝缘竖座74、第三绝缘竖座84和第四绝缘竖座94排列设置,为保证其稳定性,第一绝缘竖座64、第二绝缘竖座74和第三绝缘竖座84通过底座5定位,底座5上设有相应的定位腔51以分别收容定位第一绝缘竖座64、第二绝缘竖座74和第三绝缘竖座84。第一端子组6的第一接地脚615和第一信号脚626、第二端子组7的第二接地脚715和第二信号脚726、第三端子组8的第三接地脚815和第三信号脚826、第四端子组9的第四接地脚915和第四信号脚926对应插置于电路板S相应的插置孔S1内,从而可将高速连接器100固定于电路板S上。

Claims (10)

1.一种高速连接器(100),其特征在于,其包括:
绝缘本体(1);
端子模组(2),其固定于所述绝缘本体(1),所述端子模组(2)包括若干端子组(4),所述端子组(4)包括复数接地端子(41)、复数信号端子(42)、绝缘座(43)和屏蔽体(44),所述接地端子(41)包括接地脚(411),所述信号端子(42)包括信号脚(421),所述屏蔽体(44)包括若干凸部(441)和相邻所述凸部(441)之间的围部(442);
其中,所述端子组(4)的复数所述接地脚(411)和复数所述信号脚(421)间隔错位分布;所述端子组(4)的所述屏蔽体(44)具有两个,固定于所述绝缘座(43)相对的两侧;至少一个所述接地脚(411)与所述屏蔽体(44)的凸部(441)接触,所述围部(442)围设所述信号脚(421);所述围部(442)围设有屏蔽空间,所述信号脚(421)设置于屏蔽空间内。
2.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述屏蔽体(44)呈波浪状,所述凸部(441)和所述围部(442)交替连续设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述围部(442)呈U形。
4.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述端子组(4)的接地脚(411)和信号脚(421)分排且不同列设置,所述凸部(441)自相邻所述信号脚(421)间隔处与所述接地脚(411)接触,所述围部(442)自所述信号脚(421)相对于所述接地脚(411)的一侧向另一侧围设所述信号脚(421)。
5.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述围部(442)内围设一个或两个接地脚(411)。
6.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述端子组(4)的接地脚(411)排成一排设置,所述信号脚(421)排成两排分设于所述接地脚(411)的两侧,所述屏蔽体(44)具有两个且对称设置,所述接地脚(411)的两侧分别与所述屏蔽体(44)接触,两个所述屏蔽体(44)的围部(442)两两开口相对设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述接地脚(411)和所述信号脚(421)均为鱼眼状。
8.如权利要求1所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述端子组(4)包括绝缘座(43),所述接地端子(41)和所述信号端子(42)固持于所述绝缘座(43),所述屏蔽体(44)设有卡扣孔(443),所述绝缘座(43)设置有与所述卡扣孔(443)相配合的卡扣柱(431)。
9.如权利要求8所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体(1)包括基部(11)及自所述基部(11)延伸的第一插接部(12)与第二插接部(13),所述第一插接部(12)与所述第二插接部(13)间隔且对齐设置,所述端子组(4)呈直角状,所述绝缘座(43)包括绝缘横座和绝缘竖座,所述绝缘横座固持于所述基部(11)内,所述端子模组(2)还包括固持所述绝缘竖座的底座(5)。
10.如权利要求9所述的高速连接器,其特征在于:所述高速连接器(100)还包括后盖(3),所述后盖(3)将所述端子模组(2)固定于所述基部(11)内,所述后盖(3)的两侧分别延伸有扣持臂(31),所述基部(11)的两侧上开设有与所述扣持臂(31)相扣持的扣持槽(117)。
