The flame on the multifunctional baking burner 7 is detected, the temperature and flow signals detected by the temperature measuring device and the gas flow detector 2 in real time are fed back to the electric control device 10, when deviation occurs between an actual heating curve and a designed heating curve, the electric control device 10 automatically outputs control signals to the flow regulation and control module 6, so that the opening degree of the special gas regulator 3 and the opening degree of the combustion air regulator 9 are controlled and regulated, the pressure and the flow of gas and combustion air are regulated, and finally, the temperature set value is efficiently and accurately reached.
