Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,包括驱动机构、阀壳和阀板,所述阀板包括0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的外阀板、铅硼聚乙烯材质的屏蔽板、0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的内阀板,外阀板靠近阀壳的一侧设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内嵌入三元乙丙橡胶真空密封圈,用于使外阀板与阀壳之间实现真空密封。本发明提供的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀解决了目前常规真空插板阀无法屏蔽中子辐射的问题,可应用于具有中子辐射的环境,满足真空密封和屏蔽中子辐射两种功能需求。本发明提供的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀具有流导大,真空密封性能好,便于真空系统布置,可靠性高等特点。

一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀
技术领域
本发明涉及真空插板阀,特别是涉及一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀。
背景技术
真空插板阀用于真空泵组和真空容器之间的真空密封隔断,真空插板阀具有流导大、真空密封性能好、便于真空系统布置、可靠性高等一系列优点,在高真空系统中获得了广泛应用。在核研究领域,真空插板阀除要求良好的真空密封性能外,还需屏蔽真空室内的中子辐射,而目前常规的真空插板阀不具备中子屏蔽功能。因此有必要设计一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀。
具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀是一种应用于核领域的真空阀,其兼具中子屏蔽和真空密封功能,阀门总体结构仍为插板阀结构,阀板具有中子屏蔽功能,因此其具有高真空密封、中子屏蔽和插板阀构型三个特点,可满足在中子辐射环境中工作的高真空系统的真空隔离密封。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、实用性强的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,该插板阀可在中子辐射环境下长期稳定工作,实现高真空密封。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,包括驱动机构1、阀壳2和阀板3,所述阀板3包括0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的外阀板3-3、铅硼聚乙烯材质的屏蔽板3-2、0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的内阀板3-1,外阀板3-3靠近阀壳2的一侧设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内嵌入三元乙丙橡胶真空密封圈,用于使外阀板3-3与阀壳2之间实现真空密封。
所述驱动机构1的驱动方式包括手动驱动、电动驱动和气动驱动。
作为优选方案,所述真空插板阀采用单阀板结构。
作为优选方案,外阀板3-3、屏蔽板3-2、内阀板3-1的厚度根据中子辐射强度确定。
所述驱动机构1用于带动阀板3沿阀壳2纵向运动,并且在阀壳2的密封口部位带动阀板3横向运动。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀解决了目前常规真空插板阀无法屏蔽中子辐射的问题,可应用于具有中子辐射的环境,满足真空密封和屏蔽中子辐射两种功能需求。本发明提供的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀具有流导大,真空密封性能好,便于真空系统布置,可靠性高等特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。
如附图1-2所示,一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,包括驱动机构1、阀壳2和阀板3,阀板3包括0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的外阀板3-3、铅硼聚乙烯材质的屏蔽板3-2、0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的内阀板3-1,外阀板3-3靠近阀壳2的一侧设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内嵌入三元乙丙橡胶真空密封圈,和阀壳2之间实现真空密封。
如附图2所示,驱动机构1可采用手动、电动和气动三种驱动方式,驱动机构带动阀板3沿阀壳2纵向运动,在阀壳2密封口部位可实现阀板横向运动,从而实现阀板3的开启或关闭。
和常规真空插板阀相比,具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀采用特殊的阀板材料和结构,阀板材料采用0Cr18Ni9不锈钢和铅硼聚乙烯两种材料,阀板采用两侧0Cr18Ni9不锈钢板、中间加铅硼聚乙烯板的三明治结构,阀板具有中子屏蔽功能。
作为优选方案,因阀板采用屏蔽结构,其厚度尺寸较大,为降低插板阀总体厚度尺寸,采用单阀板结构,阀板具有双向真空密封功能。
作为优选方案,通过调整阀板3的0Cr18Ni9不锈钢板外阀板3-3、铅硼聚乙烯屏蔽板3-2、0Cr18Ni9不锈钢板内阀板3-1三层各自的厚度,可适应不同中子辐射强度,达到中子屏蔽效果要求。

1.一种具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,其特征在于,包括:驱动机构(1)、阀壳(2)和阀板(3),所述阀板(3)包括0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的外阀板(3-3)、铅硼聚乙烯材质的屏蔽板(3-2)、0Cr18Ni9不锈钢材质的内阀板(3-1),外阀板(3-3)靠近阀壳(2)的一侧设有环形密封槽,环形密封槽内嵌入三元乙丙橡胶真空密封圈,用于使外阀板(3-3)与阀壳(2)之间实现真空密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(1)的驱动方式包括手动驱动、电动驱动和气动驱动。
3.如权利要求1所述的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,其特征在于:所述真空插板阀采用单阀板结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,其特征在于:外阀板(3-3)、屏蔽板(3-2)、内阀板(3-1)的厚度根据中子辐射强度确定。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有中子屏蔽功能的真空插板阀,其特征在于:所述驱动机构(1)用于带动阀板(3)沿阀壳(2)纵向运动,并且在阀壳(2)的密封口部位带动阀板(3)横向运动。
