Fig. 3 shows a method for responding to a page access request in a reading application at a network device side according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S101, step S102, and step S103.
Specifically, in step S101, the network device receives a page access request sent by the user device in response to a triggering operation of the user on the reading application. For example, in response to a triggering operation of a user on a reading application, wherein the triggering operation comprises, but is not limited to, a starting operation, a page turning operation and a page clicking operation of the user on the reading application, a user device sends a page access request to a network device, and the page access request comprises user identification information of the user. The network device receives the page access request.
In step S102, the network device determines user type information corresponding to the user in response to the page access request. For example, the page access request includes user identification information of the user. In some embodiments, in step S102, the network device determines, in response to the page access request, user type information corresponding to the user according to user identification information corresponding to the page access request. Wherein the user identification information includes a user device identification (e.g., mac address) of the user, an ID of the user in the reading application, or a user name, and the user type information includes an abnormal type, and in some embodiments, the network device determines the user having actions such as over-page turning frequency and over-clicking advertisement information in the reading application as the abnormal user type. And acquiring historical access log information of the user in the reading application on the basis of acquiring the user identification information, thereby providing a basis for judging whether the user type information of the user is an abnormal type. In some embodiments, the determining the user type information corresponding to the user according to the user identification information corresponding to the page access request includes: acquiring historical access log information of user identification information corresponding to the page access request in the reading application; and determining user type information corresponding to the user according to the historical access log information. For example, the network device obtains historical access log information of the user according to the user identification information of the user, wherein the historical access log information comprises log records of reading behaviors and advertisement clicking behaviors of the user in the reading application. In some embodiments, the network device determines, according to a reading behavior (e.g., page turning behavior) performed by the user in the reading application, user type information corresponding to the user, for example, if the frequency of page turning of the user is greater than a predetermined page turning frequency threshold, the network device determines that the user is an abnormal user. In some embodiments, the network device determines the user type information corresponding to the user according to the advertisement click behavior of the user in the reading application, for example, if the advertisement click frequency of the user is greater than a predetermined click frequency threshold, the network device determines that the user is an abnormal user. On the basis of acquiring the historical access log information of the user, a basis is provided for the subsequent real-time judgment of the user type information of the user, so that the information processing efficiency is improved. In some embodiments, the determining, according to the historical access log information, user type information corresponding to the user includes: respectively extracting first historical access log information and second historical access log information of the user in a first unit historical period and a second unit historical period from the historical access log information; determining first user type information and second user type information corresponding to the user according to the first historical access log information and the second historical access log information respectively; if the first user type information and the second user type information are both normal types, determining that the user type information corresponding to the user is normal; otherwise, determining the user type information corresponding to the user as an abnormal type. In some embodiments, the first unit history period intersects the second unit history period at a null and a minimum time interval thereof is less than or equal to a predetermined interval threshold. For example, the first unit history period is a day before from the current time, the second unit history period is a day before from the current time, the network device respectively obtains history access log information (for example, first history access log information and second history access log information) of the two periods (for example, the two periods may be adjacent or not adjacent), respectively determines user type information corresponding to the two history access log information, and determines that the user type of the user is a normal type when the user type information corresponding to the two history access log information is a normal type; otherwise, for example, if the user is determined to be of a normal type in the first unit history period and the user is determined to be of an abnormal type in the second unit history period, the user type should still be determined to be of an abnormal type in some cases because the data in the first unit history period is obtained after being executed based on the abnormality control policy information. In some embodiments, the determining, according to the historical access log information, user type information corresponding to the user includes: determining current user type information corresponding to the user according to the historical access log information in the current unit historical period; if the current user type information corresponding to the user is of a normal type, determining the user type information corresponding to the user according to the historical access log information in the previous unit historical period; otherwise, determining the user type information corresponding to the user as an abnormal type. For example, the current unit history period is the day before the current time, if the history access log information corresponding to the current unit history period determines that the current user type information of the user is an abnormal type, determining that the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type; otherwise, determining the user type information corresponding to the user by a previous period of the period, if the historical access log information corresponding to the previous period of the period determines that the current user type information of the user is of a normal type, determining that the user type information corresponding to the user is of a normal type, otherwise, determining that the user type information corresponding to the user is of an abnormal type, and in some embodiments, the previous unit historical period is adjacent to the current unit historical period and intersects with the current unit historical period to be null.
In some embodiments, the determining the user type information corresponding to the user according to the user identification information corresponding to the page access request includes: and inquiring in a user classification database according to the user identification information corresponding to the page access request to determine the user type information corresponding to the user. For example, the network device obtains the user identification information of the user, and queries the user identification information in a user classification database, and in some embodiments, the method further includes step S104 (not shown), in which the network device builds in advance the user classification database, where a mapping relationship between the user identification information and the user type information is stored in the user classification database. On the basis of pre-establishing the user classification database in the network equipment, the processing efficiency of determining the user type information corresponding to the user is improved. And the network equipment determines corresponding user type information in the mapping relation between the user identification information and the user type information according to the user identification information of the user.
In step S103, if the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type, the network device determines abnormal control policy information corresponding to the user, and returns the abnormal control policy information and page response information corresponding to the page access request to the user device; otherwise, only returning the page response information corresponding to the page access request to the user equipment. In some embodiments, the anomaly type includes at least any one of:
1) The page turning frequency of the user in the reading application is greater than a preset first frequency threshold;
2) The user's click frequency on presented information in the reading application is greater than a predetermined second frequency threshold. For example, in general, if a user turns a fixed number of pages (for example, three pages) in a reading application, the user device displays an advertisement message, and if the frequency of turning pages of the user in the reading application is greater than a predetermined first frequency threshold, the network device confirms that the speed of turning pages of the user is too fast, so that the number of pages of the reading pages is too fast, therefore, the presentation frequency of the advertisement message is higher, and the exposure rate of the advertisement is too high, so that the flow is wasted due to non-manual browsing; or if the click frequency of the user on the presented information in the reading application is greater than a preset second frequency threshold, the network equipment confirms that the click frequency of the user on the advertisement information exceeds the common frequency, so that the false click rate of the advertisement is too high, and the waste of flow non-artificial clicking is caused. In some embodiments, the anomaly type includes the user's page turn frequency in the reading application being greater than a predetermined first frequency threshold; the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user comprises the following steps: and controlling the page turning time of the user on each page in the reading application to be larger than a preset page turning time threshold value. For example, if the anomaly type includes that the page turning frequency of the user in the reading application is greater than a predetermined first frequency threshold, the network device determines that the anomaly control policy information corresponding to the user includes controlling the page turning time of the user in the reading application for each page to be greater than a predetermined page turning time threshold, and returns the anomaly control policy information and page response information corresponding to the page access request to the user device, for example, in response to the page access request, the network device determines that the page access page number of the user does not reach a preset page turning threshold (for example, three pages), returns the anomaly control policy information and the corresponding page reading page to the user device based on determining the anomaly control policy information for the user, and returns the anomaly control policy information, the corresponding page reading page and advertisement information to the user device based on determining the anomaly control policy information for the user.
In some embodiments, the anomaly type includes the user's click frequency on presented information in the reading application being greater than a predetermined second frequency threshold; the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user comprises the following steps: and controlling the minimum page turning number of the user in the reading application to be larger than a preset first page number threshold, wherein the minimum page turning number is used for measuring the frequency information of the reading application for presenting a piece of presentation information in the user equipment. In general, the network device side sets the minimum page turning number in the reading application to be three, for example, the user presents advertisement information after turning three pages of the reading page in the reading application, if the abnormal type includes that the clicking frequency of the user on the presented information in the reading application is greater than a preset second frequency threshold, the network device judges that the clicking frequency of the user on the presented information (for example, advertisement information) is greater than the clicking frequency of a normal person, in order to avoid the waste of advertisement traffic and improve the quality of the advertisement traffic, the network device improves the minimum page turning number (for example, the minimum page turning number is greater than the preset first page number threshold), so that the probability of clicking the advertisement information is reduced to a certain extent, and on the other hand, the clicking behavior of the user on the advertisement information can be standardized, thereby avoiding the waste of the advertisement traffic. In some embodiments, the method further includes step S105 (not shown), in which the network device receives execution completion information of the abnormal control policy information transmitted by the user device in step S105; receiving a page access request again sent by the user equipment in response to the triggering operation of the user on the reading application; and returning the page response information corresponding to the re-page access request to the user equipment. For example, the user device receives the abnormal control policy information confirmed by the network device based on the user type information (abnormal type), takes the abnormal control policy information as an example to control that the page turning time of the user in the reading application is greater than a predetermined page turning time threshold, for example, if the user performs a page turning operation in the user device, the page turning time is greater than a predetermined page turning time threshold (for example, 5 s), a certain number of pages are continuously turned, and the page turning time of each page exceeds 5s, the user device obtains an execution completion operation of the abnormal control policy information, sends completion information about the abnormal control policy information to the network device based on the execution completion operation, and updates the user type information of the user (for example, the user is updated to a non-abnormal type) after the network device receives the completion information. When the network equipment subsequently receives a page access request sent by the user equipment in response to the triggering operation of the user on the reading application, the network equipment determines that the user is a non-abnormal user, and returns page response information corresponding to the page access request to the user equipment, wherein the page access request comprises reading page information and/or advertisement information, and after the user type of the user is evolved, the network equipment can update the page response information provided for the user in real time.
For example, a user holds a user device in which a reading application is installed. In response to a triggering operation of a reading application by a user (for example, an operation of opening the reading application), the user equipment sends a page access request to the network equipment, wherein the page access request comprises an ID of the user. The network equipment determines that the user has history log information of too fast page turning based on the ID of the user, determines abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user based on the history behavior of the user (for example, the time for controlling the page turning of the user in reading application is 5 s), and returns the abnormal control strategy information and corresponding page content to the user equipment.
Fig. 4 shows a method for responding to a page access request of a user in a reading application at a user equipment side according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes step S201, step S202, and step S203.
Specifically, in step S201, the user device sends a corresponding page access request to a corresponding network device in response to a page access trigger operation of the user in a reading application of the user device. The triggering operation includes, but is not limited to, an opening operation, a page turning operation and a page clicking operation of the reading application by a user, and the user equipment sends a page access request to the network equipment, wherein the page access request includes user identification information of the user.
In step S202, the user equipment receives response information returned by the network equipment in response to the page access request, where the response information includes abnormal control policy information corresponding to the user and page response information corresponding to the page access request, or includes only page response information corresponding to the page access request. For example, the network device responds to the page access request, determines user type information corresponding to the user, if the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type, the network device determines abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user, returns the abnormal control strategy information and page response information corresponding to the page access request to the user device, and the user device receives the abnormal control strategy information and page response information corresponding to the page access request; if the network equipment judges that the user type information corresponding to the user is of a non-abnormal type, the user equipment receives page response information corresponding to the page access request.
In step S203, if the response information includes the abnormal control policy information, the user equipment controls to present the page response information according to the abnormal control policy information; otherwise, the page response information is directly presented. For example, the abnormality control policy information includes at least any one of:
1) Controlling the page turning time of the user on each page in the reading application to be larger than a preset page turning time threshold;
2) And controlling the minimum page turning number of the user in the reading application to be larger than a preset first page number threshold. For example, if the anomaly type includes the user's page turn frequency in the reading application being greater than a predetermined first frequency threshold; the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user comprises the following steps: and controlling the page turning time of the user on each page in the reading application to be larger than a preset page turning time threshold value. In this case, the frequency of page turning by the user can be controlled, thereby avoiding meaningless exposure of the advertisement information; the anomaly type comprises that the click frequency of the user on the presented information in the reading application is greater than a preset second frequency threshold value; the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user comprises the following steps: and controlling the minimum page turning number of the user in the reading application to be larger than a preset first page number threshold. In this case, the number of times that the advertisement information is meaningless clicked can be reduced, and excessive waste of the traffic is avoided, thereby improving the quality of the traffic. For example, the user equipment responds to the triggering operation of the user on the reading application, and sends a page access request to the corresponding network equipment, wherein the page access request comprises page identification information of the current page, the network equipment responds to the page access request to judge whether the page number of the page turned to be accessed by the user reaches a fixed page number threshold, if so, the network equipment returns page response information comprising the reading application page information and advertisement information to the user equipment, otherwise, the network equipment only returns page response information comprising the reading application page information to the user equipment. And the user equipment receives the page response information and then displays the page response information.
For example, a user holds a user device in which a reading application is installed. In response to a triggering operation of a reading application by a user (for example, an operation of opening the reading application), the user equipment sends a page access request to the network equipment, wherein the page access request comprises an ID of the user. The network equipment determines that the user has history log information of too fast page turning based on the ID of the user, determines abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user based on the history behavior of the user (for example, the page turning duration of the user in a reading application is controlled to be 5 s), returns the abnormal control strategy information and corresponding page content to the user equipment, and the user equipment executes the abnormal control strategy information, so that the page turning duration of the user is kept to be 5s.
For another example, if the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type, the network device determines that the corresponding abnormal control policy information is to control the fixed page turning number of the user in the reading application to be greater than a predetermined first page number threshold (for example, five pages), the user device receives the abnormal control policy information, and if the page turning number of the user in the reading application reaches seven pages, the user device receives and presents page response information returned by the network device, for example, presents advertisement information when the page turning number of the user reaches the fixed page turning number. Thus, the abnormal behavior of excessive clicking on the advertisement information in the user equipment side can be controlled.
FIG. 5 illustrates a flow chart for responding to a user's page access request in a reading application, the client sending a page access request to a server in response to a user's opening operation of the reading application client, wherein the page access request includes a user's ID, according to one embodiment of the present application; and responding to the page access request, determining that the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type by the server, for example, judging whether the user is positioned in a user database with too fast page turning or too many user databases according to the user ID by the server, and if so, judging that the user type information corresponding to the user is an abnormal type by the server. If the user is in the user database with too fast page turning, the server determines the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user (for example, the advertisement can be returned only if the page turning time is controlled to be more than 5 s), if the user is in the user database with too much clicking, the server determines the abnormal control strategy information corresponding to the user (for example, the advertisement frequency sent to the client is controlled), and returns the abnormal control strategy information and the page response information corresponding to the page access request (for example, the first page of the page reading application and the corresponding advertisement information) to the client; if the server judges that the user type information corresponding to the user is of a non-abnormal type, only returning the page response information corresponding to the page access request to the client, and normally returning advertisements to the client after the user turns pages to three pages.
