Abstract
The invention discloses a waterproof horizontal water leakage structure for an intermittent layer of a roller compacted concrete dam in a severe cold region, which comprises a lower layer of a first-cast concrete layer, an upper layer of a second-cast concrete layer cast on the upper part of the lower layer of the first-cast concrete layer, a possible horizontal opening crack existing between the lower layer of the first-cast concrete layer and the upper layer of the second-cast concrete layer, a reserved groove arranged before the upper layer of the second-cast concrete layer is cast on the lower layer of the first-cast concrete layer, geotextile arranged near the downstream side in the reserved groove, and clay backfilled in the reserved groove. The structure effectively prevents the water leakage of the dam body when water flat opening cracks exist through clay backfilled in the reserved groove, and has the advantages of convenient construction, small investment and good effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof horizontal water leakage structure for an intermittent layer of a roller compacted concrete dam in a severe cold area.
Background
When a roller compacted concrete gravity dam is built in a severe cold area, cracks often appear due to severe weather conditions, such as cold, hot, wind and dry. The cold is that the average temperature per year in a severe cold area is very low, the average temperature per month in winter is below-10 ℃, the cold tide is frequent all the year round, and the temperature difference between day and night is large; "Hot" means that the temperature is high in summer, and the average temperature is about 20 ℃ in summer; wind refers to severe cold areas with strong wind power, strong wind speed and easy evaporation of water; the term "dry" refers to the climate dryness in spring and autumn in alpine regions, and these climate characteristics are extremely unfavorable for the temperature control and crack prevention of roller compacted concrete. The stable temperature of the dam body is low due to low annual average temperature, and the highest temperature of concrete poured in summer is high, so that the temperature difference of the dam foundation is large (often exceeding the specification), and foundation penetrating cracks are often generated due to large temperature difference of the foundation; the cold tide is frequent all the year round, the temperature difference between day and night is large, and the concrete poured first and the concrete poured later form large temperature difference due to the existence of the intermission period, so that horizontal cracks appear, and the water leakage of the dam body is further caused. Research shows that the tensile strength between horizontal layers is only 41-86% of that of the original concrete, so that the horizontal cracking phenomenon is easy to form. In engineering practice, horizontal cracks appear in an upper static dam of the United states, a Yuchuan dam of Japan, a Guanyin pavilion dam of Liaoning, a Songyue dam, a Manchentai dam, a Hebei peach forest mouth dam, a Chinese iris river mouth dam, a Xinjiang Duoli dam and the like, and water leakage of a dam body is caused, so that the problems are urgently solved.

a reserved groove 4 is formed in the lower precast concrete layer 1, geotextile 6 is laid in the reserved groove 4 and filled with clay 5, and the geotextile 6 is used for preventing fine particles in the clay 5 from being taken away to play a role in reverse filtration protection; the upper part of the lower layer cast-in-advance concrete layer 1 is an upper layer cast-in-advance concrete layer 2, and a horizontal opening crack 3 exists between the upper layer cast-in-advance concrete layer and the lower layer cast-in-advance concrete layer; the clay 5 adapts to temperature stress expansion and deformation between the upper post-cast concrete layer 2 and the lower pre-cast concrete layer 1 due to good plasticity and adaptive deformation capability, so that the function of seepage prevention is achieved.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the structure effectively prevents the water leakage of the dam body when water flat opening cracks exist through clay backfilled in the reserved groove, and has the advantages of convenient construction, small investment and good effect.

As shown in fig. 1, a severe cold region roller compacted concrete dam intermittent layer waterproof flat water leakage structure, including lower floor cast in advance concrete layer 1, the upper strata cast in advance concrete layer 2 that the intermittent type was poured in advance concrete layer 1 upper portion of lower floor for a period of time, the horizontal opening crack 3 that probably exists between lower floor cast in advance concrete layer 1 and upper strata cast in advance concrete layer 2, reserve groove 4 that sets up before lower floor cast in advance concrete layer 1 cast in advance concrete layer 2 of upper strata, reserve groove 4 inside sets up geotechnological cloth 6 near the downstream side, backfill clay 5 in reserve groove 4 inside.

the height of the post-cast concrete layer 2 is more than or equal to 30cm by arranging geotextile 6 near the downstream side in the reserved groove 4 and burying the geotextile 6 in the upper layer.
In the present embodiment, the construction is performed according to the following steps: after the lower layer of the first-cast concrete layer is poured, a reserved groove is formed in the lower layer of the first-cast concrete layer, geotextile is laid in the reserved groove, clay is backfilled, and the geotextile is used for preventing fine particles in the clay from being taken away to play a role in reverse filtration protection. The cohesive soil can adapt to the temperature stress expansion deformation between the upper post-cast concrete layer and the lower newly-cast concrete layer due to the good plasticity and the adaptive deformation capability, so that the anti-seepage effect is achieved, and the whole construction is completed.

the lower precast concrete layer (1) is provided with a reserved groove (4), geotextile (6) is laid in the reserved groove (4) and filled with clay (5), and the geotextile (6) is used for preventing fine particles in the clay (5) from being taken away to play a role in reverse filtration protection; the upper part of the lower layer cast-in-advance concrete layer (1) is an upper layer cast-in-advance concrete layer (2), and a horizontal opening crack (3) exists between the upper layer cast-in-advance concrete layer and the upper layer cast-in-advance concrete layer; the clay (5) adapts to temperature stress expansion deformation between the upper post-cast concrete layer (2) and the lower pre-cast concrete layer (1) due to good plasticity and adaptive deformation capability, so that the function of seepage prevention is achieved.

The severe cold region roller compacted concrete dam intermittent layer waterproof horizontal water leakage structure according to claim 1, 2 or 4, characterized in that a geotextile (6) is arranged near the downstream side in the reserved groove (4), and the height of the cast-in-place concrete layer (2) after the geotextile (6) is embedded into the upper layer is more than or equal to 30 cm.
