The railway piggyback transportation is mainly a multi-type intermodal transportation mode for loading a road truck or a semitrailer without a tractor on a railway special vehicle for transportation. The piggyback transportation can exert the advantages of safe and quick railway transportation, large transportation capacity, all weather, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like, brings about the increment of railway transportation, increases the transportation income and has good social benefit.
The loading of a road truck or a semitrailer without a tractor with a railway truck may be carried out by direct hoisting as shown in fig. 1. However, the loading and unloading mode is suitable for the hoisting working condition of the body strength of the highway truck or the semitrailer, and is a special semitrailer. The direct hoisting mode is adopted, and the dead weight of the highway truck or the semitrailer without the tractor is larger and the load is relatively smaller.
In order to adapt to loading and unloading of the general semitrailer, a drop hole type rigid tray is adopted for loading. The drop hole type rigid tray needs a ground matching device, namely, the ground matching device is matched with the rigid tray or the flexible bracket in a concave-convex manner at the passing position of the wheels to form an approximate plane, so that the road truck or the semitrailer can be conveniently and smoothly assembled and disassembled.
However, when the tray falls into the ground supporting device, the problem of difficult alignment exists at present, and the tray can fall into the ground supporting device only by continuously adjusting the position, so that the loading and unloading efficiency is greatly reduced, and after the ground supporting device is matched with the tray, the tire bearing surface is in a horizontal state, and as the lower plane of the semi-trailer supporting device is higher than the ground by a certain distance, the semi-trailer can be in a front low and rear high 'low head' state after being loaded into the tray. When the inclination of the semitrailer is large, the tractor cannot be connected with the semitrailer, and the unloading efficiency of the semitrailer is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a tray auxiliary device which aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, the positioning efficiency is low when a tray falls into a ground matching device.

Because the tray is suspended by the crane when the semi-trailer is conveyed by the tray, and then the tray is placed into the tray auxiliary device for fixing, the position of the tray is difficult to control in the suspension conveying process of the crane, so that the tray loading process is difficult and the efficiency is low.
Since the fixed position of the tray needs to be replaced during piggyback transportation, the main body 10 in this embodiment is detachably installed on the ground for cost saving, and the tray auxiliary device further includes a plurality of hanging parts 20 provided on both sides of the main body 10, specifically, on both sides in the width direction of the main body. When the fixed position of the tray needs to be adjusted, a worker can detach the main body from the ground and connect the lifting rope on the suspension part, the main body is suspended by the crane and moves to the designated position, the position adjustment is completed, the tray fixing at a plurality of positions can be met only by a small number of tray auxiliary devices, and the cost is saved.
