每个制动回路分别具有液压的压力建立装置,该压力建立装置用于在制动回路的轮制动器中主动建立压力。
本发明还涉及一种相应的运行方法。
背景技术
已知如下的液压式车辆制动系统:其中制动压力基本上利用一个泵或每个制动回路一个的泵来液压地增强。在泵与轮制动器之间布置有阀装置,利用该阀装置能在使用来自泵的压力介质的情况下产生制动压力以及使制动压力降低。在常规行车制动情况下,该制动系统利用液压式制动助力器工作。在泵故障的情况下,制动系统能利用肌肉力运行,其中能通过已知的、能由制动踏板操纵的制动主缸(主缸)建立制动压力。
DE 100 53 993 A1公开了一种液压式制动系统,其中为每个前轮制动器分配有一个泵并且为至少一个后轮制动器分配有一个泵。
DE 10 2014 200 852 A1公开了一种液压式制动系统,其具有为两个轮制动器分配的相应的泵,其中一回流线路在不使用低压存储器的情况下直接与存储容器连接。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,相应改进上述的制动系统,以实现制动压力调节功能并在无模拟器的情况下实现驾驶员的踏板感觉。另外,希望提供一种相应的运行方法。
就制动系统而言,根据本发明该技术问题通过如下方式解决:制动回路的两个轮制动器之一能借助于腔室分隔阀与制动主缸腔室液压分离。
本发明的有利的实施方案是从属权利要求的主题。
有利地,各腔室分隔阀分别与止回阀并联,所述止回阀阻断从制动主缸腔室至轮制动器的压力介质流并且允许沿反方向的压力介质流。
优选地,为两个制动回路中的每一个制动回路分别分配一个前轮制动器和一个后轮制动器,其中各前轮制动器能通过腔室分隔阀被分离。
有利地,各压力建立装置构造为液压泵。
优选地,各泵具有在湿式曲轴箱与抽吸线路部件之间的液压连接结构250。

本发明的优点尤其是减少了部件成本,因为可以省去气动制动助力器(助力器)和低压存储器。踏板行程模拟器也不是必需的,因为踏板感觉可以通过阀的切换来实现。这也减少了车辆重量和所需的安装空间。

具体实施方式
图1所示的制动系统2具有能利用制动踏板6操纵的串联式制动主缸10或制动压力输出器,该串联式制动主缸具有液压的主腔室14或第一制动主缸腔室和液压的副腔室18或第二制动主缸腔室,在第一制动主缸腔室和第二制动主缸腔室中各自有压力活塞能够移动。在压力活塞的未被操纵的状态下,各制动主缸腔室14,18与处于大气压下的压力介质存储容器20液压连接。
制动系统2具有两个制动回路I,II。所示的制动回路I,II中的每一个具有制动线路22,该制动线路分别使一个制动主缸腔室14,18与一对轮制动器30,32;34,36相连接,为此制动线路22各自向两个轮制动器30,32;34,36分支。在制动线路22的每个支路中,在每个轮制动器30,32;34,36上游分别设有进入阀40,42;44,46,各进入阀分别并联有止回阀50。
在每个进入阀40,42;44,46与相关的轮制动器30,32;44,46之间分别在每个制动线路22上连接有回流线路56的支路,其中分别设置有排出阀60,62;64,66,所述排出阀在能电磁操纵的打开位置中分别使所连接的轮制动器30-36与压力介质存储容器20连接、并使之相应地通过抽吸线路70与为相应的制动回路I,II液压配设的泵74,76连接。
在所示的优选实施方式中,两个制动回路I,II中的每一个制动回路分别具有一个前轮制动器30,34和一个后轮制动器32,36。因此,对两个制动回路I,II的轮制动器30-36分配是对角式的。
在相应前轮制动器30,34的相应排出阀60,64与压力介质存储容器20之间分别布置有压力调节阀80,82,所述压力调节阀在基础位置,即不通电的状态下,打开。各压力调节阀80,82可以被操控以调节相应前轮制动器30,34中的压力。
由每个制动回路I,II中的电动马达90驱动的泵74,76在制动压力调节期间按照回送原则根据需求将经由回流线路56供应的压力介质再经由进入阀40-46输送回每个制动回路I,II的两个车轮制动器30、32;34、26,并使之朝向制主缸10的方向返回。
压力传感器120a能够测量制动主缸10的主腔室14中的压力。在两个制动回路I、II中各自设有压力传感器126,用于测量相应前轮制动器30、34中的压力。
到目前为止所描述的细节包括防抱死控制所需的功能元件。通过以下方式使得牵引力控制/驱动轮侧滑控制和行驶动态控制也是可能的:在各制动线路22中的制动主缸10与进入阀40-46之间、在每个制动回路I、II中还设置有在基本位置打开的分隔阀100、102。各个分隔阀100、102和止回阀110并联连接。
在行驶动态控制和牵引力控制中,相应的分隔阀100、102能被电磁激励到其阻塞位置,使得由泵74、76经由回流线路56从存储容器20吸入并且待被输送到车轮制动器30-36的压力介质不能流出到制动主缸10中。
在该运行模式中,通过适当地操控分配给车轮制动器30-36的进入阀和排出阀40-46;60-66,以已知的方式调节轮制动器压力。
在第一制动回路I中,在分隔阀100与前轮制动器30的进入阀40之间布置有腔室分隔阀140,与室分隔阀140并联有止回阀142。以同样的方式,在第二制动回路II中,在分隔阀102和前轮制动器34的进入阀44之间布置有腔室分隔阀144,与之并联有止回阀146。
借助于腔室分隔阀140,当分隔阀110打开时,前轮制动器30与主压力腔室14的连接可以断开,而当分隔阀100(制动回路II中的102)打开时,另一个车轮制动器32、36仍然可以通过连接线路152(制动回路II中的154)与相应的制动主缸腔室14、16连接。这样,通过制动主缸10与后轮制动器23、36的液压连接,可以在制动踏板6上为驾驶员赋予期望的踏板感觉。分隔阀140、144允许相应的泵74、76将后轮制动器32、36中的压力增加到高于由驾驶员引起的制动压力,并且在前轮制动器压力下降到低于主缸压力的情况下防止驾驶员制动压力到达前轮制动器30、34。
制动系统还具有电子控制调节单元200,该电子控制调节单元200控制所述的阀和泵,特别是根据通过制动踏板操纵检测到的驾驶员制动请求来进行控制。特别地,驾驶员的制动请求通过踏板行程传感器202来确定,踏板行程传感器特别是冗余设置。
在制动过程中,驾驶员操纵制动踏板6,控制调节单元200将制动回路I中的分隔阀100、140和制动回路II中的分隔阀102、144切换到断开位置或关闭位置,由此使前桥与制动主缸10液压分离。借助于泵74,现在在前轮制动器30中形成制动压力。各个分隔阀130、144各自具有并联的止回阀142、146,这防止驾驶员制动压力到达车轮制动器30-36,同时防止泵74、76建立超过期望驾驶员制动压力的压力。

制动系统2还可以配备有压力传感器或泵速度测量装置,例如SLP(无传感器泵定位装置)或PPS(泵定位传感器),在这种情况下,使用模型来执行制动压力控制。
如果使用SLP型电路测量泵的旋转,由于测量的电信号的变化,可以确定泄漏和湿的马达部件,这可以导致泵策略的变化和/或对驾驶员的报警。
在液压备用级/低效模式下,阀100、102、140、144和进度阀40-46打开,使得驾驶员可以完全控制所有四个车轮制动器。
为了在液压备用级/低效模式下提高驾驶员舒适度,串联式制动主缸的直径可以选得尽可能小,使得驾驶员能够以习惯大小的踏板作用力实现高的制动压力。
制动系统2的优点在于,驾驶员不必在踏板操纵和制动开始之间体验间隙,在备用级中制动系统2在踏板被操纵时立即产生的制动力矩。没有加大踏板空行程,也不需要电子油门踏板(eGap)。
通过关闭阀100、102并运行相应的泵74、76,可以从存储容器或压力介质储存储容器20输送制动流体,并通过制动主缸10使之进入相应的制动回路I、II。如果阀60-66打开,管路56也可以被填充制动流体。
泵74、76中的液压连接结构250允许在后方的泵密封结构后面提供被填充制动流体的腔室,使得泵腔室的泄漏不会成为泵马达流体污染的问题。同时,它允许围绕后方的泵密封结构抽吸制动流体,由此防止空气被吸入,并减少密封件的磨损。
图2所示的制动系统2与图1所示的制动系统2的不同之处在于,没有设置压力调节阀80、82。前轮制动器30、34中的车轮制动压力由此在使用相应的进入阀40、44和排出阀60、64以及对相应的泵74、76操纵的情况下以传统方式产生。
图3(4)中示出的制动系统2与图1(2)中示出的制动系统2的不同之处在于,在相应的泵74、76中没有设置连接结构250。

1.一种用于机动车的液压式制动系统(2),包括:
能利用制动踏板(6)操纵的串联式制动主缸(10),该串联式制动主缸具有两个液压的制动主缸腔室(14,18);
压力介质存储容器(20);
两个液压的制动回路(I,II),这两个制动回路各具有两个能液压操纵的轮制动器(30,32;34,36),所述轮制动器以能液压分离的方式分别与两个制动主缸腔室(14,18)之一连接;

2.根据权利要求1所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,各腔室分隔阀(140,144)分别与止回阀(142,146)并联,所述止回阀阻断从制动主缸腔室(14,18)至轮制动器(30,34)的压力介质流并且允许沿反方向的压力介质流。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,为两个制动回路中的每一个制动回路分别分配一个前轮制动器(30,34)和一个后轮制动器(32,36),其中各前轮制动器(30,34)能通过腔室分隔阀(140,144)被分离。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,各压力建立装置(74,76)构造为液压泵。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,各泵具有在湿式曲轴箱与抽吸线路部件之间的液压连接结构。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,为每个轮制动器(30-36)分别液压地配设有进入阀(40-46)和排出阀(60-66)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,在排出阀(60,64)与压力介质存储容器(20)之间对于制动回路(I,II)中的各轮制动器(30,34)分别布置有压力控制阀(80,82)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,压力控制阀(80,82)相应布置在属于前轮制动器(30,34)的排出阀(60,64)与压力介质存储容器(20)之间。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,各制动回路(i,II)能够分别借助于分隔阀(100,102)与相关的制动主缸腔室(14,18)液压分离,其中,为各分隔阀(100,102)分别配设有另一止回阀(110),该另一止回阀允许从相应腔室(14,18)流向制动回路(I,II)的压力介质流并且阻断沿相反方向的压力介质流。
10.根据权利要求7所述的制动系统(2),其特征在于,压力控制阀(80,82)是模拟式的压力控制阀。
11.一种用于运行根据权利要求9所述的制动系统(2)的方法,其特征在于,为了填充相应的制动回路(I,II)而使相应的分隔阀(100,102)闭合,并运行相应的泵(74,76)。
