The clove volatile oil is the main chemical component of clove, eugenol has strong antibacterial and antifungal effects, the clove volatile oil has the strongest antibacterial effect on aspergillus niger, candida albicans and bacillus subtilis, and the antibacterial effect on penicillium is inferior.
The pricklyash peel is pungent and warm in nature and flavor, and has the effects of aromatic stomach strengthening, middle-jiao warming and cold dispelling, dampness removing and pain relieving, parasite killing, detoxifying, itching relieving and fishy smell removing. Contains volatile oil (such as limonene, cumyl alcohol, geraniol, etc.), zitol and unsaturated organic acid. Has obvious inhibiting effect on 10 gram-positive bacteria such as bacillus anthracis, hemolytic streptococcus, diphtheria bacillus, diplococcus pneumoniae, staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus albus, bacillus subtilis and the like, and intestinal pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, dysentery rhamnus sonnei, proteus, typhoid and paratyphoid bacillus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, vibrio cholerae and the like.
Herba Eupatorii, pungent in flavor and mild in property, has the effects of resolving dampness, regulating the middle warmer, activating the spleen, stimulating the appetite, relieving exterior syndrome and relieving summer heat, and is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for resolving dampness and relieving exterior syndrome. The herba Eupatorii volatile oil has expectorant, antibacterial, antiinflammatory, and immunity enhancing effects. The whole herb contains 1.5 to 2.0 percent of volatile oil, is mainly used for treating damp turbidity obstruction in middle energizer, gastric cavity fullness and nausea, vomiting, sweet and greasy taste in mouth, halitosis, salivation, summer-heat and damp exterior syndrome, fullness in the head and chest and the like, and has the antibacterial effect on 4 strains of tetrads coccus, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis by the volatile oil.
Rhizoma Atractylodis, pungent, bitter and warm in flavor, enters spleen, kidney and liver meridians, and has effects of eliminating dampness, invigorating spleen, dispelling pathogenic wind and dispelling cold, and can be used for treating abdominal distention, diarrhea, edema, rheumatalgia, and wind cold common cold. Rhizoma Atractylodis after parching with bran has reduced pungency, mild dryness, and aromatic qi, and has effects of invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, and can be used for treating incoordination between spleen and stomach, phlegm retention, abdominal distention, blindness, and bromelain. The essential oil mainly contains atractylone, eucalyptol, etc., wherein the atractylone content is high, and other relatively high content mainly comprises herba Girardiniae Palmatae, elemi , herba Caryophylli, cnidium monnieri, and herba Lobeliae chinensis. The active substance of rhizoma Atractylodis volatile oil has pharmacological effects of regulating gastrointestinal motility, resisting gastric ulcer, lowering blood sugar, protecting liver, and resisting bacteria.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention is divided into the medicines for relieving exterior syndrome with aromatics, eliminating dampness with aromatics, warming interior, regulating qi with aromatics and inducing resuscitation according to the properties of the aromatics in addition to the five traditional Chinese medicines. The pure natural aromatic traditional Chinese medicines are selected as raw materials and scientifically matched. Wherein, the mint and the wrinkled gianthyssop herb are used as aromatic exterior-releasing medicines and have the functions of releasing exterior and dialyzing evil; the pepper and the clove are aromatic warming and regulating medicines and have the functions of warming and dredging channels and collaterals and relieving spasm and pain; the folium Artemisiae Argyi and radix Angelicae Dahuricae have antibacterial and antivirus effects. The rest is aromatic dampness-resolving medicine, which has the functions of regulating qi and dispersing dampness; the medicines have synergistic effect, and have the effects of refreshing air, refreshing brain, eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics and the like.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
the preparation method comprises weighing flos Caryophylli, folium Artemisiae Argyi, herba Menthae, herba Agastaches, and fructus Zanthoxyli according to formula ratio, drying at 40 deg.C, mixing the above materials, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain dry powder; drying radix Angelicae Dahuricae at 40 deg.C, soaking in 70% ethanol, and stirring to obtain radix Angelicae Dahuricae paste; mixing the obtained dry powder with the radix angelicae paste according to a mass ratio of 6:1 mixing uniformly to obtain mixed medicinal powder, making into block solid with various shapes by tablet machine, volatilizing ethanol to obtain block solid with micro-pore shape, drying in the shade, wrapping with air-permeable gauze, and packaging with tin foil paper to obtain solid aromatic product, and taking apart tin foil paper.
Example 2
One part of pure traditional Chinese medicine aromatic solid preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8 parts of clove, 12 parts of mint, 18 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 2 parts of pepper, 10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 6 parts of angelica dahurica, 6 parts of eupatorium fortunei and 6 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
the preparation method comprises weighing flos Caryophylli, folium Artemisiae Argyi, herba Menthae, herba Agastaches, and fructus Zanthoxyli according to formula ratio, drying at 45 deg.C, mixing the above materials, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain dry powder; drying radix Angelicae Dahuricae at 45 deg.C, soaking in 75% ethanol, and stirring to obtain radix Angelicae Dahuricae paste; mixing the obtained dry powder with the radix angelicae paste according to a mass ratio of 8: 1 mixing uniformly to obtain mixed medicinal powder, making into block solid with various shapes by tablet machine, volatilizing ethanol to obtain block solid with micro-pore shape, drying in the shade, wrapping with air-permeable gauze, and packaging with tin foil paper to obtain solid aromatic product, and taking apart tin foil paper.
Example 3
One part of pure traditional Chinese medicine aromatic solid preparation is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
12 parts of clove, 20 parts of mint, 18 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 3 parts of pepper, 10 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 8 parts of angelica dahurica, 6 parts of eupatorium fortunei and 8 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
the preparation method comprises weighing flos Caryophylli, folium Artemisiae Argyi, herba Menthae, herba Agastaches, and fructus Zanthoxyli according to formula ratio, drying at 50 deg.C, mixing the above materials, pulverizing, and sieving to obtain dry powder; drying radix Angelicae Dahuricae at 50 deg.C, soaking in 95% ethanol, and stirring to obtain radix Angelicae Dahuricae paste; mixing the obtained dry powder with the radix angelicae paste according to a mass ratio of 10: 1 mixing uniformly to obtain mixed medicinal powder, making into block solid with various shapes by tablet machine, volatilizing ethanol to obtain block solid with micro-pore shape, drying in the shade, wrapping with air-permeable gauze, and packaging with tin foil paper to obtain solid aromatic product, and taking apart tin foil paper.
The specific application of the prepared solid aromatic is as follows:

1. Detection method
The long lasting effect of the pure herbal fragrance block was tested by exposure to the volatile oil in a closed space for the time of emission at room temperature. The measurement is carried out by using a gas detection tube, pure traditional Chinese medicine aromatic blocks are placed in an organic glass box with the thickness of 60 multiplied by 60cm, samples are taken for 2, 4, 6 and 7 days before and after the placement respectively, so as to measure the proportion of clove, angelica dahurica, folium artemisiae argyi, mint, agastache rugosus and pepper in the volatile oil in the box, and the results are shown in table 1.

1. A traditional Chinese medicine composition is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: clove, angelica dahurica, folium artemisiae argyi, mint, agastache rugosus, pepper, eupatorium and rhizoma atractylodis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-16 parts of clove, 8-18 parts of mint, 6-14 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 6-14 parts of pepper, 6-14 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 3-9 parts of angelica dahurica, 2-6 parts of fortune eupatorium herb and 2-8 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-10 parts of clove, 10-18 parts of mint, 8-14 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 4-10 parts of pepper, 6-12 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 6-10 parts of angelica dahurica, 4-8 parts of fortune eupatorium herb and 6-8 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-16 parts of clove, 10-20 parts of mint, 2-12 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 4-14 parts of pepper, 8-14 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 4-10 parts of angelica dahurica, 4-10 parts of fortune eupatorium herb and 4-8 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6-16 parts of clove, 8-10 parts of mint, 6-8 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 6-14 parts of pepper, 8-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 2-8 parts of angelica dahurica, 6-10 parts of fortune eupatorium herb and 2-4 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.

The traditional Chinese medicine composition as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-12 parts of clove, 6-20 parts of mint, 8-18 parts of wrinkled gianthyssop herb, 2-4 parts of pepper, 10-14 parts of folium artemisiae argyi, 6-12 parts of angelica dahurica, 2-6 parts of fortune eupatorium herb and 6-10 parts of rhizoma atractylodis.
7. The method for preparing the Chinese medicinal composition according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the following steps:
(1) weighing clove, folium artemisiae argyi, mint, agastache rugosus and pepper according to the formula ratio, drying at a low temperature of 30-50 ℃, then uniformly mixing the raw materials, crushing and sieving to obtain dry powder for later use;
(2) drying radix angelicae at low temperature of 30-50 ℃, soaking the radix angelicae in ethanol with volume fraction of 70% -95%, and stirring to form paste to obtain radix angelicae paste for later use;
(3) and (3) uniformly mixing the dry powder obtained in the step (1) and the radix angelicae paste obtained in the step (2) according to a certain proportion to obtain mixed medicinal material powder, so as to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
8. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine composition according to claim 7, wherein in the step (3), the mass ratio of the dry powder to the radix angelicae paste is 2-6: 1-2.

The use as claimed in claim 9, wherein the Chinese medicinal composition obtained in step (3) of claim 7 is compressed into various shapes of block solid by a tablet press, and then ethanol is volatilized to form a block solid with micro-pores, dried in the shade, wrapped with air-permeable gauze, and wrapped in a foil paper to obtain the solid aromatic.
