Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a medicine, in particular to a compound traditional Chinese medicine for treating blood stasis headache.
Background
Headache due to blood stasis is one of headache syndromes, with symptoms of dizziness and swelling, severe headache, fixed pain, intermittent onset, lingering and unhealed, tongue with blood stasis or purple dark, and unsmooth pulse. The clinical morbidity is high due to qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by long-term illness or remains after trauma, and statistics shows that the morbidity accounts for 50 percent of headache, dizziness and swelling, stabbing pain or jumping pain on one side or two sides, fixed pain, thin white or thin yellow tongue fur, dark tongue texture or ecchymosis or petechia, and wiry and slow pulse. The body health and normal life of a patient are seriously affected, and at present, the treatment of blood stasis headache is generally carried out by adopting a treatment rule of an addition and subtraction formula of decoction for promoting the restoration of consciousness and activating blood, and blood stasis dispelling, and scorpion, centipede, earthworm, angelica dahurica and other medicines are preferably added for severe pain; for patients with qi deficiency, radix astragali may be added. Generally, in the prescription, the dosage of red, white peony root, chuanxiong rhizome, etc. should be slightly larger. However, due to the problems of the prescription and the dosage, the use and the curative effect are not satisfactory, so the improvement and the innovation of the medicament for treating the blood stasis headache are imperative.
