Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mask composition, belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a hidden mask composition containing a wood shaving water extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The wood shaving water is called sticking head tree in ancient times, Shanghai refers to coagulation wood shaving, which is the tree, and painters live friend and release the way in the self-speaking self-painting: "is also called" the elm. The wood shavings are elm wood shavings, contain glue juice in them, and are a necessary product for combing and caring hair for ancient women.
Ancient times, there were three hundred and sixty rows, of which the deal wood shavings were one row. A short foot long stool is carried by a vendor, a hole is formed in the front end of the stool surface, a bamboo rod with more than two feet is inserted into the hole, a string of serially overlapped condensed wood shavings is hung on the bamboo rod, the width of the bamboo rod is about two inches, the length of the bamboo rod is half of the length of the stool, a section of smooth yellowish rectangular elm wood is further arranged on the stool, the broad plane is slightly pushed, a piece of thin wavy condensed wood shavings form a commodity, the condensed wood shavings are soaked in hot water to seep viscous liquid, and then the liquid is filled into a shaving cylinder and is smeared on hair by a hairbrush. At a moment, the hair can be identified by shining, is convenient for combing and shaping, can emit light fragrance, has the effects of moistening and blackening the hair, and is a genuine natural green hair care product.
Until today, Beijing opera Danjiao is still under the ancient method, and the temple patches on the two sides of the cheek are not necessarily made of coagulated wood shavings. The white pulp inside the old elm bark is dried and called as wood shavings, and the wood shavings soaking water is the wood shavings water for the paster. The shaving lotion is skin-friendly, mild and non-irritating.
However, how to innovate again by using the 'condensed wood shavings' of the ancient method to obtain a brand-new facial mask product for the skin care product industry is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the current field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hidden line mask composition containing a wood shaving water extract, which starts from the wisdom of the ancient traditional technology in China, and has various similar structures through modern technical innovation, so that the hidden line mask composition can play the functions of the mask in multiple angles and multiple ways and has the effects of tightening skin and fading wrinkles.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the concealed mark facial mask composition containing the wood shaving water extract, which is simple and convenient to operate, and has the advantages of good stability, low cost and simplicity in application through crushing, soaking extraction, filtration and preparation processes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of a hidden mark mask composition containing a wood shaving water extract comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
30.0 to 40.0 percent of wood shaving water extract (ulmus pumila bark extract);
3.0 to 8.0 percent of glycerin;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of hydrolyzed collagen;
0.1 to 5.0 percent of panthenol;
0.1 to 0.5 percent of preservative;
the balance being deionized water.
Further, the hidden-line mask composition containing the wood shaving water extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
35.0 to 40.0 percent of wood shaving water extract (ulmus pumila bark extract);
3.0 to 5.0 percent of glycerin;
0.1 to 0.3 percent of hydrolyzed collagen;
0.1 to 3.0 percent of panthenol;
0.5 percent of preservative;
the balance being deionized water.
Further, the mask composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
wood shaving water extract (Ulmus davidiana bark extract) 36.0%;
5.0% of glycerin;
0.2% of hydrolyzed collagen;
0.1% of panthenol;
0.5 percent of preservative;
the balance being deionized water.
By adopting the technical scheme, the manufacturing raw material is viscous liquid separated out by soaking the elm shavings in water, and the viscous liquid contains rich polysaccharide substances and has various effects of lifting and compacting instantly, smoothing wrinkles and the like.
Further, the aqueous extract of wood shavings is prepared by the following process steps, including raw material crushing, soaking, extraction, filtration and formulation. The method specifically comprises the following operation steps:
1) crushing: pulverizing cortex Ulmi Pumilae (wood shavings);
2) extraction: adding hot water (65-85 deg.C) into cortex Ulmi Pumilae (wood shavings), soaking for at least 6h, adding complex enzyme for extraction, and removing residue to obtain crude extractive solution;
3) and (3) filtering: settling the crude extract and filtering to obtain filtrate;
4) and (3) microfiltration: the filtrate is microfiltered to obtain percolate, and then water is added for continuous microfiltration until the total amount of the percolate is equal
The initial amount obtained in step three in the filtrate;
5) and (3) ultrafiltration: carrying out ultrafiltration on the percolate obtained in the step four, removing clear liquid and leaving concentrated solution;
6) preparation: and (3) preparing the concentrated solution in the step into a solution which is 20 percent of the crude drug by using deionized water.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, above-mentioned wood shavings (elm bark) raw and other materials are all adopted natural plant to be raw and other materials, and green is pollution-free, adopts the compound enzyme (for example, collagenase, cellulase and protease) extraction of plant class, can effective enzymolysis raw and other materials (the medicinal material) for the active ingredient in the raw and other materials can be fully decomposed out.
Then, primary filtration, microfiltration and ultrafiltration are adopted, namely, a plurality of filtration modes are matched for use, so that complex enzyme can be effectively screened, and effective separation between the enzyme and filtrate (also can be concentrated solution or percolate) is effectively realized; but also can remove insoluble substances in the filtrate, reduce the stimulation effect of the insoluble substances on the skin, obtain the filtrate with relatively low molecular weight, and be beneficial to promoting the absorption effect on the skin.
Furthermore, in the step 1), the particle size of the wood shavings (elm bark) obtained after crushing is controlled between 100 meshes and 120 meshes.
Because the wood shavings (elm barks) are blocky, the extraction efficiency of the complex enzyme is lower by directly adopting the complex enzyme, the contact area between the complex enzyme and the wood shavings (elm barks) can be effectively improved after the crushing treatment, and the enzymolysis efficiency and quality are greatly improved.
Further, in the step 2), the complex enzyme is a mixture of two or three of 0.6-2.2% of pectinase, 0.6-2.2% of cellulase and 0.6-1.5% of protease.
Further, the cellulase is one or more of C-1 enzyme, C-x enzyme and beta glucosidase; the C-1 enzyme is an enzyme that acts initially on cellulose, disrupting the crystalline structure of the cellulose chain; the C-x enzyme is cellulase which acts on cellulose activated by the C-1 enzyme and decomposes beta-1, 4-glycosidic bonds; beta-glucosidase can break down cellobiose, cellotriose and other low molecular cellodextrins to glucose.
Further, the protease is plant protease, preferably papain. The natural plant is rich in pectin, cellulose and protein, and is extracted by using complex enzyme (pectinase, cellulase and protease), so that the enzymolysis effect on the raw materials can be effectively improved, and the active ingredients (namely effective ingredients) in the raw materials are more efficiently released.
Further, in the step 2), the temperature during extraction is controlled to be 0-82 ℃, and the extraction time is 3-4 h. During extraction, the preferred extraction temperature is 50-55 ℃; the pH during extraction is 4-6.5, preferably 5.5-6.5. The pectinase is obtained by fermenting and refining Aspergillus niger. The pectinase is mainly used for juicing and clarifying fruit and vegetable juice beverages and fruit wine, and has a good effect of decomposing pectin. The appropriate temperature of the pectinase is about 20-55 ℃, and the optimal temperature is 50 ℃; the pH is 4-6.
The cellulase is a complex enzyme system consisting of a plurality of hydrolytic enzymes, and a plurality of fungi in nature can secrete the cellulase. The cellulase is suitably at a temperature of 25-30 deg.C and a pH of 5.5-6.5.
In addition, proteases are a class of enzymes (enzymes) in the body that are effective in breaking down proteins. The breakdown method is to break peptide bonds that link amino acids into polypeptide chains. Wherein the papain is extracted from fructus Chaenomelis, and the optimum temperature is about 50 deg.C. Therefore, the complex enzyme has the strongest activity at the temperature of 50-55 ℃ and the pH value of 5.5-5.5.
Further, in the step 4), the aperture of the filtering membrane is 30nm, the pressure for microfiltration is 3-5bar, and the microfiltration is carried out at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ until the percolate can not seep out. The pressurized microfiltration operation is carried out under the filtering membrane with the aperture of 30nm, so that the filtering efficiency is effectively improved.
Further, in the step 5), the cut-off molecular weight of the filtering membrane is controlled at 50000D, the ultrafiltration is carried out at the pressure of 10-15bar and the temperature of 50-80 ℃. The pressurization operation is carried out in the ultrafiltration process, and the ultramicro efficiency can be improved on the basis of ensuring the effective ultramicro.
Further, in the step 6), 0.3 to 1 weight percent of preservative is added, and sterilization treatment is carried out; the preservative is selected from one or more of methylparaben, chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol.
Further, the preservative comprises 0.5% of menthone and 0.5% of hexanediol by weight percentage. Preservative such as carithamine and 0.5% hexanediol are added to improve the storage time of the composition.
In addition, the preparation method of the hidden mark mask containing the wood shaving water extract comprises the following steps:
1) adding glycerol into a water phase pot, starting stirring, sequentially adding hydrolyzed collagen and panthenol, heating to 82 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 12 minutes until the glycerol is completely dissolved;
2) keeping the stirring speed of an emulsifying pot at 350 r/min, sucking the components obtained in the step 1) in vacuum, homogenizing at low speed for 3 min, and cooling; cooling to 55 deg.C, adding the water extract of wood shavings into the emulsifying pot, stirring, and stirring;
3) stirring and cooling to below 42 ℃, adding the preservatives in sequence, and stirring for 15 minutes until the mixture is uniform; cooling to 37 deg.C, filtering and discharging; and (5) inspecting, discharging and filling.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) the invention has the advantages of immediate compactness, fine grain fading, good stability, low cost and simple application;
2) the hidden mark mask composition disclosed by the invention is prepared from natural plants, so that pollution is avoided, and the safety is high;
3) the invention adopts a plurality of filtering modes to be matched for use, not only can effectively screen the complex enzyme, but also can effectively realize the effective separation between the enzyme and the filtrate (also can be concentrated solution or percolate); but also can remove insoluble substances in the filtrate, reduce the stimulation effect of the insoluble substances on the skin, obtain the filtrate with relatively low molecular weight, and be beneficial to promoting the absorption effect on the skin.
