Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性上光油,所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液60‑70g、苯乙烯‑丙烯酸酯树脂液5‑12g、防滑蜡乳液10‑15g、助剂6‑8g、水6‑10g。本发明提高了水性上光油的防滑性能,不需要再添加其他交联剂就能达到很好的防滑效果,非常实用,值得以后推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及光油技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性上光油及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于水性上光油具有无毒、环保、价格低廉等特点,已经越来越多运用在纸品印刷行业,但由于水性上光油在光泽、防水等方面仍有不足,不能很好地满足客户需求,在手挽袋,啤酒箱等要求防潮防水领域应用受到限制,本发明旨在解决这一技术难题。因此,提出了一种水性上光油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种水性上光油,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种水性上光油,所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液60-70g、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液5-12g、防滑蜡乳液10-15g、助剂6-8g、水6-10g。
优选的,所述室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液是一种加入功能单体 DAAM(双丙酮丙烯酰胺)和交联剂ADH(己二酰肼)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的聚丙烯酸乳液。
优选的,所述助剂为消泡剂、滑爽剂、成膜助剂中的一种。
优选的,所述苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液是碱溶性苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂。
优选的,所述防滑蜡乳液是固体份为30-40g的特殊防滑蜡乳液。
优选的,所述消泡剂为破泡聚硅氧烷和憎水颗粒在聚乙二醇中的混合物,固含量为95-100g。
优选的,所述滑爽剂为超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷的水分散体。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯或二丙二醇甲醚。
本发明还提供一种水性上光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
常温下,先加入室温交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,然后在800-900转/ 分钟的转速下边搅拌边缓慢地依次加入消泡剂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、成膜助剂,25-35分钟后调低转速至350-450转/ 分钟,再分散20-40分钟,使体系的各种原料分散均匀,即得到一种防水水性上光油。
室温交联型丙烯酸乳液的制备,通过乳液聚合的方法,合成了含有双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)功能单体的乳液,后期添加己二酰肼(ADH),制成乳液,这种乳液为玉色半透明的单组分室温可固化聚丙烯酸酯乳液
乳液配方
合成工艺:
(1)预乳化
在装有电动搅拌器、温度计、冷凝管及滴液漏斗的500ml四颈瓶中加入第一段用碱溶性树脂,单体,乳化剂以及去离子水,在54±2℃搅拌约10min,得到预乳化液。
(2)种子乳液制备
取1/4预乳化液在四颈瓶中,升温至74±2℃,然后滴加1/4 APS溶液,反应30min,制得种子乳液。
(3)乳液聚合
核乳液制备:将剩余的APS溶液分成四份,保持反应温度不变,加一份APS溶液与反应瓶中,并滴加剩余3/4预乳化液,1h 滴完,其中每隔30min补加一份APS溶液;
壳乳液制备:
方法一:第二段单体不预乳化。将第二段单体溶于去离子水,并一次性加入反应瓶中,补加一份APS溶液,然后滴加第二段单体的混合溶液,1h内滴加完,保温反应2h,其中每隔30min补加一份APS液;
方法二;第二段单体预乳化。将第二段单体、乳化剂、去离子水预乳化,方法同种子用预乳化法,然后慢慢滴加进核乳液中, 1h内滴加完,保温反应2h,其中每隔30min补加一份APS液;
升温至80±1℃,反应2h,降至室温,并缓慢加入10%ADH溶液,用氨水中和至中性。过滤,出料,得到一种呈蓝光的乳白色乳液。
碱溶性苯丙树脂的合成,采用半连续聚合工艺。
合成配方:
合成工艺:
首先将适量溶剂、分子量调节剂、部分单体溶液(约占总单体溶液的30%)、部分引发剂溶液(占总引发剂溶液的90%)加入反应器,并将剩余的单体溶液加入到恒压分液漏斗中,然后加热到130℃,缓慢搅拌,预热30min后滴加单体溶液,2h滴完,再补加引发剂溶液后保温2h,降温得到聚合物溶液;将聚合物溶液逐渐倾倒入含去离子水的托盘,不断搅拌,直至固体物全部析出成较小颗粒,然后减压抽滤,得到的固体聚合物干燥即为碱溶性苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂固体粉末。
固体树脂碱化,将一定量的固体树脂和去离子水加入反映器中,升温到70℃,缓慢搅拌,然后缓慢滴加氨水,直至固体树脂完全溶解,调节pH值至8-9。即得碱溶性苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂液。
本发明提供的一种水性上光油,本发明以室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、助剂、水为原料,制得的光油在光泽、防水等方面可以很好地满足客户需求,提高了水性上光油的防滑性能,不需要再添加其他交联剂就能达到很好的防滑效果,非常实用,值得以后推广使用。

实施例1
一种水性上光油,所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液60g、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液5g、防滑蜡乳液 10g、助剂6g、水6g。
本发明还提供一种水性上光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
常温下,先加入室温交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,然后在800转/分钟的转速下边搅拌边缓慢地依次加入消泡剂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、成膜助剂,25分钟后调低转速至350转/分钟,再分散20分钟,使体系的各种原料分散均匀,即得到一种防水水性上光油。

实施例3
一种水性上光油,所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液65g、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液10g、防滑蜡乳液 12g、助剂7g、水8g。
本发明还提供一种水性上光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
常温下,先加入室温交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,然后在850转/分钟的转速下边搅拌边缓慢地依次加入消泡剂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、成膜助剂,30分钟后调低转速至420转/分钟,再分散35分钟,使体系的各种原料分散均匀,即得到一种防水水性上光油。
实施例4
一种水性上光油,所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液70g、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液12g、防滑蜡乳液 15g、助剂8g、水10g。
本发明还提供一种水性上光油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
常温下,先加入室温交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,然后在900转/分钟的转速下边搅拌边缓慢地依次加入消泡剂、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、成膜助剂,35分钟后调低转速至450转/分钟,再分散40分钟,使体系的各种原料分散均匀,即得到一种防水水性上光油。

1.一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述水性上光油按照重量的配方如下:室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液60-70g、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液5-12g、防滑蜡乳液10-15g、助剂6-8g、水6-10g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述室温交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液是一种加入功能单体DAAM(双丙酮丙烯酰胺)和交联剂ADH(己二酰肼)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的聚丙烯酸乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述助剂为消泡剂、滑爽剂、成膜助剂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯树脂液是碱溶性苯乙烯-丙烯酸树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述防滑蜡乳液是固体份为30-40g的特殊防滑蜡乳液。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为破泡聚硅氧烷和憎水颗粒在聚乙二醇中的混合物,固含量为95-100g。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述滑爽剂为超高分子量聚二甲基硅氧烷的水分散体。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种水性上光油,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯或二丙二醇甲醚。
9.一种权利要求1所述的水性上光油的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
常温下,先加入室温交联型丙烯酸酯乳液,然后在800-900转/分钟的转速下边搅拌边缓慢地依次加入消泡剂、苯乙烯- 丙烯酸酯树脂液、防滑蜡乳液、成膜助剂,25-35分钟后调低转速至350-450转/分钟,再分散20-40分钟,使体系的各种原料分散均匀,即得到一种防水水性上光油。
