the laser marking control method comprises the following steps:
(1) the motor 16 is started to rotate through an external power supply and an external control device, the driving gear 12 is driven to rotate through a transmission belt transmission mechanism of the driven pulley 13, the transmission belt 14 and the driving pulley 15, the driven gear 11 is driven to do intermittent motion through the rotation of the driving gear 12, the part mounting working plate 3 is driven to rotate through the transmission belt transmission mechanism formed by the part mounting driven pulley 5, the part mounting transmission belt 6 and the part mounting driving pulley 7, and the rotation of the marking working table 2, the part mounting working plate 3 and the part taking hole 0301 is realized through the transmission belt transmission mechanism formed by the part unloading driving pulley 8, the part unloading transmission belt 9 and the part unloading driven pulley 10;
(2) the bearing is fed into the feeding port 18 by the left conveyor belt, falls into the feeding port 18, falls into the pickup hole 0301 through the feeding port 18 and rotates along with the piece mounting working plate 3, when the bearing rotates to the piece mounting hole 1901, falls onto the lifting platform 2002 from the piece mounting hole 1901, under the rotation of the marking working table 2, the guide wheel 2001 slides along the working table slideway 17 to drive the pulling rod 20 to move downwards to drive the lifting platform 2002 to move downwards, the bearing is taken down, when the pulling rod 20 is in contact with the pulling block 21, the pulling block 21 is pulled downwards, the clamping block 23 is driven to swing inwards at the top of the clamping lever 22 under the action of the lever to clamp the bearing, and when the bearing rotates to the next station, the bearing is stopped to mark;
(3) after marking, the marking workbench 2, the part loading workbench 3 and the part unloading manipulator fixing table 4 continue to rotate, the guide wheel 2001 continues to slide along the workbench slideway 17 to drive the pulling rod 20 to move upwards to drive the pulling block 21 to move upwards to loosen the bearing, the lifting platform 2002 is driven to continue to move upwards to jack the bearing, the marking workbench 2 continues to rotate to reach a part unloading station, the marking workbench 2, the part loading workbench 3 and the part unloading manipulator fixing table 4 continue to rotate to drive the roller 25 to slide on the cam 2401, when the roller slides to a part where the radius of the cam 2401 is increased, the roller 25 drives the pushing rod 27 to move towards the left side to push the connecting rod 28 towards the left side, the grabbing block 30 clamps the bearing under the action of the lever and simultaneously drives the bearing to rotate, when the roller 25 slides to a part where the radius of the cam 2401 is decreased, the pushing rod 27 moves towards the circle center to loosen the bearing and drops onto a descending conveying belt, therefore, automatic assembly, automatic clamping and automatic disassembly of the bearing are realized.
2. The laser marking control method of claim 1, wherein:
three groups of workpiece taking holes (0301) are uniformly distributed and arranged outside the workpiece mounting working plate (3), the aperture of each workpiece taking hole (0301) is slightly larger than the diameter of the outer ring of the bearing to be marked, and the thickness of the workpiece mounting working plate (3) is equal to that of the bearing to be marked;
a group of assembling holes (1901) are formed in the right side of the assembling fixing plate (19): the diameter of the fitting hole (1901) is slightly larger than the diameter of the outer ring of the bearing to be marked;
the top of the tensioning block (21) is provided with a group of positioning tables (2101), the top of each positioning table (2101) is provided with a large chamfer, and the diameter of each positioning table (2101) is slightly smaller than that of an inner ring of a bearing to be marked;
the bottom of the pulling rod (20) is provided with a group of guide wheels (2001), and the guide wheels (2001) are in sliding connection with the workbench slideway (17); the workbench slideway (17) is a circular track with vertical height changing along with the circumferential position;
a group of cams (2401) are arranged at the upper part of the unloading piece fixing shaft (24), and the cams (2401) are in sliding fit with the rollers (25);
the part mounting driven belt wheel (5), the part mounting driving belt wheel (7), the part unloading driving belt wheel (8) and the part unloading driven belt wheel (10) are synchronous belt wheels, and the part mounting transmission belt (6) and the part unloading transmission belt (9) are synchronous transmission belts;
the part mounting driven belt wheel (5), the part mounting driving belt wheel (6) and the part mounting driving belt wheel (7) jointly form a driving belt transmission mechanism, and the transmission ratio of the driving belt transmission mechanism is one; the part unloading driving belt wheel (8), the part unloading driving belt (9) and the part unloading driven belt wheel (10) jointly form a driving belt transmission mechanism, and the transmission ratio of the driving belt transmission mechanism is one; the driven belt wheel (13), the transmission belt (14) and the driving belt wheel (15) jointly form a transmission belt transmission mechanism;
the driving gear (12) is an incomplete gear, and the driven gear (11) and the driving gear (12) jointly form an incomplete gear transmission mechanism.
