Abstract
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a kitchen waste treatment system and a using method thereof, belonging to the technical field of environmental protection. The kitchen garbage treatment system comprises: the blanking device comprises a charging bucket and a blanking machine, wherein a pump inlet of the blanking machine stretches into the charging bucket; the conveying device comprises a conveying track, a first feed inlet and a first discharge outlet which are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying track, and a pump outlet of the blanking machine extends into the first feed inlet; the screening device comprises a conveying cylinder for conveying the decomposed and digested mixture, a roller screen for screening out large-volume interferents in the mixture and a probability screen for screening out small-volume interferents, and an air outlet is formed in the middle of the conveying cylinder; and the collection and treatment device is connected with the probability screen. Through the treatment scheme disclosed by the invention, the treatment efficiency and the environmental protection performance of the kitchen waste treatment system on kitchen waste are improved.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a kitchen waste treatment system and a using method thereof.
Background
At present, with the development of society and the growth of population, the damage of generated household garbage to the environment becomes more serious, and the improper treatment of kitchen garbage can easily cause environmental pollution, but most of the existing kitchen garbage treatment systems are buried or burned in a concentrated way after compression, so that the cost is high, the treatment steps are complex, and the environment is easy to be polluted.
It can be seen that there is a need for an environmentally friendly, efficient, automated kitchen waste treatment scheme.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a kitchen waste treatment system and a method for using the same, which aim to improve the above-mentioned problems.
In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a kitchen waste treatment system, including:
the blanking device comprises a charging bucket and a blanking machine, wherein a pump inlet of the blanking machine stretches into the charging bucket;
the conveying device comprises a conveying track, a first feed inlet and a first discharge outlet, wherein the first feed inlet and the first discharge outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying track, a pump outlet of the blanking machine extends into the first feed inlet, and the blanking machine is used for conveying kitchen waste and/or digestive organisms in the charging bucket onto the conveying track through the first feed inlet so that the digestive organisms decompose and digest the kitchen waste on the conveying track;
the screening device comprises a conveying cylinder for conveying the mixture after decomposition and digestion, a rotary screen for screening out large-volume interference objects in the mixture and a probability screen for screening out small-volume interference objects, wherein a second feeding port of the conveying cylinder is communicated with a first discharging port of the conveying track, the probability screen is communicated with a third discharging port of the rotary screen, the rotary screen is arranged at the second discharging port of the conveying cylinder, an air outlet is formed in the middle of the conveying cylinder, and a winnowing machine for removing light interference objects is arranged in the position, corresponding to the air outlet, in the conveying cylinder and is oriented to the air outlet;
and the collecting and processing device is connected with the probability screen and is used for collecting and screening out digested organisms of the drum screen.
According to a specific implementation of an embodiment of the disclosure, the conveying device further comprises an elevator, a plurality of boxes and a multi-layer support;
the lifters are arranged at the two ends of the conveying track;
the conveying track is arranged on the support, rollers are arranged at the bottom or on two sides of the box body, the rollers are clamped in the conveying track, and the box body moves along the conveying track through the rollers.
According to a specific implementation of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the lifter includes a mechanical arm, a motor, and a horizontally placed support frame;
the supporting frame is clamped by the mechanical arm, positioned at the same horizontal position with the conveying track and close to the conveying track;
the box body moves to the supporting frame along the conveying track, a driving shaft of the motor is connected with the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm drives the supporting frame to move up and down to the conveying tracks with different heights.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the disclosure, a joint of the mechanical arm and the lifter is a bearing structure, and a central shaft of the bearing structure is arranged on the lifter;
the motor drives the mechanical arm to clamp the supporting frame, so that the supporting frame can be overturned along the central shaft and used for dumping the insect materials in the box body.
According to a specific implementation of an embodiment of the disclosure, the air separator includes a first air separator and a second air separator;
the air blowing direction of the first air separator faces the air outlet, the second air separator is located below the first air separator, the air blowing direction of the second air separator faces the air blowing opening of the first air separator, and an arc-shaped baffle is arranged at the position of the air blowing opening of the second air separator.
According to a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the disclosure, the rotary screen is of a cylindrical structure with two open ends, one end of the rotary screen is communicated with the conveying cylinder, and the other end of the rotary screen is connected with the probability screen;
elliptical screen holes in array layout are formed in the rotary screen, the short axis of each elliptical screen hole is 0.5 cm, and the long axis of each elliptical screen hole is 3 cm.
According to a specific implementation of an embodiment of the disclosure, the collection and treatment device includes a dryer and a cooker;
one end of the steaming machine is connected with the probability screen, the other end of the steaming machine is communicated with the dryer, the steaming machine is used for steaming and sterilizing the digested organisms screened out of the probability screen, and the dryer is used for conveying the steamed digested organisms into the dryer for drying.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for using the kitchen waste treatment system according to any one of the above disclosed embodiments, the method including:
providing a kitchen waste treatment system and insect materials, wherein the kitchen waste treatment system comprises a blanking device, a conveying device, a screening device and a collecting and treating device;
controlling a blanking machine of the blanking device to convey the insect material to a conveying track of the conveying device for digestion and decomposition;
after a preset digestion period, controlling an elevator of the conveying device to move a box body of the conveying device to the first discharge hole, and overturning the box body to convey the decomposed and digested mixture to the screening device;
and controlling the screening device to carry out screening operation on the decomposed and digested mixture, and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
According to a specific implementation of an embodiment of the disclosure, the collection and treatment device includes a dryer and a cooker;
after the step of controlling the screening apparatus to subject the decomposed digested mixture to a screening operation and transferring the screened digested organisms to the collection and treatment apparatus, the method further comprises:
controlling the digestion machine to carry out digestion treatment operation on the digested organisms to obtain digested organisms after digestion sterilization;

controlling the probability screen to screen out the total small-volume interferents of the tertiary mixture to obtain the digestive organism;
and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
The kitchen garbage processing system in this disclosed embodiment includes: the blanking device comprises a charging bucket and a blanking machine, wherein a pump inlet of the blanking machine stretches into the charging bucket; the conveying device comprises a conveying track, a first feed inlet and a first discharge outlet, wherein the first feed inlet and the first discharge outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying track, a pump outlet of the blanking machine extends into the first feed inlet, and the blanking machine is used for conveying kitchen waste and/or digestive organisms in the charging bucket onto the conveying track through the first feed inlet so that the digestive organisms decompose and digest the kitchen waste on the conveying track; the screening device comprises a conveying cylinder for conveying the mixture after decomposition and digestion, a rotary screen for screening out large-volume interference objects in the mixture and a probability screen for screening out small-volume interference objects, wherein a second feeding port of the conveying cylinder is communicated with a first discharging port of the conveying track, the probability screen is communicated with a third discharging port of the rotary screen, the rotary screen is arranged at the second discharging port of the conveying cylinder, an air outlet is formed in the middle of the conveying cylinder, and a winnowing machine for removing light interference objects is arranged in the position, corresponding to the air outlet, in the conveying cylinder and is oriented to the air outlet; and the collecting and processing device is connected with the probability screen and is used for collecting and screening out digested organisms of the drum screen. Through the scheme of the disclosure, the kitchen waste treatment efficiency and the environmental protection performance of the kitchen waste treatment system are improved.

When in use, the discharging device 110 pumps kitchen waste and digestive organisms out to the conveying device 120, wherein the digestive organisms can select black soldier flies with strong digestion and decomposition capabilities, after the black soldier flies complete the decomposition and digestion of the kitchen waste on the conveying device 120, the conveying device 120 conveys the decomposed and digested mixture to the screening device 130 to separate the black soldier flies from the digested and decomposed waste and other interfering substances, and then conveys the screened black soldier flies to the collecting and processing device to process the black soldier flies.

one end of the cooking machine 142 is connected with the probability screen 133, the other end of the cooking machine 142 is communicated with the dryer 141, the cooking machine 142 is used for performing cooking sterilization treatment on the digested organisms screened out of the probability screen 133, and the dryer 141 is used for conveying the digested organisms after cooking treatment into the dryer 141 for drying treatment.
In use, the dryer 141 and the digester 142 are used to process the screened digested organisms for reuse. The black soldier flies screened out can be conveyed into the steaming machine 142 by using the steaming machine 142 to be steamed, the black soldier flies are sterilized at high temperature, then the steamed black soldier flies are conveyed into the dryer 141 to be dried, the subsequent storage and sales are facilitated, and of course, the black soldier flies can be connected with the steaming machine 142 by using a cleaning device, after the black soldier flies are steamed by the steaming machine 142, the black soldier flies are cleaned and cooled by the cleaning device, then the cleaned and cooled black soldier flies are conveyed to a freezing device, and the black soldier flies are frozen, so that the subsequent storage and sales are facilitated.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a using method of the kitchen waste treatment system, which comprises the following steps:
providing a kitchen waste treatment system and insect materials, wherein the kitchen waste treatment system comprises a blanking device, a conveying device, a screening device and a collecting and treating device;
controlling a blanking machine of the blanking device to convey the insect material to a conveying track of the conveying device for digestion and decomposition;
when the method is implemented, the blanking device is controlled to convey kitchen waste and digestive organisms in the charging bucket to the conveying track through the first feeding hole, and the conveying track bears the mixture of the kitchen waste and the digestive organisms, so that the digestive organisms decompose and digest the kitchen waste on the conveying track.
After a preset digestion period, controlling an elevator of the conveying device to move a box body of the conveying device to the first discharge hole, and overturning the box body to convey the decomposed and digested mixture to the screening device;
when the method is specifically implemented, the preset digestion time period can be 7 days, the preset digestion time period is defined as a time period for decomposing and digesting kitchen waste by using the black soldier flies, after the black soldier flies reach 7 days, after the black soldier flies complete the decomposition and digestion of the kitchen waste in the box body, the lifter of the conveying device is controlled to move the box body of the conveying device to the first discharge hole, and the box body is turned over to convey the decomposed and digested mixture to the screening device.
And controlling the screening device to carry out screening operation on the decomposed and digested mixture, and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
The decomposed and digested mixture comprises digested organisms and kitchen waste which cannot be digested and decomposed by the digested organisms, the decomposed and digested mixture is screened by the screening device under the control of the screening device, and the digested organisms of the decomposed and digested mixture are transmitted to the collecting and processing device after being screened by the screening device.
On the basis of the embodiment, the collecting and processing device comprises a dryer and a cooking machine;
after the step of controlling the screening apparatus to subject the decomposed digested mixture to a screening operation and transferring the screened digested organisms to the collection and treatment apparatus, the method further comprises:
controlling the digestion machine to carry out digestion treatment operation on the digested organisms to obtain digested organisms after digestion sterilization;
and controlling the dryer to convey the digested organisms subjected to the steaming and sterilizing treatment into the dryer for drying operation, so as to obtain the dried digested organisms.
For example, the screened black soldier flies can be conveyed into the steaming machine by using the steaming machine to be steamed, the black soldier flies are subjected to high-temperature sterilization, then the steamed and sterilized black soldier flies are conveyed into the dryer to be dried, so that the black soldier flies are convenient to store and sell later, and of course, the black soldier flies can be further connected with the steaming machine by using a cleaning device, after being steamed by the steaming machine, the black soldier flies are cleaned and cooled by the cleaning device, then the cleaned and cooled black soldier flies are conveyed to a freezing device, and the black soldier flies are subjected to freezing treatment, so that the black soldier flies are convenient to store and sell later. Of course, the dryer can also be used for low-temperature drying operation for other components which are required to be stored and not resistant to high temperature.
On the basis of the embodiment, the screening device comprises a conveying cylinder, a rotary screen and a probability screen;
the step of controlling the screening apparatus to perform a screening operation on the decomposed and digested mixture and to transfer the screened digested organisms to the collection and treatment apparatus, includes:
controlling a winnowing machine arranged in the conveying cylinder to screen out light interferents in the decomposed and digested primary mixture to obtain a secondary mixture containing the digested organisms;
controlling the trommel to screen out a large volume of interferents in the secondary mixture to obtain a tertiary mixture containing the digested organisms;
controlling the probability screen to screen out the total small-volume interferents of the tertiary mixture to obtain the digestive organism;
and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
In the specific implementation, the decomposed and digested mixture is conveyed into the conveying cylinder, a winnowing machine arranged in the conveying cylinder is controlled to screen out light interferents in the decomposed and digested mixture, wherein the wind directions of the two winnowing machines are different, the light interferents in the decomposed and digested mixture can be screened out to the greatest extent, the decomposed and digested mixture after being screened out by the winnowing machine is conveyed to the rotary screen, the rotary screen is controlled to screen out the large-volume interferents of the decomposed and digested mixture after the light interferents are screened out, large-volume interferents such as plastic bags, film paper and the like in the decomposed and digested mixture are screened out, and then the probability screen is controlled to convey small-particle interferents such as fine sand and the like in the mixture to the collecting and processing device.
To sum up, above-mentioned kitchen garbage processing system of this disclosed embodiment through setting up unloader, conveyer and sieving mechanism, has realized automatic garbage treatment mode, and through the biological treatment of kitchen garbage of digestion, has reduced the harm to the environment, has improved kitchen garbage's treatment effeciency and environmental protection performance.

Claims (8)
1. A kitchen waste treatment system, comprising:
the blanking device comprises a charging bucket and a blanking machine, wherein a pump inlet of the blanking machine stretches into the charging bucket;
the conveying device comprises a conveying track, a first feed inlet and a first discharge outlet, wherein the first feed inlet and the first discharge outlet are respectively arranged at two ends of the conveying track, a pump outlet of the blanking machine extends into the first feed inlet, and the blanking machine is used for conveying kitchen waste and/or digestive organisms in the charging bucket onto the conveying track through the first feed inlet so that the digestive organisms decompose and digest the kitchen waste on the conveying track; the conveying device further comprises an elevator, a plurality of box bodies and a multi-layer bracket; the lifters are arranged at the two ends of the conveying track; the conveying track is arranged on the support, rollers are arranged at the bottom or two sides of the box body, the rollers are clamped in the conveying track, and the box body moves along the conveying track through the rollers; the lifter comprises a mechanical arm, a motor and a horizontally placed supporting frame; the supporting frame is clamped by the mechanical arm, positioned at the same horizontal position with the conveying track and close to the conveying track; the box body moves onto the supporting frame along the conveying track, a driving shaft of the motor is connected with the mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm drives the supporting frame to move up and down to the conveying tracks with different heights;
the screening device comprises a conveying cylinder for conveying the mixture after decomposition and digestion, a rotary screen for screening out large-volume interference objects in the mixture and a probability screen for screening out small-volume interference objects, wherein a second feeding port of the conveying cylinder is communicated with a first discharging port of the conveying track, the probability screen is communicated with a third discharging port of the rotary screen, the rotary screen is arranged at the second discharging port of the conveying cylinder, an air outlet is formed in the middle of the conveying cylinder, and a winnowing machine for removing light interference objects is arranged in the position, corresponding to the air outlet, in the conveying cylinder and is oriented to the air outlet;
and the collecting and processing device is connected with the probability screen and is used for collecting and screening out digested organisms of the drum screen.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the connection of the mechanical arm and the elevator is a bearing structure, and a central shaft of the bearing structure is arranged on the elevator;
the motor drives the mechanical arm to clamp the supporting frame, so that the supporting frame can be overturned along the central shaft and used for dumping the insect materials in the box body.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the air separator comprises a first air separator and a second air separator;
the air blowing direction of the first air separator faces the air outlet, the second air separator is located below the first air separator, the air blowing direction of the second air separator faces the air blowing opening of the first air separator, and an arc-shaped baffle is arranged at the position of the air blowing opening of the second air separator.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the trommel is a cylindrical structure with two open ends, one end of the trommel is communicated with the conveying cylinder, and the other end of the trommel is connected with the probability screen;
elliptical screen holes in array layout are formed in the rotary screen, the short axis of each elliptical screen hole is 0.5 cm, and the long axis of each elliptical screen hole is 3 cm.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the collection treatment device comprises a dryer and a digester;
one end of the steaming machine is connected with the probability screen, the other end of the steaming machine is communicated with the dryer, the steaming machine is used for steaming and sterilizing the digested organisms screened out of the probability screen, and the dryer is used for conveying the steamed digested organisms into the dryer for drying.
6. A method of using a kitchen waste treatment system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, the method comprising:
providing a kitchen waste treatment system and insect materials, wherein the kitchen waste treatment system comprises a blanking device, a conveying device, a screening device and a collecting and treating device;
controlling a blanking machine of the blanking device to convey the insect material to a conveying track of the conveying device for digestion and decomposition;
after a preset digestion period, controlling an elevator of the conveying device to move a box body of the conveying device to the first discharge hole, and overturning the box body to convey the decomposed and digested mixture to the screening device;
and controlling the screening device to carry out screening operation on the decomposed and digested mixture, and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the collection and treatment device comprises a dryer and a digester;
after the step of controlling the screening apparatus to subject the decomposed digested mixture to a screening operation and transferring the screened digested organisms to the collection and treatment apparatus, the method further comprises:
controlling the digestion machine to carry out digestion treatment operation on the digested organisms to obtain digested organisms after digestion sterilization;
and controlling the dryer to convey the digested organisms subjected to the steaming and sterilizing treatment into the dryer for drying operation, so as to obtain the dried digested organisms.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the screening device comprises a conveyor drum, a trommel screen, and a probability screen;
the step of controlling the screening apparatus to perform a screening operation on the decomposed and digested mixture and to transfer the screened digested organisms to the collection and treatment apparatus, includes:
controlling a winnowing machine arranged in the conveying cylinder to screen out light interferents in the decomposed and digested primary mixture to obtain a secondary mixture containing the digested organisms;
controlling the trommel to screen out a large volume of interferents in the secondary mixture to obtain a tertiary mixture containing the digested organisms;
controlling the probability screen to screen out the total small-volume interferents of the tertiary mixture to obtain the digestive organism;
and conveying the screened digested organisms to the collecting and processing device.
