Description

Mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry and application thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of insect repellents, in particular to an insect repellent spray for livestock and poultry and application thereof.
[ background of the invention ]
The temperature is higher in summer and autumn, mosquitoes become more and more, and mosquitoes and flies can carry more than 60 kinds of bacteria, viruses and parasites, wherein the diseases comprise main diseases such as foot and mouth disease, swine fever, swine encephalitis B, pseudorabies, ascariasis, brucellosis, eperythrozoonosis of pigs and the like. The pain and the itch brought to the pigs by the mosquitoes biting the pigs, the normal life of the pigs can be influenced to different degrees by the reduction of the rest time and the discomfort brought by the pigs for solving the itch through the friction on objects such as walls, railings, feeding troughs and the like, and the pigs can pollute the feed and drinking water.
In order to avoid the harm of mosquitoes, the farm generally adopts the drug mosquito repelling (including mosquito repellent incense, pesticide, trichlorfon tablet, kerosene, insect bite, pyrethrin and other drugs for repelling mosquitoes), the physical mosquito repelling (door and window nailing and window screening and the like), the mosquito killing lamp and the like. The drug has certain toxicity to mosquito repelling, and mosquitoes can generate drug resistance after being used for a long time. Moreover, the mosquito killing medicine can not be placed together with the livestock and poultry feed, and has certain harm to the feeding personnel. The mosquito killer lamp has the problems that the quality is not guaranteed, and potential safety hazards exist in power utilization.
In view of the above, there is a need to provide a new mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry and its application to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

testing the mosquito repelling effect of animals:
1. subject:
experiment mosquito: 2000 of the aedes albopictus mosquitoes,
experimental mice: 30 mice, all male, weigh 25g + -2 g.
2. Preparing a medicament:
comparative group 1: mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry is not adopted to be sprayed on the body surface of the white mouse;
experimental group 1: the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry obtained in example 1 is sprayed on the body surface of a white mouse.
Experimental group 2: the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry obtained in example 2 is sprayed on the body surface of a white mouse.
3. The experimental scheme is as follows:
shearing off the abdominal hairs of 30 mice, applying the depilatory on the abdominal parts of 30 mice, wiping off the depilatory with a paper towel after 3min, and washing with tap water; 30 mice were fixed on a plastic plate with their abdomens facing up and the other parts of the 30 mice were tightly wrapped with gauze to cover the skin. The mice were placed in a mosquito cage with a size of 100cm x 80cm and containing 2000 aedes albopictus without blood-sucking for 4-5 days for 2min, and more than 20 mice with no more than 20 aedes albopictus stopped were qualified in the power of attack, and the mice were used for the avoidance experiment.
The mice were randomly divided into 3 groups of 10 mice each placed in four corners of a clean, originally mosquito-free, closed room. The camera is arranged near the white rat and used for shooting and recording the number of 2000 aedes albopictus which enter a room and fall on the abdomen of the white rat, and recording the biting number of the aedes albopictus for 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h and 24 h.
Effective protection rate (%) - (number of mosquito bites of comparative group 1-number of mosquito bites of experimental groups 1 and 2)/number of aedes albopictus bites of comparative group 1
4. As a result:
the results of the experiment are shown in table 1 below:
table 1:
Figure RE-GDA0002558042280000061
as can be seen from table 1, compared with the comparative group 1, the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 can effectively protect the white mouse from being bitten by mosquitoes; compared with the comparative group 1, the effective protection rate of the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 is obviously improved.
1. Subject:
experimental tripartite hybrid pigs (duroc, Changbai, approximately gram three breeds hybrid): the weight of the three-way hybrid pig is 65kg, the weight of the three-way hybrid pig is 60, the weight of each half of the male and female, and the number of births of the sow is consistent.
2. Preparing a medicament:
comparative group 2: mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry is not adopted to be sprayed on the body surface of the ternary hybrid pig;
experimental group 3: the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry obtained in the example 1 is sprayed on the body surface of the three-way hybrid pig at regular time every day.
Experimental group 4: the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry obtained in the example 2 is sprayed on the body surface of the three-way hybrid pig at regular time every day.
3. The experimental scheme is as follows:
the breeding management and the immunization are carried out for 40 days according to the same conventional method, the weight and the feed intake of the tripartite hybrid pigs of the comparison group 2, the experiment group 3 and the experiment group 4 are measured by dividing into 3 groups and each group comprises 20 pigs. The feed intake of the three-way hybrid pigs of the experimental groups 3 and 4 and the comparative group 2 is recorded every day at regular time, the three-way hybrid pigs are weighed as initial weights before feeding in the morning of the experiment, the three-way hybrid pigs are weighed as final weights after the experiment is finished, and the average daily gain and feeding efficiency of the comparative group 2, the experimental group 3 and the experimental group 4 are calculated respectively after the experiment is finished.
Average daily gain (end weight-initial weight)/day of experiment
Feeding efficiency is total feed intake/total weight gain
4. As a result:
the results of the experiment are shown in table 2 below:
table 2:
item Comparative group 2 Experimental group 3 Experimental group 4
Sample number (head) 20 20 20
Bite count of Aedes albopictus 189 46 37
Effective protective ratio (%) / 75.6% 80.4%

Terminal weight (kg) 94.86 96.42 96.98
Daily food intake (kg) 2.38b 2.43a 2.44a
Average daily gain (kg) 0.881b±0.24 0.90a±0.32 0.91a±0.81
Efficiency of rearing 2.70 2.69 2.70
Note: the difference in the upper right letters of the data indicates significant difference (p <0.05), and the same or no letters in the upper right letters of the same row of data indicates insignificant difference (p > 0.05).
Compared with the comparison group 2, the experimental group 3 and the experimental group 4 have fewer bites, high effective protection rate, obviously improved average daily gain, respectively improved amplitude of 2.36 percent and 2.72 percent, obviously different (p is less than 0.05), and respectively improved daily feed intake of 2.1 percent and 2.52 percent and obviously different (p is less than 0.05) compared with the comparison group 2. The raising efficiency of the experimental group 3 and the experimental group 4 is respectively improved by 0.25 percent and 0.2 percent compared with that of the comparative group 2.
It can be known from the results of the animal mosquito repellent effect tests that after the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry prepared in the embodiments 1 and 2 of the invention is sprayed on the body surface of animals, because the folium artemisiae argyi in the mosquito repellent spray for livestock and poultry has antibacterial and antiviral effects, and the folium artemisiae argyi has a fragrance, the fragrance has the effect of repelling mosquitoes, the biting number of aedes albopictus is obviously reduced, and the mosquito repellent spray has a good mosquito repellent effect.
The invention is not limited solely to that described in the specification and embodiments, and additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art, so that the invention is not limited to the specific details, representative apparatus, and examples shown and described herein, without departing from the spirit and scope of the general concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
