When in use: the height of the upper roll shaft 19 can be adjusted through the upper roll shaft adjusting mechanism 7, so that the gap between the upper roll shaft 19 and the lower roll shaft 17 is changed, the gap can be adjusted according to different diameters of straws, straws are longitudinally placed at the feed hopper 2, the first motor 12 and the second motor 13 are controlled to work through the control switch group 15, the first motor 12 works to transmit power to the movable transmission mechanism 5 through the speed reducing mechanism 4, the speed reducing mechanism 4 reduces the rotating speed and improves the torque, the movable transmission mechanism 5 can enable the lower roll shaft 17 and the upper roll shaft 19 to rotate oppositely, the lower roll shaft 17 and the upper roll shaft 19 opposite roll the straws, the straws are shrunken and become crisp, after the upper roll shaft adjusting mechanism 7 adjusts the height of the upper roll shaft 19, the power supply to the upper roll shaft 19 is not influenced, the second motor 13 works to transmit the power to the cutter 22 at the bottom of the cutter rest 10 through the second motor 13, and, the sword groove on the cooperation installing frame 3 cuts off the straw that has rolled, and the garrulous straw that the follow-up straw that feeds will have cut off pushes away out stub bar 14 play, goes out stub bar 14 and can incline to set up, makes things convenient for garrulous straw roll-off to hold.

s2: the control switch group 15 is connected with an external power supply, the control switch group 15 controls the first motor 12 to work, the speed is reduced through the speed reducing mechanism 4, then the lower roller shaft 17 and the upper roller shaft 19 rotate oppositely through the movable transmission mechanism 5, and the straws are rolled;
s3: the control switch group 15 controls the motor II 13 to work, the shearing transmission mechanism 9 reciprocates to drive the cutter 22 to move up and down, and the shrunken and crisp-pressed straws move backwards and are cut into small sections with fixed length by the cutter edge of the cutter 22 matched with the cutter groove to form the feed;
s4: the control switch group 15 controls the exhaust fan 63 to work, and the dust cover 61 and the dust collection pipe 62 are matched to draw out dust which is expanded due to rolling and shearing in the equipment box 1, and the external dust removal and filtration equipment is matched to carry out environment-friendly dust removal;
s5: the upper scraping mechanism 8 and the lower scraping mechanism 11 scrape off the small straw sections stuck on the upper roller shaft 19 and the lower roller shaft 17 respectively.
It should be noted that in this embodiment, the control switch group 15 is provided with control buttons corresponding to the first motor 12, the second motor 13, and the exhaust fan 63, the first motor 12, the second motor 13, and the exhaust fan 63 may be configured according to actual conditions, the first motor 12 and the second motor 13 may specifically adopt three-phase asynchronous motors, the exhaust fan 63 may specifically adopt 4-72 centrifugal fans, and the control switch group 15 controls the first motor 12, the second motor 13, and the exhaust fan 63 to work by a method commonly used in the prior art.

a vertical rectangular groove corresponding to the upper end shaft (20) is formed in the upper portion of the right side of the equipment box (1), a first motor (12) is installed on the top of the equipment box (1), an output shaft of the first motor (12) is in transmission connection with a movable transmission mechanism (5) through a speed reducing mechanism (4), and the movable transmission mechanism (5) drives a lower roll shaft (17) and an upper roll shaft (19) to rotate oppositely;
a shearing transmission mechanism (9) is installed on the rear side inside the equipment box (1), a second motor (13) is installed on the rear side of the equipment box (1), an output shaft of the second motor (13) drives a knife rest (10) at the bottom of the shearing transmission mechanism (9) to reciprocate up and down through the shearing transmission mechanism (9), a cutter (22) is installed at the bottom of the knife rest (10), and a knife groove corresponding to the cutting edge of the cutter (22) is formed in the rear side surface of the installation frame (3);
