Description

医疗设备用高精度可调间隙式回转减速器及医疗设备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗设备用高精度可调间隙式回转减速器及医疗设备,主要用于医 疗设备水平轴的旋转工作,特别是医疗单光子发射计算机断层成像系统(SPECT)扫描探测器的旋转工作。
背景技术
医疗探测器根据探运动方式可分为扫描机型和r相机型两类:
一、扫描机型SPECT:检查时探头做平动和旋转两种运动,探测器沿病人某一截面在不同方向上作直线扫描,将每一条线上的体内示踪剂放出的射线总和记录下来,形成 一个投影,这些直线投影的集会形成一个“投影截面”。每做完一次直线扫描,探测器 旋转一定角度(旋转角的大小根据所需图像分辨率来决定),再扫描一次,取得另一个 投影截面,如此反复,直到整个扫描结束(重建类型类似于第二代X-CT)。由计算机对 取样数据进行处理并重建为体层像。这类SPECT体层速度快,适用于快速动态研究, 但因价格较高,不能同时兼用于平面显像和全身显像,故在实际应用中扫描类型SPECT 仅占5%,趋于淘汰;
二、r相机型SPECT:r照相机型的SPECT是由高性能、大视野、多功能的r照相 机和支架旋转装置、图像重建软件等组成,可进行多角度、多方位的采集数据,图像采 集完毕存入硬盘以备图像重建。r相机型SPECT有多种具体实施方法:
1、固定型:固定型是采用结构固定式探测器。它由互成90度的4台r相机组成, 用多针孔准直器或旋转斜孔准直器采集不同角度的投影而进行图像重建,90度内的扫描 通过旋转病床来实现,操作十分不便;
2、旋转型:旋转型是目前常用的方法,是用1台或2台闪烁r相机,将整个探测 器装在可旋转360度的框架上。应用大视野闪烁晶体、多个光电管的r照相机探头围绕 身体旋转360度或180度进行完全角度或有限角度取样,可以重建各种切面的复合临床 要求的体层像。旋转r相机型SPECT即可获取平面投影像,又可获取人体横断层面像 和全身显像。一次旋转即得到多个层面的重建数据,灵敏度高速度快。近几年为了提高 灵敏度和空间分辨率,加快采集速度,已有双探头和三探头的旋转r照相机型问世;但 是现有的旋转型结构其旋转框架结构设计不合理,整体刚性较差,占据空间较大,定位 精度低,使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种能够克服传统结构尺寸 空间占用大、定位精度低、整体刚性差、传统机构磨损快、寿命差等不足的医疗设备用高精度可调间隙式回转减速器及医疗设备。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种医疗设备用高精度可调间隙式回转 减速器,所述回转减速器包括基座,所述基座包括轴壳和座圈,所述轴壳内穿装有蜗杆,所述座圈内设置有蜗轮,所述蜗轮和蜗杆相互啮合,所述蜗轮内侧设置有钢丝滚道压板,所述钢丝滚道压板与座圈相连接,所述座圈、蜗轮和钢丝滚道压板之间形成钢丝滚道, 所述钢丝滚道内设置有多个钢珠,所述蜗轮上设置有顶板法兰。
优选的,所述蜗杆通过左右两个轴承安装于轴壳内,所述轴壳一侧设置有一偏心端 盖,其中一个轴承安装于偏心端盖内。
优选的,所述偏心端盖包括基部,所述基部内侧开设有一轴承安装孔,其中一个轴承设置于轴承安装孔内,所述基部外侧设置有一圈法兰边,所述法兰边上开设有一圈多 个连接孔,多个连接孔位于同一圆周上,所述轴承安装孔的中心线与一圈连接孔的中心 线偏心布置。
优选的,所述蜗轮采用铜材质制成。
优选的,所述钢丝滚道压板与座圈之间设置有蜗轮调整垫片。
优选的,所述钢丝滚道压板与座圈之间设置有第一密封圈。
优选的,所述钢丝滚道压板与蜗轮之间设置有第二密封圈。
优选的,所述座圈外周壁上设置有油堵。
一种医疗探测设备,它包括基座,所述基座一侧设置有转盘,所述转盘上设置有上下两个上述回转减速器,所述回转减速器上设置有医用探测器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、本发明一种医疗设备,它在垂直转盘上安装两个回转减速器,回转减速器另一安装面与医用探测器相连,能够实现支撑、固定医用探测器及探测器在垂直方向360° 全方位旋转的功能;
2、本发明采用蜗轮蜗杆副的结构,蜗杆采用铜材料制成,能够解决传动结构磨损快的问题;
3、本发明采用钢丝滚道的结构取代了传统轴承的作用,实现了轴向、径向间隙为零,大大增强了整体机构运行的平稳性及定位精度要求;
4、本发明采用钢丝滚道结构,其占用的截面积小,使得该支承结构设计的非常精巧,大大减小了尺寸空间及设计重量;
5、本发明通过调节偏心端盖的角度来实现蜗轮蜗杆啮合精度始终保证在要求范围 之内,解决了现有技术定位精度低、寿命差的不足,大大降低了后期的维护成本。
