本发明涉及纺织面料领域,具体涉及一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料。
背景技术
面料是作为服装三要素之一,是用来制作服装的材料,不同的面料往往能让制得的衣服具备不同的风格以及功能,我能常用的面料可以分为天然面料、化纤面料和混纺面料,其中包含棉、麻、毛织物、丝、涤纶等,其中,毛织物不但弹性好,且吸湿性很强,它能吸收人体的排出的湿气,故穿着时感到干爽舒适。
授权公告号为CN101949092B的一种吸湿排汗抗皱面料的制备方法,先将一定比例的精梳长绒棉和带有异形沟槽的涤纶纤维通过经纬交织织造成基布,从原料的物理结构上入手赋予面料柔软透气的天然质感和永久的吸湿排汗抗皱功能;然后将基布进行高温高压的染色处理,再用特殊配方比例的混合整理液对面料进行后处理。
该发明通过化学整理的方法使面料在具有吸湿排汗抗皱功能的同时又具有很高的色牢度和柔软舒适的手感,满足市场上对吸湿排汗抗皱面料的需求,尤其是警服、运动服等室外穿着服装的要求。
但是在实际的使用过程中,不但运动服具有吸湿拍汗的需求,内衣裤等贴身衣物也具有保持干爽的功能需求,同时:
1.该发明虽然将涤纶与长绒棉造成基布,对涤纶的透通性进行一定程度的改变,但是内衣裤为长期贴身衣物,需要保持高水平的透气标准。
2.在内衣裤的穿戴过程中,还需要保持一定程度的杀菌作用,以保持干净卫生。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,有效提高棉面料的透气性,吸湿排汗增加面料的舒适度,同时带有杀菌功能,实现洁净化。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:棉纤维20-28份、芦竹纤维15-20份、羊毛粗纱6-9份、蚕丝粗纱5-11份、醋酸锌2-9份、茶树精油6-10份、丁香精油5-9份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-5份、环氧氯丙烷1-5份、二亚乙基三胺2-4份、葡糖酸内酯3-7份。
优选地,由以下重量份数的原料制成:棉纤维15份、芦竹纤维18份、羊毛粗纱7份、蚕丝粗纱8份、醋酸锌6份、茶树精油8份、丁香精油7份、单硬脂酸甘油酯4份、环氧氯丙烷3份、二亚乙基三胺3份、葡糖酸内酯4份。
上述吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先按照重量份数称取羊毛粗纱、蚕丝粗纱混合投入锤捣机,将单硬脂酸甘油酯、环氧氯丙烷、二亚乙基三胺以及葡糖酸内酯于均质机中,加入适量去离子水,均质乳化30-40min后,升温至50-60℃与粗砂混合物混合,锤捣20-35min,过滤干燥,同时控制水分含量为10-20%,得到混料;
(2)混料拉丝捻股,与芦竹纤维合股并捻,捻度1000-1100T/m,Z捻,锭速为14000r/min,得混纱线;
(3)将茶树精油、丁香精油混合,与水以1∶10-15的体积比混合,在蒸气釜中加热至70-80℃,蒸纱25-30min后,分条整经,整经张力15dN,倒轴张力0.3Mpa,在浆液中加入醋酸锌,上浆烘干后,与棉纤维交织成坯布,并卷绕成布卷。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述去离子水的体积与单硬脂酸甘油酯的体积比为6∶1。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述浆液的主浆料为淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性聚酯中的任意一种。

本发明提供了一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,具有以下有益效果:
首先,针对现有技术中,吸湿排汗涤纶面料制作内衣裤的透气度不足的问题,选用芦竹纤维为基料,与羊毛粗纱、蚕丝粗纱混合,制得新型纤维材料,通过加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、二亚乙基三胺等试剂软化原料纤维,改善织物的亲水性同时增强织物中纤维间的毛细效应,在保证棉面料舒适的基础上,增加其吸湿排汗功能。
其次,针对内衣裤在实际使用过程中,对洁净化程度提出的要求,在蒸纱过程中,加入茶树精油、丁香精油,其内的挥发性芳香物质,将与纤维大分子结合,给予面料温和杀菌的作用,同时驱除异味。
最后,在浆料中加入醋酸锌,利用金属离子的杀菌作用,增加面料的杀菌功能,同时利用芳香物质与金属离子的表面络合,能够减缓长期使用中金属离子的浓度流失。

(1)首先按照重量份数称取羊毛粗纱、蚕丝粗纱混合投入锤捣机,将单硬脂酸甘油酯、环氧氯丙烷、二亚乙基三胺以及葡糖酸内酯于均质机中,加入适量去离子水(去离子水的体积与单硬脂酸甘油酯的体积比为6∶1),均质乳化30min后,升温至60℃与粗砂混合物混合,锤捣35min,过滤干燥,同时控制水分含量为10%,得到混料;

一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:棉纤维22份、芦竹纤维16份、羊毛粗纱7份、蚕丝粗纱8份、醋酸锌4份、茶树精油6份、丁香精油8份、单硬脂酸甘油酯3份、环氧氯丙烷4份、二亚乙基三胺2份、葡糖酸内酯4份。

(1)首先按照重量份数称取羊毛粗纱、蚕丝粗纱混合投入锤捣机,将单硬脂酸甘油酯、环氧氯丙烷、二亚乙基三胺以及葡糖酸内酯于均质机中,加入适量去离子水(去离子水的体积与单硬脂酸甘油酯的体积比为6∶1),均质乳化38min后,升温至52℃与粗砂混合物混合,锤捣30min,过滤干燥,同时控制水分含量为17%,得到混料;
(2)混料拉丝捻股,与芦竹纤维合股并捻,捻度1090T/m,Z捻,锭速为14000r/min,得混纱线;
(3)将茶树精油、丁香精油混合,与水以1∶14的体积比混合,在蒸气釜中加热至75℃,蒸纱29min后,分条整经,整经张力15dN,倒轴张力0.3Mpa,在浆液(淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性聚酯)中加入醋酸锌,上浆,在62℃下热风烘干后,与棉纤维交织成坯布,并卷绕成布卷。
为了进一步说明本发明的有益效果,选用本发明实施例1-4制备的坯布,裁剪为50*50CM3的小尺寸面料为对照组,同时选用以棉纤维为原料、相同织造参数下的50*50CM3小尺寸纯棉面料为对比项,进行水洗尺寸变化、每分钟的蒸发量(以22℃的温水完全浸湿,在25℃的温度下)以及对于大肠杆菌的杀菌作用,并将数据记录下表内。

由上表可知,本发明制备的面料,对传统棉料进行功能改进,有益于面料应用范围的推广。

Claims (6)
1.一种吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:棉纤维20-28份、芦竹纤维15-20份、羊毛粗纱6-9份、蚕丝粗纱5-11份、醋酸锌2-9份、茶树精油6-10份、丁香精油5-9份、单硬脂酸甘油酯2-5份、环氧氯丙烷1-5份、二亚乙基三胺2-4份、葡糖酸内酯3-7份。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:棉纤维15份、芦竹纤维18份、羊毛粗纱7份、蚕丝粗纱8份、醋酸锌6份、茶树精油8份、丁香精油7份、单硬脂酸甘油酯4份、环氧氯丙烷3份、二亚乙基三胺3份、葡糖酸内酯4份。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先按照重量份数称取羊毛粗纱、蚕丝粗纱混合投入锤捣机,将单硬脂酸甘油酯、环氧氯丙烷、二亚乙基三胺以及葡糖酸内酯于均质机中,加入适量去离子水,均质乳化30-40min后,升温至50-60℃与粗砂混合物混合,锤捣20-35min,过滤干燥,同时控制水分含量为10-20%,得到混料;
(2)混料拉丝捻股,与芦竹纤维合股并捻,捻度1000-1100T/m,Z捻,锭速为14000r/min,得混纱线;
(3)将茶树精油、丁香精油混合,与水以1∶10-15的体积比混合,在蒸气釜中加热至70-80℃,蒸纱25-30min后,分条整经,整经张力15dN,倒轴张力0.3Mpa,在浆液中加入醋酸锌,上浆烘干后,与棉纤维交织成坯布,并卷绕成布卷。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述去离子水的体积与单硬脂酸甘油酯的体积比为6∶1。
5.如权利要求3所述的吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述浆液的主浆料为淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、水溶性聚酯中的任意一种。
6.如权利要求3所述的吸湿排汗洁净化棉面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述烘干为热风烘干,所述热风温度为60-65℃。
