Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urinary surgery, and is suitable for prostate puncture biopsy.
Background
Prostate cancer incidence has increased year by year and prostate puncture has been widely developed in various hospitals. Although the puncture is not complicated, the specimen is thinner after the puncture, and the gland tissue adhesiveness is large, often the specimen is difficult to be extracted from the puncture gun into the collecting bottle, and part of hospitals adopt the syringe needle to pick up the specimen and put the specimen into the collecting bottle or directly take the specimen down by hand and put the specimen into the collecting bottle, but the needle is round and relatively thinner, the operation is inconvenient, the specimen is easy to fall off, and the risk of damage to an operator is provided with a sharp tool. The hand can directly take the sample, and the sample is thinner because of thicker fingers, so that the sample can be broken carelessly and is inconvenient to place in the collecting bottle with smaller opening. Meanwhile, the head and tail ends of the specimen cannot be clarified by the conventional specimen, and the tissue part for pathological diagnosis cannot be clarified. At present, effective and convenient extraction and marking means for needle puncture specimens are lacking clinically.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and solve the problem that puncture specimens are difficult to extract and mark.
In order to achieve the above object, there is provided a puncture specimen extraction device comprising an upper slat and a lower slat connected at the tail end by a hinge; an elastic specimen stop block is arranged on one surface of the head part of the upper lath, which faces to the lower lath, and a groove I for receiving a strip-shaped puncture specimen is arranged beside the abutting position of the specimen stop block by the lower lath.
The upper batten and the lower batten can realize the conversion between a face-to-face attaching and clamping state and an opening state under the combination of the hinges. The specimen block referred to herein is a solid body, and its elastic material may be in the form of bristles, silica gel, spring steel, etc. Generally, a strip-shaped specimen with certain toughness can be obtained through the puncture gun, and the specimen can fall into the groove I after the specimen is scraped from the puncture gun by the specimen stop block, so that the separation of the specimen and the puncture gun is realized. The upper and lower battens can directly mark the head and tail end orientation of the specimen according to the use direction.
One end of the strip in the length direction is hinged, and the groove I penetrates through the width direction of the strip.
Preferably, the groove I is positioned on the lower lath surface between the abutting position of the specimen stop block and the hinge; and the lower lath is also provided with a clamping hole for the specimen stop block to penetrate so as to tightly attach the upper lath and the lower lath.
The lower panel surface referred to herein means the surface of the lower panel that faces the upper half. The upper and lower battens are closely attached, namely, a small gap which can prevent a specimen from sliding in can be formed in a large area which is opposite and flat in the upper and lower battens.
Preferably, the specimen block is shaped as a wedge that is conveniently secured within the card aperture.
The wedge shape refers to a shape with a large side facing the clamping hole and a small side connected to the upper lath.
Preferably, the specimen stopper is made of medical silica gel.
Preferably, a concave silica gel pad is also laid in the groove I.
The concave surface of the silica gel pad faces to the outside of the groove I, so that a specimen is accommodated in the concave surface.
Preferably, the upper and lower slats are made of transparent medical resin.
Preferably, the upper lath and the lower lath are respectively provided with pits which are convenient for finger pressing and positioning at positions close to the tail ends on the opposite sides.
The pit is suitable for the shape of the human finger belly.
Preferably, the pit is provided with an anti-slip strip in a protruding mode.
Preferably, the upper plate strip is provided with a groove II at a position corresponding to the groove I.
The position corresponding to the groove I refers to the position where the groove I and the groove II can be closed after clamping. Meanwhile, a silica gel pad can be arranged in the groove II.
Through the cooperation of elastic specimen stop and recess I under upper and lower lath centre gripping, can conveniently separate specimen and puncture rifle, avoid pollution and the difficulty of manual operation.
Through setting up the draw-in hole and letting the sample dog card go into for upper and lower lath can realize laminating, thereby let the sample that is peeled off can keep in recess I, and can not slide to other regions of upper and lower lath, make things convenient for the fixed of sample.
The specimen stopper adopts a wedge-shaped shape, and a certain shoveling stripping effect can be formed through a bevel edge when the specimen is stripped; the fixing strength can be ensured when the fixing device is inserted into the clamping hole for fixing.
The medical silica gel is adopted, so that the pollution to the specimen can be avoided, the molding is convenient, and the proper elasticity is realized.
Through concave type silica gel pad design, avoid pressing from both sides the hard contact to the sample when tight, reduce the possibility that the sample is pressed from both sides garrulous.
The medical resin material provides certain hardness, so that the extraction device can be clamped, and the transparent property of the extraction device is convenient for observation during clamping and scraping of a specimen. Labels are also conveniently attached to the battens.
Through setting up pit suggestion finger and pressing the position, avoid sample extraction device landing.
The design of the cleats allows the finger to better apply pressure at the depressions.
The hard contact to the specimen during clamping is further avoided by arranging the groove II, so that the possibility that the specimen is crushed by clamping is reduced.
The invention has the advantages that the specimen can be taken down from the puncture needle easily and quickly, the specimen can be marked, the head and the tail of the puncture tissue can be clearly punctured, and the invention provides convenience for operation and pathological diagnosis.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and specific examples.
According to the puncture specimen extraction device shown in fig. 1 to 3 and 6, comprising an upper slat 1 and a lower slat 2 connected at the tail end by a hinge 3; an elastic specimen stop block 4 is arranged on one surface of the head part of the upper lath 1 facing the lower lath 2, and a groove I5 for receiving a strip-shaped puncture specimen is arranged beside the abutting position of the specimen stop block 4 on the lower lath 2. The groove I5 is positioned on the surface of the lower lath 2 between the propping position of the specimen stop block 4 and the hinge 3; the lower lath 2 is also provided with a clamping hole 6 for the specimen stop block 4 to penetrate so as to tightly attach the upper lath 1 and the lower lath 2. The specimen block 4 is shaped into a wedge shape which is convenient to fix in the clamping hole 6. Concave silica gel pad 7 is also laid in groove I5. The upper lath 1 is provided with a groove II8 at a position corresponding to the groove I5.
The specimen stopper 4 is made of medical silica gel. The upper batten 1 and the lower batten 2 are made of transparent medical resin materials.
The positions of the upper lath 1 and the lower lath 2, which are close to the tail ends on the opposite sides, are respectively provided with a pit 9 which is convenient for finger pressing and positioning. And the pit is internally provided with an anti-slip strip in a protruding mode.
The puncture needle 10 shown in fig. 4 to 6 is matched, and the specific using steps are as follows:
1. the lancet 10 pierces a rearward needle exposing a pierced tissue specimen 11, typically near the trailing end of the specimen 11 at the leading end of the lancet 10 and near the leading end of the specimen 11 at the handle of the lancet 10.
2. A puncture specimen extraction device is sleeved near the head end of a specimen 11, and the specimen 11 is pulled away from a puncture needle 10 to the side by a specimen stopper 4 and enters a groove I5.
3. The extraction device is clamped to extract the specimen 11.
4. After extraction, the specimen 11 is placed in a collection bottle containing formalin together with an extraction device, and the tail end portion of the specimen 11 gripping head is recorded on a pathological sheet.
