Description

Puncture sample extraction element
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of urology surgery, and is suitable for prostate aspiration biopsy.
Background
The incidence of prostate cancer has increased year by year, and prostate puncture has been widely performed in various hospitals. Although not complicated, the puncture back is because of the sample is thinner, and gland tissue adhesion is big, often the sample is difficult to draw into the receiving flask from the puncture gun, and partial hospital adopts the syringe needle to pick up the sample and puts into the receiving flask or directly takes off the sample with the hand and put into the receiving flask, but the syringe needle is circular and thinner relatively, and the operation is inconvenient, and the sample drops easily, and has sharp ware damage risk to the art person. The specimen is directly taken by hands, and the specimen is thinner due to thicker fingers, so that the specimen can be broken carelessly and can be inconveniently placed into a collecting bottle with a smaller opening. Meanwhile, the head and tail ends of the conventional specimen cannot be determined, and the tissue parts for pathological diagnosis cannot be determined. At present, effective and convenient extraction and marking means of a needle puncture specimen are clinically lacked.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and solve the problem that the extraction and marking of a puncture specimen are difficult.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a puncture specimen extracting device, comprising an upper plate strip and a lower plate strip which are connected at the tail end by a hinge; an elastic specimen stop block is arranged on one surface of the head of the upper batten, which faces the lower batten, and a groove I for bearing a strip puncture specimen is arranged beside the propping position of the specimen stop block of the lower batten.
The upper batten and the lower batten can realize the conversion between a face-to-face fitting clamping state and an opening state under the combination of the hinges. The specimen block is an entity, and the elastic material of the specimen block can be in the forms of brush hair, silica gel, spring steel and the like. Generally, a long-strip-shaped specimen with certain toughness can be obtained through the puncture gun, the specimen can fall into the groove I after the specimen is scraped from the puncture gun by the specimen stop block, and the separation of the specimen and the puncture gun is realized. The orientations of the head and the tail of the specimen can be directly marked on the upper lath and the lower lath according to the using direction.
One end of the lath in the length direction is hinged, and the groove I penetrates through the width direction of the lath.
Preferably, the groove I is positioned on the lower batten surface between the propping position of the specimen block and the hinge; and the lower lath is also provided with a clamping hole for the specimen stopper to penetrate so as to enable the upper lath and the lower lath to be tightly attached.
The lower strip face referred to herein means the face of the lower strip that faces the upper half. The tight fit of the upper and lower strips means that a narrow gap is formed between the flat and flat large areas of the upper and lower strips to prevent the specimen from sliding in.
Preferably, the specimen block is shaped as a wedge for easy fixation within the cartridge aperture.
The wedge shape referred to herein means a shape having a side toward the chucking hole large and a side connected to the upper panel small.
Preferably, the specimen block is made of medical silica gel.
Preferably, a concave silica gel pad is further laid in the groove I.
The concave surface of silica gel pad is outside recess I to receive the sample in the concave surface.
Preferably, the upper panel and the lower panel are made of transparent medical resin.
Preferably, the positions of the upper lath and the lower lath close to the tail end on the opposite sides are respectively provided with a pit convenient for fingers to press and position.
The pit adapts to the shape of the finger belly.
Preferably, the concave pits are convexly provided with anti-slip strips.
Preferably, the upper lath is provided with a groove II at the position corresponding to the groove I.
The position corresponding to the groove I is the position where the groove I and the groove II can be combined after clamping. And meanwhile, a silica gel pad can be arranged in the groove II.
Through the cooperation of elastic sample dog and recess I under upper and lower slab centre gripping, can conveniently separate sample and puncture gun, avoid manual operation's pollution and difficulty.
Through setting up the card hole and letting the sample dog card go into for the laminating can be realized to upper and lower lath, thereby lets the sample of being peeled off can keep in recess I, and can not slide to other regions of upper and lower lath, makes things convenient for the fixing of sample.
The specimen block is in a wedge shape, so that a certain shoveling and stripping effect can be formed through the bevel edge when the specimen is stripped; and the fixing strength can be ensured when the fixing device is inserted into the clamping hole for fixing.
Adopt medical silica gel, can avoid the pollution to the sample, the shaping of being convenient for simultaneously also has suitable elasticity.
Through the design of concave type silica gel pad, to the hard contact of sample when avoiding pressing from both sides tightly, reduce the sample and pressed from both sides garrulous possibility.
Provide certain hardness through medical resin material, guarantee that extraction element can realize pressing from both sides tightly, its transparent attribute is convenient for observe when the centre gripping with scrape from the sample. The laths are also convenient for attaching labels.
The finger is prompted to press the position by arranging the pit, so that the specimen extraction device is prevented from sliding off.
The design of the anti-slip strip allows the fingers to better exert pressure on the pits.
Through setting up recess II further avoid the hard contact to the sample when pressing from both sides tight, reduce the possibility that the sample was pressed from both sides garrulous.
The puncture needle has the advantages that the puncture needle can easily and quickly take down the sample, mark the sample and clearly puncture the head and the tail of the tissue, and provides convenience for operation and pathological diagnosis.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
A puncture specimen-extracting apparatus according to fig. 1 to 3 and 6 includes an upper plate 1 and a lower plate 2 connected at the tail ends by a hinge 3; an elastic specimen stop block 4 is arranged on one surface of the head of the upper batten 1 facing the lower batten 2, and a groove I5 for receiving a strip-shaped puncture specimen is arranged beside the abutting position of the specimen stop block 4 of the lower batten 2. The groove I5 is positioned on the lower lath 2 surface between the leaning position of the specimen block 4 and the hinge 3; and the lower lath 2 is also provided with a clamping hole 6 for the specimen stopper 4 to penetrate so as to enable the upper lath 1 and the lower lath 2 to be tightly attached. The specimen block 4 is shaped like a wedge to facilitate fixation in the card hole 6. A concave silica gel pad 7 is also laid in the groove I5. The upper lath 1 is provided with a groove II8 at the position corresponding to the groove I5.
The specimen block 4 is made of medical silica gel. The upper batten 1 and the lower batten 2 are made of transparent medical resin.
The positions of the upper batten 1 and the lower batten 2 close to the tail ends on the opposite sides are respectively provided with a pit 9 convenient for fingers to press and position. And the concave pits are convexly provided with anti-slip strips.
The puncture needle 10 shown in figures 4 to 6 is matched, and the specific using steps are as follows:
1. the puncture needle 10 is retracted to expose the tissue specimen 11, typically the end of the specimen 11 near the tip of the puncture needle 10 and the tip of the specimen 11 near the handle of the puncture needle 10.
2. The puncture sample extraction device is fitted near the tip end of the sample 11, and the sample 11 is pulled laterally away from the puncture needle 10 by the sample stopper 4 and enters the notch I5.
3. The extraction device is clamped to realize the extraction of the specimen 11.
4. After extraction, the specimen 11 and the extraction device are put into a collection bottle containing formalin, and the tail end part of the clamping head of the specimen 11 is recorded on a pathological sheet.
When the puncture specimen extraction device is used, the whole puncture specimen extraction process can be rapidly completed by one person through sterile operation, assistance of an assistant is not needed, and medical resources are saved. The samples are marked end to end while being extracted, which is more favorable for the accuracy of pathological diagnosis.
