Detailed Description
The present invention proposes a sample transfer apparatus comprising: a handle unit 10, a tool unit 20.
The handle unit 10 includes a grip portion 13 and a connecting rod 14; a connecting rod 14 is formed at the upper end of the grip portion 13. The grip portion 13 may be formed thicker and the surface is formed into a rough surface, increasing the convenience of operation. The connection rod 13 may be formed in a thin sheet and have a certain elasticity.
The tool unit 20 comprises cross-set holders, each end of which is formed with a working head. The tool unit 20 may be formed in various forms, not limited to the cross shape in the drawings, but may be Y-shaped, rice-shaped, etc. The working head can be a tip part, a hook part, a plate part or a spoon part, and is applicable to tissue specimens in different situations.
The tool unit 20 is provided at an upper end of the connection rod of the handle unit 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the tool unit 20 includes a cross-shaped holder, the working heads of the four ends of which are a tip portion, a hook portion, a plate portion, and a spoon portion, respectively.
The tool unit 20 is coupled with the handle unit 10 by the coupling unit 0.
The combining unit 30 comprises a body, wherein a cross-shaped groove 31 is formed on the first side of the body, and a cross-shaped bracket is fixed in the cross-shaped groove 31; a square boss 33 is formed on the second side of the body, a guide rod 34 is formed on the boss 33, and a tip 35 is formed at the end of the guide rod 34. The center portion of the cross-shaped slot 31 may also form a recess 32, the recess 32 being adapted to receive the end of the pivot shaft of the center of the cross-shaped bracket.
The upper end of the connecting rod 14 of the handle unit 10 is formed with a square groove 12 corresponding to the square boss 33; the upper end of the connecting rod 14 is provided with a through hole 11, and the through hole 11 is communicated with the groove 12; the guide rod 34 is inserted into the through hole 11; around the guide rod 34, a spring 35 is provided between the tip 35 and the connecting rod 14.
The cross-shaped support is fixed in the cross-shaped groove in a clamping mode.
The cross-shaped bracket is made of a ferrous material and the coupling unit 30 includes a magnet therein; the cross-shaped support is attracted by the magnet and is fixed in the cross-shaped groove in a suction way.
The cross-shaped support is formed by two tool bars 21, 22 pivotally coupled together.
In another embodiment, the combining unit 30 includes a body, a cross-shaped groove 31 is formed on a first side of the body, and a cross-shaped bracket is fixed in the cross-shaped groove 31; the second side of the body is formed with a square boss 33, a guide rod 34 is formed on the boss 33, and a nut is coupled to an end of the guide rod 34.
The upper end of the connecting rod 14 of the handle unit 10 is formed with a square groove 12 corresponding to the square boss 33; the upper end of the connecting rod 14 is provided with a through hole 11, and the through hole 11 is communicated with the groove 12; the guide rod 34 is inserted into the through hole 11, and the coupling unit 30 is fixed to the connection rod 14 by a nut.
Taking the embodiment of fig. 1 as an example, the tool unit is coupled to a coupling unit coupled to the handle unit. Transferring the tissue specimen by using the working part exposed at the upper part, the left part or the right part of the connecting rod; if a working head, such as the plate in fig. 1, is to be stopped by the connecting rod, the tip is pressed down so that the square projections come out of the square recesses, and then the tip is rotated so that the guide rod rotates to drive the base to rotate, thereby rotating the tool holder attached to the base and rotating the blocked working head.
The tissue sample is taken down from the chuck of the biopsy clamp by the working head, then the working head is extended into the sample bottle, the tissue sample is adhered on the inner wall of the sample bottle, and then the sample bottle is rocked to enable the sample adhered on the inner wall to be soaked in formalin liquid.
