after the mobile terminal logs in a third-party platform through an authorized user account, the mobile terminal detects a fee deduction operation triggered by a user of the mobile terminal, wherein the fee deduction operation is used for indicating that the user of the mobile terminal selects target discount information for deducting paid fees corresponding to a vehicle bound by the user account from discount information of the user account on the third-party platform;
after detecting the expense deduction operation, the mobile terminal detects whether a user of the mobile terminal triggers a deduction confirmation operation, wherein the deduction confirmation operation is used for indicating that the user of the mobile terminal confirms that the paid expense is deducted by using the target discount information;
when the fact that the user of the mobile terminal triggers the deduction confirmation operation is detected, the mobile terminal sends a fee deduction instruction comprising the paid fee and the target discount information to the third-party platform, so that the third-party platform completes the fee deduction operation of the paid fee according to the received target discount information and the paid fee.
2. The mobile terminal-based vehicle cost deduction control method according to claim 1, wherein the offer information of the third party platform comprises credit offer information and/or coupon offer information;
the paid fee includes: the vehicle identification is bound with an electronic payment account number of the vehicle, or the vehicle identification is bound with an automatic electronic payment account number of the vehicle;
wherein the method further comprises:
and the mobile terminal receives a fee deduction success message fed back by the third-party platform according to the fee deduction indication, wherein the fee deduction success message is used for indicating that the third-party platform completes the fee deduction operation of the paid fee according to the received target discount information and the paid fee.

calculating target fees which can be deducted from the paid fees by the third-party platform according to the received target discount information and the paid fees, and sending the target fees to a vehicle passing management system so that the vehicle passing management system adjusts the fees to be paid for the vehicle passing at this time and/or returns the target fees to an electronic payment account paying the paid fees;
the adjusted fees to be paid are equal to the paid fees minus the target fees, and the target fees are paid to the operation accounts corresponding to the vehicle passing management system by the third-party platform.

the mobile terminal detects whether a user of the mobile terminal triggers a login operation for logging in the third-party platform;

the mobile terminal detects whether a fee deduction prompt sent by the vehicle passing management system and/or the third-party platform is received or not, when the fee deduction prompt is detected, the fee deduction prompt is output to be checked by a user of the mobile terminal, and the step of detecting whether the user of the mobile terminal triggers a login operation for logging in the third-party platform or not is executed;
and the expense deduction prompt is used for prompting the user of the mobile terminal to carry out expense deduction through the discount information of the third-party platform.
