and the matching module 500 is used for matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the standing book information of the corresponding electric meter.
The ammeter positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the account information of the ammeter through the account information obtaining module, wherein the account information of each ammeter comprises at least one of an asset number, a user number and a user name of the ammeter, and specifically, the account information of the ammeter in a target area can be obtained from a power system head station. And the electric power personnel opens the held mobile terminal for executing the electric meter positioning method at the installation place of the appointed electric meter in the target area, positions the electric meter by adopting a global positioning system through a positioning display module, and displays the positioning point of the electric meter. Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the electric meter positioning device further includes a positioning module 600, configured to position an electric meter according to a matching relationship between longitude and latitude coordinate information and ledger information of a history record.
Specifically, after the standing book information of the electric meter and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter are in one-to-one correspondence in the held mobile terminal for executing the electric meter positioning method, the electric power personnel can quickly position the electric meter at any non-installation place of the electric meter according to the correspondence and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter through the positioning module 600, and then navigate the electric power personnel.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 7, a positioning module 600 of the electric meter positioning device includes a coordinate file generating module 610 and an importing positioning navigation module 620;
a coordinate file generating module 610, configured to export ledger information including latitude and longitude coordinate information and generate a coordinate file;
and the import positioning navigation module 620 is used for importing the coordinate file into the map software so as to position and navigate the corresponding electric meter.
Specifically, in the held mobile terminal for executing the electric meter positioning method, after the one-to-one correspondence relationship between the standing book information of the electric meter and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter is formed, the coordinate file generating module 610 derives the standing book information including the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter and generates a coordinate file corresponding to the electric meter. The generated coordinate file may be a coordinate file such as kml according to a positioning function of the global positioning system in the positioning display module 200, for example, the positioning function of the ovu map and the google earth. Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 8, an account information obtaining module 100 of the electric meter positioning device includes a scanning information obtaining module 110 and an electric meter information matching module 120;
the scanning information acquisition module 110 is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site to acquire the ledger information of the electric meter; or the method is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site or acquiring the electric meter information of the electric meter based on the query instruction of the user;
and the electric meter information matching module 120 is configured to match the standing account information of the electric meter in the preset electric meter standing account library according to the electric meter information.
Specifically, at the installation site of the electric meter, the electric power staff scans the graphical identifier of the electric meter through the scanning information acquisition module 110 to acquire the standing account information of the electric meter, wherein the standing account information comprises at least one of an asset number, a user number and a user name of the electric meter. Alternatively, the electric power staff scans the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site through the scanning information obtaining module 110 at the installation place of the electric meter or obtains the electric meter information of the electric meter based on the query command input by the electric power staff at the mobile terminal. Optionally, the graphical identifier comprises a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
The standing book information of the electric meters in the target area in a certain living area of the electric power system head station can be imported to the held mobile terminal for executing the electric meter positioning method to serve as a preset electric meter standing book library, the graphic identifiers of the electric meters are scanned on site through the scanning information acquisition module 110 or the electric meter information of the electric meters is acquired based on the query instruction input by the electric power personnel at the mobile terminal, and then the standing book information of the electric meters is matched in the preset electric meter standing book library according to the electric meter information through the electric meter information matching module 120.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a mobile terminal, where the mobile terminal includes: one or more processors; storage means for storing one or more programs; when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors enable the one or more processors to implement the electric meter positioning method according to any one of the embodiments, so that the mobile terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention can achieve the same technical effect as any one of the technical solutions in the embodiments, and repeated contents are not described here again.

Claims (10)

1. An electric meter positioning method, which is executed by a mobile terminal, comprises the following steps:
acquiring account information of the electric meter, wherein the account information comprises at least one of an electric meter asset number, a user number and a user name;
positioning the electric meter by adopting a global positioning system, and displaying a positioning point of the electric meter;
responding to the adjustment operation of a user on the positioning point, and moving the positioning point to a target position;
determining and storing longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the target position;
and matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the standing book information corresponding to the ammeter.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after matching the latitude and longitude coordinate information with ledger information corresponding to the electric meter, further comprising:
and positioning the electric meter according to the matching relationship between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the standing book information of the historical record.
3. The ammeter positioning method of claim 2, wherein the positioning of the ammeter according to the matching relationship between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the standing book information of the history comprises:
exporting the standing book information containing the longitude and latitude coordinate information and generating a coordinate file;
and importing the coordinate file into map software so as to position and navigate the corresponding electric meter.
4. The electric meter positioning method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining account information of the electric meter comprises the following steps:
acquiring account information of the electric meter by scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
acquiring the electric meter information of the electric meter by field scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter or based on a query instruction of a user;
and matching the account information of the electric meter in a preset electric meter account library according to the electric meter information.
5. The meter locating method of claim 4, wherein the graphical identifier comprises a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
6. An electric meter positioning device, configured in a mobile terminal, the electric meter positioning device comprising:
the standing book information acquisition module is used for acquiring the standing book information of the electric meter; the standing book information comprises at least one of an electric meter asset number, a user number and a user name;
the positioning display module is used for positioning the electric meter by adopting a global positioning system and displaying the positioning point of the electric meter;
the target position acquisition module is used for responding to the adjustment operation of the user on the positioning point and moving the positioning point to a target position;
the longitude and latitude coordinate information determining module is used for determining and storing longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the target position;
and the matching module is used for matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the corresponding standing book information of the electric meter.
7. The electric meter positioning device of claim 6, further comprising a positioning module for positioning the electric meter according to the matching relationship between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the standing book information recorded in the history.
8. The meter positioning device of claim 7, wherein the positioning module comprises a coordinate file generation module and an import positioning navigation module;
the coordinate file generation module is used for exporting the standing book information containing the longitude and latitude coordinate information and generating a coordinate file;
and the leading-in positioning navigation module is used for leading the coordinate file into map software so as to position and navigate the corresponding electric meter.
9. The electric meter positioning device of claim 6, wherein the standing book information acquisition module comprises a scanning information acquisition module and an electric meter information matching module;
the scanning information acquisition module is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site to acquire the standing book information of the electric meter; or the electric meter information acquisition module is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site or acquiring the electric meter information of the electric meter based on a query instruction of a user;
the ammeter information matching module is used for matching the standing book information of the ammeter in a preset ammeter standing book library according to the ammeter information.
10. A mobile terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the electric meter positioning method of any of claims 1-5.
