According to the ammeter positioning device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the standing account information of the ammeter is acquired through the standing account information acquisition module, and the standing account information of each ammeter comprises at least one of an asset number, a user number and a user name of the ammeter, and specifically, the standing account information of the ammeter in a target area can be acquired from a power system total station. And (3) opening a mobile terminal which is held and used for executing the ammeter positioning method at the installation place of the appointed ammeter in the target area by the electric personnel, positioning the ammeter by adopting a global positioning system through a positioning display module, and displaying the positioning point of the ammeter. The electric staff intuitively observes whether the positioning point of the electric meter is a target position or not, and adjusts the positioning point of the electric meter through the target position acquisition module to acquire the target position of the electric meter. After the positioning point of the electric meter is adjusted to the target position, the longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the target position of the electric meter is stored by the longitude and latitude coordinate information determining module, so that the accurate positioning of the electric meter and the acquisition of positioning information are completed, the automatic meter reading operation of basic-level electric power personnel is convenient and efficient, the longitude and latitude information of the electric meter is matched with the standing account information through the matching module, the standing account information of the electric meter and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter are in one-to-one correspondence, and the standing account information of the electric meter of the electric power system general station is more perfect so that the electric power personnel can accurately position the electric meter.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the electric meter positioning device further includes a positioning module 600, configured to position an electric meter according to a matching relationship between longitude and latitude coordinate information and ledger information recorded in a history.
Specifically, in the mobile terminal executing the electric meter positioning method, after forming a one-to-one correspondence between the standing account information of the electric meter and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter, the electric personnel can quickly position the electric meter in any non-installation place of the electric meter according to the correspondence and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter through the positioning module 600, so as to navigate the electric personnel.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 7, a positioning module 600 of the electric meter positioning device includes a coordinate file generating module 610 and an importing positioning navigation module 620 based on the above scheme;
the coordinate file generating module 610 is configured to derive ledger information including longitude and latitude coordinate information and generate a coordinate file;
the import positioning navigation module 620 is configured to import the coordinate file into the map software to position and navigate the corresponding electric meter.
Specifically, in the mobile terminal executing the electric meter positioning method, after forming a one-to-one correspondence between the standing account information of the electric meter and the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter, the coordinate file generating module 610 derives the standing account information including the longitude and latitude coordinate information of the electric meter and generates a coordinate file corresponding to the electric meter. The generated coordinate file may be a coordinate file such as kml according to a positioning function of the global positioning system in the positioning display module 200, for example, an oviposit map and google earth positioning function. The electric power personnel can quickly position the electric power meter at any non-installation place of the electric power meter, and the generated coordinate file is imported into map software such as an Aowei map and Google Earth in the positioning display module 200 through the importing positioning navigation module 620, so that the electric power personnel can be navigated.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of another electric meter positioning device according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention, where the electric meter positioning device is configured in a mobile terminal, and optionally, as shown in fig. 8, a ledger information acquisition module 100 of the electric meter positioning device includes a scan information acquisition module 110 and an electric meter information matching module 120 based on the above scheme;
a scan information acquiring module 110, configured to scan a graphic identifier of an electric meter on site to acquire account information of the electric meter; or, the method is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the ammeter on site or acquiring ammeter information of the ammeter based on a query instruction of a user;
the ammeter information matching module 120 is configured to match, in a preset ammeter ledger library, ledger information of an ammeter according to ammeter information.
Specifically, the electric power personnel scan the graphic identifier of the electric meter through the scan information acquisition module 110 at the installation site of the electric meter to acquire the ledger information of the electric meter, wherein the ledger information comprises at least one of the asset number, the user number and the user name of the electric meter. Alternatively, the electric power personnel can scan the graphic identifier of the electric meter on site through the scanning information acquisition module 110 or acquire the electric meter information of the electric meter based on the inquiry command input by the electric power personnel at the mobile terminal at the installation site of the electric meter. Optionally, the graphical identifier comprises a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
The account information of the electric meter in the target area in a certain living area of the electric power system general station can be imported into a held mobile terminal for executing the electric meter positioning method as a preset electric meter account library, the electric meter information of the electric meter is obtained by scanning a graphic identifier of the electric meter on site through the scanning information obtaining module 110 or based on a query instruction input by an electric personnel at the mobile terminal, and then the account information of the electric meter is matched to the account information of the electric meter in the preset electric meter account library according to the electric meter information through the electric meter information matching module 120.
The fifth embodiment of the present invention also provides a mobile terminal, which includes: one or more processors; a storage means for storing one or more programs; when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the one or more processors implement the electric meter positioning method according to any one of the embodiments, so that the mobile terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention can implement the technical effects the same as any one of the technical solutions in the embodiments, and duplicate matters are not repeated here.
Note that the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and the technical principle applied. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Claims (10)

1. An electricity meter locating method, performed by a mobile terminal, comprising:
obtaining the standing account information of an ammeter, wherein the standing account information comprises at least one of ammeter asset numbers, user numbers and user names;
positioning the ammeter by adopting a global positioning system, and displaying the positioning point of the ammeter;
responding to the adjustment operation of the user on the positioning point, and moving the positioning point to a target position;
determining and storing longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the target position;
matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the standing account information corresponding to the ammeter;
the standing book information of the ammeter comprises longitude and latitude coordinate information of the ammeter;
responding to the adjustment operation of the positioning point by a user, moving the positioning point to a target position, and comprising the following steps:
visually observing whether the positioning point of the ammeter is a target position or not in a display area of the mobile terminal by an electric staff, adjusting the positioning point of the ammeter by manually moving the mobile terminal, and observing while moving until the positioning point of the ammeter is adjusted to the target position;
matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the standing account information corresponding to the ammeter comprises the following steps:
and (3) establishing association with the corresponding ledger of the electric meter after independently storing the longitude and latitude information of the electric meter, or directly storing the longitude and latitude information of the electric meter with the corresponding ledger information of the electric meter.
2. The electricity meter locating method according to claim 1, further comprising, after matching the latitude and longitude coordinate information with the ledger information corresponding to the electricity meter:
and positioning the ammeter according to the matching relation between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the ledger information of the history record.
3. The method for locating an electric meter according to claim 2, wherein locating the electric meter according to a matching relationship between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the ledger information of the history record includes:
deriving the standing account information containing the longitude and latitude coordinate information and generating a coordinate file;
and importing the coordinate file into map software to position and navigate the corresponding ammeter.
4. The electricity meter locating method according to claim 1, wherein obtaining ledger information of an electricity meter comprises:
obtaining the account information of the ammeter by scanning the graphic identifier of the ammeter on site; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
acquiring ammeter information of the ammeter through scanning a graphic identifier of the ammeter on site or based on a query instruction of a user;
and matching the account information of the electric meter in a preset electric meter account library according to the electric meter information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the graphical identifier comprises a two-dimensional code or a bar code.
6. An ammeter positioning device, characterized in that, dispose in mobile terminal, ammeter positioning device includes:
the standing book information acquisition module is used for acquiring the standing book information of the ammeter; wherein, the ledger information comprises at least one of ammeter asset number, user number and user name;
the positioning display module is used for positioning the ammeter by adopting a global positioning system and displaying the positioning point of the ammeter;
the target position acquisition module is used for responding to the adjustment operation of the user on the positioning point and moving the positioning point to a target position;
the longitude and latitude coordinate information determining module is used for determining and storing longitude and latitude coordinate information corresponding to the target position;
the matching module is used for matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the corresponding standing account information of the ammeter;
the standing book information of the ammeter comprises longitude and latitude coordinate information of the ammeter;
responding to the adjustment operation of the positioning point by a user, moving the positioning point to a target position, and comprising the following steps:
visually observing whether the positioning point of the ammeter is a target position or not in a display area of the mobile terminal by an electric staff, adjusting the positioning point of the ammeter by manually moving the mobile terminal, and observing while moving until the positioning point of the ammeter is adjusted to the target position;
matching the longitude and latitude coordinate information with the standing account information corresponding to the ammeter comprises the following steps:
and (3) establishing association with the corresponding ledger of the electric meter after independently storing the longitude and latitude information of the electric meter, or directly storing the longitude and latitude information of the electric meter with the corresponding ledger information of the electric meter.
7. The meter locating device of claim 6, further comprising a locating module configured to locate the meter according to a matching relationship between the longitude and latitude coordinate information and the ledger information recorded in the history.
8. The meter locating device of claim 7, wherein the locating module comprises a coordinate file generation module and an import locating navigation module;
the coordinate file generation module is used for deriving the standing account information containing the longitude and latitude coordinate information and producing a coordinate file;
and the guiding-in positioning navigation module is used for guiding the coordinate file into map software so as to position and navigate the electric meter.
9. The meter locating device of claim 6, wherein the ledger information acquisition module comprises a scan information acquisition module and a meter information matching module;
the scanning information acquisition module is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the ammeter on site to acquire the account information of the ammeter; or, the method is used for scanning the graphic identifier of the ammeter on site or acquiring ammeter information of the ammeter based on a query instruction of a user;
the ammeter information matching module is used for matching the account information of the ammeter in a preset ammeter account library according to the ammeter information.
10. A mobile terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage means for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to implement the electricity meter locating method of any of claims 1-5.
