The ICT 1 can comprise an ICT body and a power supply, the power supply can supply power for the ICT body and the board card to be tested so as to carry out open short circuit test, and the board card to be tested is supplied with power when the short circuit test is opened, so that the board card to be tested does not need to be transferred to the mainboard to carry out performance test of the temperature sensor at the second stage, and the working efficiency is improved.

Considering that the data sent to the processor 3 by the temperature sensor due to the fault is not a temperature value, or the fault cause of the processor 3 cannot receive the temperature value data sent by the temperature sensor, the ICT 1 in the present application may determine whether the content of the signal received from the processor 3 is a temperature value, and prompt a determination result, so that a worker may determine whether the temperature sensor and the processor 3 have a fault according to the determination result given by the ICT 1, and if the content of the signal received from the processor 3 is not a temperature value, the fault may be troubleshot for the temperature sensor and the processor 3, and the alarm/no-alarm prompt given by the alarm 6 is not trusted, which may assist the worker in working, and further improve working efficiency.
